  1. I wish I were half owner in a business like that but I am a Registered Nurse and have been working full time as a Registered Nurse for 25 years. I have nothing to hide and I am not on this forum to play games. I do have years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse and what I read into your communication with me and others is that you have a problem with paranoia. Paranoia is a symptom of multiple Psychiatric disorders. It is my opinion that you need to seek a Psychiatrist and get some help. I am a professional and I do not play immature drama games so I will not be responding to anymore of your posts.

  2. Dear Ms xladybugx, I will be locking this topic after I post. You need to re- read Patricias post. SHE WAS QUOTING AN EMAIL FROM JENNIFER, SHE IS NOT JENNIFER. I love a good scandal as much as the next guy but there is nothing here. We do not delete accounts however you may leave the forum if you wish.

  3. Ladybug I sing VapeDudes praises as much as she does, in fact if I remember correctly I am one of those that turned her on to VapeDudes. ECF is --------------> that way if you feel the need to act like that, they will welcome you with open arms. Just my two cents. Based on your posts one could assume you own stock in MBV with that crazed rant about how VapeDudes ripped them off a while back.

  4. I'd love to be able to help you find the right juice for your taste, but I'm afraid that no matter what you find out from others in your quest, no one can decide what you like but you. . Everybody has their favorite vendors and juices, but for every vaper that tries and likes what one vaper recommends, there's another vaper that absolutely can't stand it. Case in point: I like Dekang's RY4, but some here have told me it's so horrible that it'll choke a buzzard off a gut-wagon. Go figure. We all go through this...sooner or later, you'll find what works for you. As far as steeping goes, put your juice bottle in hot water (not boiling) and occasionally take the bottle out to shake it up. Do this 'til the water cools to room temperature, and voilà...you just saved yourself a week or more of steeping. All steeping does is allow the juice ingredients to fully mix together, and hot water accelerates the process. If you're worried about the water ruining the bottle's label, put the bottle in a small zip-lock baggie first.

"Grapefull Dead", though it's a popular one at a NorCal shop. I tossed the tainted cartomizer, and decided to huff a plastic welches grape bottle instead. Might just be me lol!

  10. I saw the link to the thread of you bashing VapeDudes saying they "stole" their flavors from MBV. I saw nothing in there that would lead me to believe Patricia is in any way affiliated with them. I do however converse with Jennifer from VapeDudes on a fairly regular basis. I remember when Patricia was brand new looking for where to order stuff. I recommended VapeDudes to her at that point when she tried it. It just seems like you are prone to drama and draw conclusions that, to me, seem to be fantasy. All Patricia did was paste an e-mail she got from VapeDudes. But then again, you are in "discussions with them" of how to improve their business practices or something like that smh.

  12. Lol I was thinking the same thing! And I think UMA is in league with the leading device manufacturers! She definitely goes out of her way to make us spend money on stuff we want! It's like she knows!!!! Lol totally kidding. But I digress, if you have loyalty to a company good for you! But if another company is popular and you don't care for them.... Why not just state one time you don't care for their flavors and move on?

Sheepdog, the "airy" hits are all a matter of personal preference. I still like the kind that I had when I smoked a cigarette. If I remember correctly, I didn't like airy hits from different brands there, too. As with all vaping gear and juices, vaping is a very personal thing and one size does not fit all. We all like different things. In my experience, Kangor makes some of the very best clearomizers I've tried to date. They're very consistent and work well. Don't let my personal preference put you off. Plus, the Pro Tank is fairly new so we don't know yet if the company's listening. They have in the past, though. That's why we got T3s and then the MT3s came out fairly quickly afterwards. And we also just got the MT3s just recently so yes, I do believe they're listening to their user-base.

    Hello from Ca!

Thanks Tam, Love2 and Uma! Ya know that did enter my mind, my taste buds reacting or healing. Interesting that one might set juices aside to steep. I'm really enjoying the "Gadget" part of this and the new "Ritual" it has created. So beyond the nicotine and oral fixation this vape thang seems awesome!

    Hello from Ca!

