That's completely subjective and you're likely to get several different responses.
Technically, I would say the "healthiest" wattage would be zero watts...as in not vaping at all (while also not smoking).
Different liquid flavors, different PG/VG blends, different nic levels, different coils...all are going to have some effect on the wattage. Personally, I usually vape between 3.8 and 4.2 volts on my regulated devices.  That is usually determined by the particular liquid I'm using.  Some I like a little cooler, some I like a little warmer. The wattage ends up varying a great deal for me based on which tank or RDA I'm using and the coils in those tanks or RDA's.  I use anything from .15 ohm coils in my RDA's to 1.2 ohm coils in some of my tanks.

I was just in Chicago last month on a work related trip.  I only saw one White Castle while I was there, but I wasn't actively looking for them either.  Dunkin Donuts, on the other hand, seemed to be on every street corner.  I could swear I walked out of a Dunkin Donuts, looked across the street and saw another Dunkin Donuts at one point.

    Thanks for the clarification Christopher.
I certainly have no problem with the suppliers.  In fact, I check out the supplier forums frequently in an effort to stay up on what new gadgets will be coming out.  I may be in the minority, but I'm also a little OCD. .  It was bugging me to see it when I knew I had seen a rule against it somewhere...lol.

I'm not referring to e-liquids, per se.  I'm referring to any unsolicited "try this new gadget" or "we sell this item which will work for you" posts when the general topic is related to something entirely different or they are starting their own topic to advertise an item.  There is a very specific set of guidelines for suppliers that states they are supposed to post their items for sale in the "Supplier Classified" area or in their own private sub-forum.

I figured I'd throw out the first "serious" question.
Is anybody else bothered by "e-cig suppliers" who post in general topic areas as opposed to the supplier specific areas?  I realize I can block those users, but I do actually look at the supplier forums on occasion and it's entirely possible one of them could post something I might be interested in.
Maybe it's just me.  I run a forum for a scale modeling club I belong to and we occasionally get vendors "spamming" our boards in spite of our rules that clearly say the posts will be removed, accounts will be suspended and their ip address blocked.  That's exactly how I see it, by the way...unsolicited spam.
For the record, I'm not referring to Compenstine.  He is a class act and keeps his company specific posts in the appropriate areas or when it is appropriate to post related information as an answer to a user question.

So here's the way it works here. Each group has various sets of permissions. The VT Members and VIP's generally have free rein on the forum with the exception of the staff area. Suppliers have no posting ability on the forum. (A supplier did post today but that's because I missed a permission rule when upgrading the forum this past month, my mistake) Premium Suppliers can post in their own sub forum and also in the classified area. They usually have to pay a small fee per month to do so. This offsets the fact that we'll potentially lose customers to those suppliers. (Which we generally do) If a supplier does spam out of bounds some how or figures out how to game the system, if you report the topic, the staff are usually on it like white on rice
At one point in time we actually allowed suppliers to post freely around the forum and for the most part didn't have an issue. Suppliers generally posted genuine content and given their profession often provided good knowledgeable advice. In return for not spamming we allowed suppliers to place a link to their store in their signatures. We got content and they would generally receive clicks to their site through their signature if the members found them helpful. It was a pretty good setup. Especially given that fact that this place runs on the sales through the Vapor Talk store. Because we're one of the larger forums we wanted to allow other suppliers to have a chance. (Morally good. Probably a bad decision business wise)
However a few bad apples ruined it for everyone. It became a "yea that product is great, I sell it and love it! See my signature" etc or a supplier would put a banner ad in their signature taking advantage of the fact that signatures could include images. (Thus getting around paying for advertising on the forum) So we did away with it. We also saw a huge drop in sales due to the amount of outbound traffic to 3rd party suppliers. (That's still the case now)
There were a few exception though Brian and Compestine. They both started out as regular members, became VIP's and then became suppliers. Because we had a decent relationship with them and knew them well, they got a few grandfather passes and are still able to post on the board. Comp, 99% of the time doesn't promote his store. Everyone knows he has one but generally go to him through his good content rather than him spamming (the way it was supposed to be in the first place)
I'd love to open up the forum to suppliers. It's actually beneficial to us in that it provides content, suppliers send their customers to the forum and our members can click on their signatures in return if they like the supplier as a member. Sort of a harmony. But dealing with the spam from suppliers just looking for link juice or cleverly linking to a blog that linked to their store became a pain to moderate. Which sort of sucks for everyone.

I think in this situation it may be because the suppliers who are posting probably haven't paid for the right to advertise in the "supplier classified" section, so they are finding ways around it.
DOH!  Why didn't I think of the "Report Post" link?
And to reiterate, you are definitely included in those I was referring to Comp.  I happen to think you walk that fine line between "business" and "pleasure" rather professionally.

Most of the time I have water or beer while I vape, but there are a couple of flavors I like with very specific drinks.
My ADV, which is a lemon & menthol blend from a local B&M goes really well with a drink I like to call a "Tennessee Twister" - Monster Rehab Tea & Lemonade flavor with a shot of Jack Daniels.
Then there is PBFB from Fadora.  For my taste buds, that pairs surprisingly well with a nice, cold Guinness (or just about any other stout).

