  1. I wish I were half owner in a business like that but I am a Registered Nurse and have been working full time as a Registered Nurse for 25 years. I have nothing to hide and I am not on this forum to play games. I do have years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse and what I read into your communication with me and others is that you have a problem with paranoia. Paranoia is a symptom of multiple Psychiatric disorders. It is my opinion that you need to seek a Psychiatrist and get some help. I am a professional and I do not play immature drama games so I will not be responding to anymore of your posts.

  2. Dear Ms xladybugx, I will be locking this topic after I post. You need to re- read Patricias post. SHE WAS QUOTING AN EMAIL FROM JENNIFER, SHE IS NOT JENNIFER. I love a good scandal as much as the next guy but there is nothing here. We do not delete accounts however you may leave the forum if you wish.

  3. Ladybug I sing VapeDudes praises as much as she does, in fact if I remember correctly I am one of those that turned her on to VapeDudes. ECF is --------------> that way if you feel the need to act like that, they will welcome you with open arms. Just my two cents. Based on your posts one could assume you own stock in MBV with that crazed rant about how VapeDudes ripped them off a while back.

  4. I'd love to be able to help you find the right juice for your taste, but I'm afraid that no matter what you find out from others in your quest, no one can decide what you like but you. . Everybody has their favorite vendors and juices, but for every vaper that tries and likes what one vaper recommends, there's another vaper that absolutely can't stand it. Case in point: I like Dekang's RY4, but some here have told me it's so horrible that it'll choke a buzzard off a gut-wagon. Go figure. We all go through this...sooner or later, you'll find what works for you. As far as steeping goes, put your juice bottle in hot water (not boiling) and occasionally take the bottle out to shake it up. Do this 'til the water cools to room temperature, and voilà...you just saved yourself a week or more of steeping. All steeping does is allow the juice ingredients to fully mix together, and hot water accelerates the process. If you're worried about the water ruining the bottle's label, put the bottle in a small zip-lock baggie first.

    Least favorite flavor

"Grapefull Dead", though it's a popular one at a NorCal shop. I tossed the tainted cartomizer, and decided to huff a plastic welches grape bottle instead. Might just be me lol!

  10. I saw the link to the thread of you bashing VapeDudes saying they "stole" their flavors from MBV. I saw nothing in there that would lead me to believe Patricia is in any way affiliated with them. I do however converse with Jennifer from VapeDudes on a fairly regular basis. I remember when Patricia was brand new looking for where to order stuff. I recommended VapeDudes to her at that point when she tried it. It just seems like you are prone to drama and draw conclusions that, to me, seem to be fantasy. All Patricia did was paste an e-mail she got from VapeDudes. But then again, you are in "discussions with them" of how to improve their business practices or something like that smh.

  12. Lol I was thinking the same thing! And I think UMA is in league with the leading device manufacturers! She definitely goes out of her way to make us spend money on stuff we want! It's like she knows!!!! Lol totally kidding. But I digress, if you have loyalty to a company good for you! But if another company is popular and you don't care for them.... Why not just state one time you don't care for their flavors and move on?

Sheepdog, the "airy" hits are all a matter of personal preference. I still like the kind that I had when I smoked a cigarette. If I remember correctly, I didn't like airy hits from different brands there, too. As with all vaping gear and juices, vaping is a very personal thing and one size does not fit all. We all like different things. In my experience, Kangor makes some of the very best clearomizers I've tried to date. They're very consistent and work well. Don't let my personal preference put you off. Plus, the Pro Tank is fairly new so we don't know yet if the company's listening. They have in the past, though. That's why we got T3s and then the MT3s came out fairly quickly afterwards. And we also just got the MT3s just recently so yes, I do believe they're listening to their user-base.

    Hello from Ca!

Thanks Tam, Love2 and Uma! Ya know that did enter my mind, my taste buds reacting or healing. Interesting that one might set juices aside to steep. I'm really enjoying the "Gadget" part of this and the new "Ritual" it has created. So beyond the nicotine and oral fixation this vape thang seems awesome!

    Hello from Ca!

Welcome to VT, NorCal ChrisP! I'm from NorCal too, living off grid and have been enjoying vaping for roughly 3 years now. I love a good Grape, and to me, PSV has a super one called G-spot. There are a lot of flavor vendors out there to try, I've no means tried them all... I get in a rut with the ones that I am presently enjoying. Like Tams said, setting it aside for a week or two (shaking it every day) will sometimes help to merge the flavors into it's intended flavor. Also, I'd like to share that our tastebuds go through a lot of changes after giving up the tar from tobacco cigarettes, which means our preferences for flavors will from this moment on be playing the visa-versa game with us. What you love today, you'll hate tomorrow and then when you revisit months later you'll enjoy it again, and then not, ... always the revolving door of changing tastebuds. If it's perfumy tasting at all, it definitely needs to "steep"... The flavors have not melded together yet. If it's bland, it needs a punch of flavoring or a drop of menthol

    ITazte MVP Mod

I think they are kind of cool myself and will probably get one one day. I do also think that as battery technology gets better (and it is day by day) the trend will be towards more comfortable and convenient sizes and not boat anchors. Continuing with the direction the MVP is going could end up with battery cables and a car battery if they arent careful. I don't know how much battery I really need for a day of vaping yet but I rather doubt I will ever need anything over the amounts the MVP gives. It may end up a curiosity rather than a mainstay.