Welcome to VT, NorCal ChrisP! I'm from NorCal too, living off grid and have been enjoying vaping for roughly 3 years now. I love a good Grape, and to me, PSV has a super one called G-spot. There are a lot of flavor vendors out there to try, I've no means tried them all... I get in a rut with the ones that I am presently enjoying. Like Tams said, setting it aside for a week or two (shaking it every day) will sometimes help to merge the flavors into it's intended flavor. Also, I'd like to share that our tastebuds go through a lot of changes after giving up the tar from tobacco cigarettes, which means our preferences for flavors will from this moment on be playing the visa-versa game with us. What you love today, you'll hate tomorrow and then when you revisit months later you'll enjoy it again, and then not, ... always the revolving door of changing tastebuds. If it's perfumy tasting at all, it definitely needs to "steep"... The flavors have not melded together yet. If it's bland, it needs a punch of flavoring or a drop of menthol

    ITazte MVP Mod

I think they are kind of cool myself and will probably get one one day. I do also think that as battery technology gets better (and it is day by day) the trend will be towards more comfortable and convenient sizes and not boat anchors. Continuing with the direction the MVP is going could end up with battery cables and a car battery if they arent careful. I don't know how much battery I really need for a day of vaping yet but I rather doubt I will ever need anything over the amounts the MVP gives. It may end up a curiosity rather than a mainstay.

  18. honestly, I don't use many premixed flavors, but I swear by vapor talks(Market Place) Summer melon, midnight and sweet dawn. These are the only premixed flavors I use. They only come in PG or VG, I don't think you can buy it mixed, but you can buy one PG and One VG and mix them yourself. They are not over powering flavors, but ones I can vape all day. Keep in mind all flavors are very subjective, we all have our own personal favorites that other don't like at all.

    Help with picking juice

I have been using 1.8% from V2, Lava and DFWVapor. I learned how to hit it but when I try to get others to go digital when they take a toot (ShoutOut to GrimmGreen) they all choke. I am still a little lost with it all. I know there is PG (throat hit) VG (vapor) then nic and flavor. I tried some 2.4% before and that hit to hard for me. When I order my juice there was no option for % of VG/PG so I assume it's 50/50. My mom smokes newport lights and is wanting to switch to digital, what should I get to help her make the switch? What are some good sites for juice, batteries and tnks/clearmizers? Thanks

    Vodka wash

Alcohol will kill most (if not all) of germs/coodies that might be left over. If you really want to make sure its not contaminated....use everclear....kills everything (and probably some things we don't know about). The bits of nicotine, PG etc shouldn't hurt the next few cleans.

  27. Hey Sheepdog. I like the fruity, sweet flavors also. My 3 favorite that are fruity and sweet is from Vape Dudes and they are: Blue Honey, Strawberry Fields and Dudacino. I used them right away when they were delivered. I did not have to let them steep.

    Help with picking juice

One thing I've learned is to ALWAYS turn down the voltage on my devices before letting others have a go at it. They normally hit it like they would an analogue, and that's what chokes them the most. 4v should do the trick for most smokers. PG is what gives throat hit, while VG produces the vapor. Often smokers will hit PG heavy fluid and feel like they're not getting enough "smoke", so they'll hit it harder trying to get the right amount of it... and choke themselves out in the process. So I highly recommend going with a higher VG ratio. I don't know why everyone claims most juices are 50/50 when the ratio isn't labeled on them, but most I have found to be more like a 70/30 or 80/20 ratio of PG to VG. Personally I won't buy from any vendor that doesn't list their ratios, but this is partially due to me being PG sensitive. Which is another thing to watch for when letting someone hit your PV... and another reason why you should give them a higher VG ratio on the juice. Flavor has a lot of impact on TH as well. What is commonly referred to as "crack juice" because they crack plastic tanks (sours, cinnamon, citrus, etc.) usually have the greatest TH as well. I would suggest giving Mt. Baker Vapor's 555 50/50 ratio juice w/ 1 extra flavor shot a chance with your smoker friends. It's a sweet and nutty tobacco flavor that vapes very smoothly on just about any voltage, and I have yet to see someone that didn't like it when giving my device a toot.

i cant attest for the bombness of this product as mine is still in transit. but i am willing to try anything for the right price and give it fair go regardless of what everyone else says. so you might as well try a few before you rule them out sheep