For me, smoking was always about more than just getting a "fix". In fact, I actually enjoyed the act and the sensation more than the nic fix. The nicotine was obviously addictive, but in just a couple of short weeks I've dropped from 18mg nic to 12mg nic in my "commuter" setup, and I'm at 6mg in my "kick back with a beer or three in the mancave" setup.

I have every intent to get to 0mg, but I'm a gadget geek and I legitimately enjoy the sensation. No, I have no intention of stopping vaping.

Reminds me of the militant femi-nazi that came to our back table in a restaurant about 25-yrs ago.  My wife was breastfeeding our newborn son, completely covered and discreet, and I doubt more than 4 people in the restaurant even knew we were IN that booth.  Anyway, she came over and started ranting about how shameful it was to expose a breast like that, and she should do such wicked things in the bathroom, where it belongs, because "real people" were trying to eat a civilized meal.
I stood up, walked over to her table, and picked up her plate... started walking... she screamed at me because I had dared to touch her plate, and demanded to know what I was doing...   I turned to her and politely said (in front of the whole restaurant)  "I'm taking your plate to the women's restroom. If my son has to eat his meal in there, it will be good enough for you too, right?"
The manager stopped her before she could hit me, and asked her (and her timid/whipped husband) to leave, immediately.  We, on the other-hand, received our meal for free, and were welcomed back

The general attitude from people is to hate the " Smoker " as a person, not the cigarette or the tobacco company like in the old days... people don't even understand how hard is to quit smoking... or they don't care....I tried a million things to try to quit smoking, and vaping is the only thing that truly works.

First, welcome to VT.  You've come to a great site.  There are a lot of friendly, knowledgeable people here that will be more than willing to help get you pointed in the right direction.  Just be forewarned - everybody's vaping experience is different, so you're likely to get a variety of different answers because so much of the vaping experience is purely subjective.
There are lot of variables that factor into producing big clouds, including what each individual considers to be a "big cloud".  I'm only going to cover two or three of those variables because I know myself, and I tend to be over-descriptive.
As I already mentioned, many things about vaping are subjective; "big clouds" are one of those things.  What I might consider to be a huge cloud very well be laughed at by people during a cloud competition (I'm not assuming you want "cloud comp" size clouds, I'm just using that as an example).  I have also talked to people at shops who thought they wanted big clouds when what they were really after were dense clouds.  I was actually one of those people at one time.  My personal "cloud" preference is dense.  I honestly don't care how big the cloud is.
Now, if go ahead and assume you are talking about "cloud comp" size clouds, then the main problem you are going to run into is the fact you are using an itaste mvp 20w.  Cloud comp size clouds typically require sub-ohm coils.  These days, a lot of the "cloud chasers" are building dual coils to .05 ohms and even lower in their rda's and they are using unregulated mech mods or box mods or the are using high wattage regulated devices.  If I recall correctly, the itaste mvp 20w only fires down to 1 ohm.  Does that mean you can't get big clouds with an itaste mvp 20w?  Not necessarily, but again, that depends entirely on what you consider to be a big cloud.
Higher VG content in your liquid is all but a guarantee that your clouds will be larger, even when vaping at 1 ohm or higher.  I vape anywhere from 50/50 PG/VG liquids to liquids that are over 90% VG.  For me, (and in theory, this should hold true for anybody), I know that if I go from my a 50/50 PG/VG liquid in my Lemo with a .7 coil to a 20/80 PG/VG liquid in the same tank with the same coil at the same wattage, my clouds are going to be bigger because the VG is essentially the "cloud" agent.
Another factor is inhale technique.  A mouth-to-lung hit is less likely to produce as much vapor as a direct lung-hit.  Using the same set-up example and liquid blends from above, a 3 second direct lung hit with the 50/50 PG/VG liquid is not going to produce as much vapor as a 3 second direct lung hit with a 20/80 PG/VG liquid, but if I take a 7 second direct lung hit on the 50/50 liquid, I can get a comparable cloud to a 3 second direct lung hit on a 20/80 liquid.
The best advice I can give right now is to take a look at a higher wattage device before you start diving into the world of RBA's.  Possibly take a look at some sub-ohm tanks.  There is a huge selection of affordable, quality regulated devices and a seemingly even bigger selection of sub-ohm tanks on the market that will help you get bigger clouds with the right setup.  That would be the right setup for you...not the right setup according to recommendations online or recommendations.
I know I was long-winded, but I hope the info helps point you in the right direction.

Adversarious1 got a reaction from cesar in what you find more appealing about vaping ?
I'm with the others on this, the health benefits are the real appeal to me.  I can get my nicotine fix without all of the other carcinogens found in cigarettes.  That being said, going purely on how the question was originally posed, (gadgets or liquid), my answer is easily the gadgets.  I'm a gadget junkie as it is.  While I like a lot of different e-liquids, and I like the fact there seems to be an endless choice of e-liquids, if somebody told me tomorrow that I could only vape one flavor e-liquid from now on, any flavor of my choosing, I wouldn't have a problem with that.
Now, if somebody told me I could only use my subtank mini on top of my Sigelei 100+ and I had to use the 1.2 ohm factory coils, there would be problems.

all the info you need is right here ^^^ personally I recommend starting with a sub ohm tank setup like said above^^^ you can seriously injure yourself or others if you don't understand building and electricity in general...get a sub ohm tank and vape on that while studying electricity...then when you're confident with your knowledge then move to building rdas or whatever you desire.

    Ps welcome to VT!