  18. honestly, I don't use many premixed flavors, but I swear by vapor talks(Market Place) Summer melon, midnight and sweet dawn. These are the only premixed flavors I use. They only come in PG or VG, I don't think you can buy it mixed, but you can buy one PG and One VG and mix them yourself. They are not over powering flavors, but ones I can vape all day. Keep in mind all flavors are very subjective, we all have our own personal favorites that other don't like at all.

  21. I was recently given a ECG (Electronic Cigarette Generation) brand e-cig from a friend at work because he didn't like it. I found out why he didn't like it...it sucks...lol. I stopped by a local Vapor shop in my city called The Vapor Bar. I bought some e-juice (one of their in house blends) called, Beach Bum. I really like how it tasted when I sampled it in their shop. So, I charged the ECG and took it to work, it worked about 2 hours before the battery died and I bummed 3 analogs and had about 5 Camel Snuses while I waited for it to charge. After work I was headed to St Louis ( from Dallas Texas) and I will be in Missouri till the 15th on vacation. There was NO WAY I was using the ECG piece of crap for a week and a half. I bit the bullet and bought one of The Vapor Bar's one battery set ups for $68 with a manual battery, atomizer, charger and one 30 ml free flavor (I chose cotton candy...that was a mistake). I have been vaping with it since 5:00pm and haven't had any desire for a Snus or analog. Hope I can stick with it. I'm doing it in the car now and wife and kids don't mind it.

Sheep. I still have a couple iClear 16s and they perform well. I'll keep them until I run out of coils or I sit accidently sit on them. (Yeah don't ask). I found they leaked a little bit if you tip them so I kept them topped off but thats the only issue I had with them. Well, i would get a dry hit from them if I was really vaping full steam ahead. The T2, I have found gives slightly better vape, slightly better draw and flavor but Im pretty sure it wicks faster than the iClear. And it doesnt leak even if i carry it upside down in my pocket. I bought 1 T3. (Not the MT3) and it leaked. And I tried to do alk kinds of stuff to fix it. I probably got a bad one. Plus I did not like my top heavy rig so I abandoned it. So I'm happy with the T2 for now That's just my experience.

12 mg is loosely considered to be the equivalent to a light, while 24 mg is more like the full flavored. When I smoked it was Marlboro Lights but started with 24 mg juice until I got completely off the cigs. Then, I went down to 12 mg. These days I have anything from 0 - 24 mg. The 6 and 12 mg is what sees the most use, but when I can't vape as often I use the 24 to get a quick hit and then go on. Your body's going through a lot of changes right now, detoxing from all the carcinogens that you used to take in from the analogs so you're going to see a few unpleasant things. Make sure to drink plenty of water as vaping dehydrates you. Give it a couple of months to fully adjust. You're on the right track! Direct dripping gives you the most pure flavor of the juice you can get but it does have a pretty good learning curve. I'd stick with clearomizers for now until you get the hang of things. Then, when you get settled down, you can try direct dripping. It'll open up a whole new avenue, but learning to walk before trying to run is good.

I havent quite found the fun yet Tam. Im still worrying about the nic you know? Will I be able to do this, will it work, and what will people say if they see me with some contraption. The Halo G6 looks just like a cig except mine is all black with a button on the side. Oh and a blue led on the end. The mini tank looks like a mini T2 with top coils. It is considered disposable as you cannot replace anything on it. use for a while, clean, then toss. It's Ok I guess. My main issue now is finding juice I can like or tolerate. I ordered an innokin iTaste VV/VW 800mah system with 5 Clear 16's. Those will be better than what I have now. That also means I can upgrade to all the nifty stuff you guys talk me into! I might like to try the T2 or T3. I was obsessive about my pipes and cigars and so I will probably be so about the e-vaping also. I will call it a hobby I guess! I do appreciate all of the help you give me and all the support that a newly stopped smoker needs. I caught a whiff of a cigar in the parking lot at my grocery store and it was nasty to me. That is good I think. I do breath better already.