  33. My two favorite flavors are from VapeDudes and I do not steep them at all. If anything I try to keep them sealed as soon as I fill because they taste better upon arrival than after a while. Just my two cents. I find Tobacco flavors require steeping but none of the other dozens of flavors I have tried were helped by steeping. You may be like me, and hav a very specific taste. I either like something, or I dont. There is not a lot of middle ground.

i will tell you sheep i have just gotten the new t2's and they are the bomb. by tight and by airy they mean how long you have to pull on the atomizer to get a nice puffy vape. thats all kind of a personal opinion and the t2's are not unlike the regular sets that come with a starter kit as far as the pull goes but... they provide so much more flavor its ridiculous. i would recommend you try those before you rule out kanger because of the airy hits.

Just got two eGo Air flow controllers in the mail from Vermillion River: http://www.vermillionriverejuice.com/EGO-Air-Flow-Controller_p_176.html They work great to control how much air flow you get in the Pro Tank. Just screw it onto your eGo or Spinner battery, screw on the Pro Tank and then unscrew the controller until you get the air flow you want.

  36. If you want to try to steep it faster, place bottles of juice into a ziplock bag and seal tightly. Get as much air out of it as possible so it doesn't float. Place into a bowl of hot water and let the water cool naturally. Take out, shake and repeat. From what I've heard it's the hot water that helps the steeping along. I've tried this for some of my juices when I couldn't wait and it works pretty well... not quite as well as when you let time do its thing but it does help.

  37. Like Uma and Jeffb have said, if you don't care about the warranty cheapest way to get one is to wait till one shows up in the classifieds. As for the difference between the mini and regular, the mini uses a smaller batt. That's all. I had the mini which uses a 700mah batt and i'm typically a prettty mild vaper, that 700 mah batt would easily last me all day pushing about 9 watts.

    Hello from Ca!

The grape might just need to steep a little while. Try storing it in a dark place, shake once a day and give it a try again in a week or two to see if the flavor gets better for you. Some juices just need a bit of time.... But then again it might also be that fruit flavors aren't for you.

  40. The Vapor Room Alien Visions Heather's Heavenly Vapes Alice in Vapeland VaporTalk (of course) Those would be my "must-try" recommendations. All vendors except VaporTalk offer premium flavors, made fresh on order. Alien Visions can be a pain to order from if you don't know how to do it. They open daily at 8:00 am PST, and close upon reaching a limit of 300 orders. The trick is to get yourself registered, and add items to your Wishlist. Then, log in to their site a few minutes before they open, go into your cart, and refresh your browser until they open. Once they do, get your payment in as fast as possible, because they'll reach their order limit as fast as 5 minutes after opening their store. Get your juice in quantity. If you like it, you may run out before you can order more. If you don't like it, you can easily sell or trade for a premium!!!

  41. If your juice tastes like chemicals, don't vape it!!!! Chances are it wasn't made fresh.... Steeping shouldn't require shaking. Just let it sit, and mellow out. As a general rule, the more complex the flavor (ie: Boba's Bounty), the longer you should let it steep. The Vapor Room is a good place to start for "fresh-made" juice. They make their juice fresh for your order, it doesn't taste like chemicals, and though it is preferable to let it steep for a few days, you can use it right away with no real discernible incongruity. For pre-steeped juices, I gotta give a plug for Christopher and recommend VaporTalk juice. Though the only one I've had of his was Dulcis. I didn't care for it at first, but it really grew on me after a couple tanks!!!

    1 point
  47. Not to mention, oil based favors are really bad for heating elements! Beyond that, if you really want to know what's in the liquids, DIY is the way to go. For the most part, the flavorings are actually food flavorings. I avoid the darker flavorings (just a thing for me). I'm not exactly sure what's used in most food flavorings. Inhaling anything into the lungs (sometimes even air) is not healthy...it's about weighing risk vs benefit...we each have to make our own choices in the end

  48. While I can and will accept any ones opinion, I honestly dont care who started what, or when or even how. I DIY and quite frankly try to mimic what I taste, there are only so many flavors out there, does that make me a thief? I think not, for me its flattery at its finest. I support many juice vendors and will continue to do so. I am a single mother, who owns and operates two businesses, I bust my tail to survive and dont have the time to worry about what others are doing, either personally or business wise.
