  1. First, it would be helpful to know the brand name of the unit you bought. What is the percentage of the nicotine in the liquid? That would help us to troubleshoot your issue. Second, I would try taking a small hit off your vape and holding it in your mouth for just a second before inhaling. That might help your coughing. When I start coughing is when the wattage is too high in my battery and I need to turn it down but everyone is different and your setup might not allow for that. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  2. Wow, that's a blast from the past, haven't heard of anyone using Kanger Subtank mini tanks in quite some time. Just curious, what's the resistance on these coils?
  3. Hi Keith. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  4. What flavor is it? I miss Comp's Cinnamon, it was so amazing!
  5. Welcome back, and congratulations on such a long run off the cigs. The forum's pretty quiet these days but there are some still around. See you again in another 2 - 5 years.
  6. Like Cany said, it could be your button sticking. What I would suggest is to take a cotton swab, dip it into some rubbing alcohol (squeeze out excess liquid), then swab around the button. Then, push down on the button and move it around a bit. Hopefully, once you do that a few times, it'll stop auto-firing. Haven't used the Caliburn G although I have looked at it. Of all the pod systems I've used, the pods seem to leak onto the battery and causes all kinds of problems. I prefer using my eLeaf iPower 80W with an Aspire Triton 2 tank. That's been my rig of choice for quite a few years now and haven't had any issues at all.
  7. Not sure if you'll easily find 1 - 2 mg of eliquid, but 3 mg is pretty standard and easy to find just about anywhere. Good luck! Glad you figured things out.
  8. Is that 1.5% or 1.5 mg of nicotine in the juice?
  9. If it was just a little bit I wouldn't worry about it but be sure to flush your eye out thoroughly (don't use tap water, use distilled or an eye wash solution).
  10. What kind of "goodies" are you looking for? Tanks? Coils? Batteries? E-liquids?
  11. Without more information about what kind of disposable you're using, it's hard to troubleshoot your issues. Most disposables, in general terms, are cheaply made and are not made of high quality anything because it's meant to be used once and then thrown away. That would be one problem.
  12. Have you contacted the place where you bought it? They might either replace it or refund your money.
  13. I moved this to the "DIY E-Liquid Recipes" section so you might have a better chance to get someone knowledgeable to help you.
  14. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  15. Your best bet is to have a look around the forum. There are many, many posts from other members who had/have the same request. What kinds of specific questions do you have? That would be a good place to start.
  16. Make sure you floss after brushing your teeth before going to bed at night. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  17. My Triton 2 also has a separate unit so I can rebuild my own coils if I want. There's about 4 of those around here somewhere...
  18. https://www.myvaporstore.com/Kanger-Subtank-OCC-Vertical-Coil-V2-p/krst-aj.htm https://www.rockbottomvapes.com/kangertech-ssocc-coils-v2-upgraded-larger-5-pack/ https://www.elementvape.com/kanger-ssocc-replacement-atomizer-coils-pack-of-5 I've bought from all three stores before and had no issues with them.
  19. Which coils are you talking about?
  20. Yep. When the vape mail ban was announced I stocked up on extra tanks, coils and iSticks (over a dozen?). Also stocked up on coils to go with all my old Kanger tanks that I have on hand. I'm set for quite some time now. Got back ups for my back-up back-ups.
  21. How funny that we both use "old" equipment, @cany. It's been a few years since I stopped buying all the new shiny things that came out and am happy with my Eleaf iStick Power 80W and Aspire Triton 2 tank. Just looked and it seems that Eleaf just "brought back" the iStick in a new iStick Power 2. The only real change I can see is that they stuck some leather on the grip and the price is higher. Sorry, @Boston Brian, no help with your top choices, although I will say that I've never had any luck with the Vapresso brand of anything. Welcome to Vapor Talk and good luck finding a new rig that suits you best! You might try doing a search on Youtube to see some reviews on your top three.
  22. No. Absolutely not. E-cigarettes has nothing to do with Covid-19, which is a virus.
  23. Congrats on your retirement, @VapeMama! I just put my notice of retirement in a few weeks ago and my last day of work will be June 30th. Trying to get everything done so I can leave with a clean slate is keeping me very busy right now but my plan is to work extremely hard at doing absolutely NOTHING for the whole month of July. After that, plans are to tear into my apartment one room at a time to clean and purge and reorganize. Can't wait! Have fun with the kids and grandkids! I bet they keep you very busy.