  25. Well I can say one thing.... The emails are identical. But it still doesn't prove that Patricia is or isn't Jennifer. And if she is? Well Jenny I hear lots of great things about your products and will be trying them in the near future. If she isn't? Sorry you have had such a hassle over one thread and I hope you continue to like the products you buy. Don't let one person push you away from a vendor. And ftr.... I recommend Brian at the veteran vapor all the time on here and in real life. So... I could be a partial owner... Or just a fan of his service. Either way who cares? (I'm not a partial owner but it would be nice! Lol)

    Help with picking juice

I would like to concur with bcarter. I bought three so far and they have served me well. Much nicer hit then the other carts I got with the original setup and its an airy hit to some but it's my favorite hit by far. I can't wait to see how they perform on my eVIC when that comes in.

    Vodka wash

I used to do that until I tried the vodka wash, it removes previous flavors much better than water alone and no you don't taste vodka. If I tasted vodka I would use whiskey instead being I prefer american honey over any other alcohol.

  33. The "cool, dark, dry place" thing is recommended for most consumables because they can start growing bacteria otherwise if stored over long periods of time. Juices are especially susceptible to this because there may not be any preservatives in them. So yeah, totally do that (or a fridge... or a freezer) if you're going to be storing them for a long period of time (over a year). Otherwise though, it's not that big a deal if you just order what you need to use within the next month or so. Heat and light may actually help decrease steeping time, and there are steeping methods involving hot water/sun that utilize this.

  36. Stopped by a local "smoke shop" today because a buddy of mine just bought an eGo kit from there and said they had a bunch of different ecigs there. So i swing by and by a bunch he apparently meant blu and njoy......however, they did have a lot of different basic eGo supplies and i was quite surprised. I walked out with: 1 650mah black eGo batt-$10 (3 month warranty) 1 eGo charger-$7 1 ce4-$4 1 10ml dekang Vanilla 18mg-$6 All in all not bad for brick and mortar store pricing. And it's nice to know if i'm ever in a pinch i can drive right off post and have some stuff available to me.

Tam, if your using it on an ego batt, try tightening the ring that came with the tank, if you screw it up against the tank, it will tighten up the draw quite a bit. If on a larger batt/APV/mod, try a oring, or small rubber band, at the bottom of the tank, you can leave one, or two open this way also. If you want it even tighter, i built a lanyard ring out of ss steel wire, running thru the air hole slots, so lots of tricks. Best I have found is slow deep draws..

    Vodka wash

You betcha, until the vodka discolors, I consider it reusable. I have no idea if this is correct or not, but so far no bad germs. I repurpose a Mrs. Dash seasoning shaker for cleaning the small parts like drip tips. Because of the shaker holes, I can pour out the vodka into a cup without loosing my goodies down the drain. The lid will twist off, to get the goodies in and out of it.

    Howdy from Texas

Welcome aboard man! And don't discount the cotton candy just yet. The longer you vape the more your taste buds change. I bought a Jamaican colada and couldn't stand it but after a week I tried it again and couldn't put it down. You will probably like the tobacco flavours at first since that's what your used to. I have been doing more fruity and dessert style flavours as of late although I like sweetmint too. So just hold onto it for a bit and if you still don't like it you can always buy a 0mg nicotine flavor and mix it in to overtake the cotton candy. And if all else fails... I'm sure there are people who would take it off your hands around here. Anyway happy vaping man!

  45. This should help get a nice and easy hit: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=337017 This too: I know its all on how to properly inhale off an e-cig, but the majority of factors working towards getting a "good hit" are directly related to inhalation technique. The VG and nic content of your juice are another part of it, while your equipment comprises the rest of the equation. Personally, I wouldn't ever assume VG content is 50/50. Rather, one should figure unspecified ratio leans towards a higher PG content. Doesn't mean you cannot get a good vape.... this is where your equipment comes in. Having a greater airflow across your atomizer's coil will result in more vapor. If you are drawing too hard, you need more inflow of air, and a hotter coil to keep up. Otherwise, you'll kill your vape. If you draw too loose, you'll just end up burning the wick in your atty, and get very little vapor in return. Therefore, a balance must be struck. And, unless you're a more advanced user with a proclivity for getting all MacGuyver and modifying your equipment to meet your demands, you need to learn to properly draw off your e-cig. Since this is probably becoming more confusing than helpful, I'll leave it there. Save to say that a proper draw is the key to a good vape. Learn your gear, know your juice, and you'll never have a bad vape!!! Hope this helps!!! :p

  46. Happy birthday! And what a great gift to yourself: an extra battery. Don't forget to get an extra charger sometime soon. People sometimes think those are infallable but they can also stop working. Nothing sucks worse than to have a handful of dead batteries with no working charger.

  47. This is why it's important to have back-ups. And back-ups for the back-ups. Don't beat yourself up for the analogs, just get back in the saddle and go for it again. It's a good experience that now you know how the analogs feel and what they do to your lungs so you'll be more motivated to get off them for good.
