  1. The ones with the logo on the left breast. Once I confirm the T Shirts are decent quality, I'll order in the other styles as well just in case some prefer it. Gadget and I have also worked something out and we'll get shirt below printed as well as another potential design he's working on :D

We could probably get these made cheaper in China but I prefer to have it done by a U.S. company wherever possible. My goal is to keep the price around or below 14 bucks.

  2. Hey SdMaker,

I attempted to give you a call which went straight to voicemail. It does appear that when the order was filled, the default 1oz was selected rather than the weighed in amount. (A first!). Please accept our apologies for the embarrassing mistake. I've gone ahead and refunded your entire order which should make up for the cost at the post office. It's on the house :)

  3. Yikes, that's horribly embarrassing if that was the case. And of course, we will immediately reimburse you for any costs associated with the package arrival.

Give me one moment to look up and see what the problem was. And I'll email you directly.

Any ideas why i would get a postage due slip in the mail that i have to go pay in order to get my package from the post office?

hmm there should be no reason postage would be due upon arrival unless your located outside of the US. (In which case it may be import duty which is generally out of our control). If the post office is saying that postage is due in terms of actual mailing cost, then something isn't correct.

Feel free to PM me your order number and I'll take a look :)

Thank God I snagged it!  I mean, not to deprive you of the device or anything.......   I really do enjoy it.  Nice solid mod too as far as form, fit and function.  Thanks for the great price!!!!!   He has a good home!

Glad to hear it :) We have one more DNA device (we don't plan to stock them again as we move towards VT devices) which I might snag ;)

I couldn't stand it anymore!  I watched this poor little guy sit for months on the VT shelf all by himself.  No friends.  Like being on the island of misfit toys.  Now he finally has a home.

(He is a bit of a strange one.  No off switch.  Gotta be hooked up to a computer a lot)

    But I love him anyway.

Ah that really is a beautiful device! If it has sat for another week or so, I had planned to take it down off the shelf myself!

  7. Excellent review! (I'll be gather up any reviews that pop up on the forum and sending them along to the team) We spent quite a bit of time on this device as AIO's are becoming popular. It's especially important as TPD sets in place over in Europe.

I agree, the LED fiasco needs to be fixed. Luckily, this should easily be addressed. During testing we were able to adjust the device via the USB port. The software is not user friendly but I'll bring up the possibility of a potential firmware update. :)
