A happy monday morning to everyone,
The Vapor Talk store seems to be spitting out random 500 errors this afternoon. We're looking into the issue and hope to have it resolved shortly. (Also thanks for all the PM's letting us know!) I guess the store doesn't like Monday's either

It's top fill
I used the Nautilus forever but always hated that it was bottom filled. The top fill is much easier though it's not without flaws. I actually find that the gap between the glass and coil isn't big enough to fill easily. But overall, it's not bad.

Hi Folks,
So we've got a weird bug going on with a number of items in the store showing "more in the way." This indicates the item is out of stock when, in most cases, the item is in stock. We've figured out the issue and it should be resolved by day's end
Small things like this can make shopping a hassle, especially when it appears your favorite item is out of stock!

And we only just recently started expanding our inventory. Feedback is gold to us and even if you choose not to shop with us (tear), I love when someone shoots me a PM "Just an FYI I purchased XYZ because you didn't have it in stock." If we get a few requests, I'll normally start stocking that item within a week or so. (Because if two ask, 20 want).
And of course, if something goes wrong you can track us down pretty easily here on the forum with pitchfork in hand

Hi Folks,
The VT Store is open and back to business as usual again. The support system is a bit backed up but shouldn't take long to get caught up with everything. We have new stock arriving throughout next week which should replenish some missing items in the store.

Hi Folks,
Just a quick notice that the Vapor Talk Store will close April 10th - April 15th. Every year around my birthday when I take time off, I extend the vacation time to everyone in the company. So, we'll be closed for a short period of time while I blissfully forget responsibility for a few days
Because all of us will leave during this time email and phone support will be unavailable.
We'll continue to ship orders through Sunday.

Good Evening, Morning, Whenever you are in the world
So we've been battling with Microsoft the last 4-5 weeks over a block our mailing IP received.
Our store (and forum) emails are not making it through to hotmail, outlook and other MS account variants. After lots of back and forth, server changes, keyboard pounding, etc I believe we finally resolved the issue. Emails should start coming through again within the next 24-48 hours. (Hopefully)
Our apologies for inconvenience. As always if you don't receive tracking numbers, store info etc you can always contact me or the support system directly for confirmation/tracking info

(We get samples sometimes from vendors and I'll at random toss them in shipping bags on the way out)

ah ok so I found the inventory notes for the last order. The companies we ordered from, for whatever reason, stopped carrying the 0.75 ohm iJust coils (EC). Deborah has them in line on the next China order which is due in at the end of this month (that one always takes a while to go because it builds up until it's large enough to go via freight to cut down on import costs)

You know in all honesty, the device does look kind of cool. At least it's not the same old devices we normally see. I'd try it! I think we should all be given free samples.

These errors have now been resolved. Additionally some tweaks were made that will help speed up the forum too
