Christopher reacted to BirdDog in My House Smells Nice
There are these trees in our neighborhood and every spring they bloom flowers that are really fragrant. I wish it lasted longer than a couple weeks.
The downside to having better sense of smell, the litter box.

Christopher reacted to profbeard in I Fried Both My Ego Batterys.
It's worth pointing out that the word "eGo battery" covers a variety of products - many not "eGos"! Some eGo style batteries will not cope with LR atties and the mosfets in the battery will be damaged, I have also come across others (eg vGo batteries) which will detect an LR atty and refuse to work with it. Even with real Janty/Joye eGo batteries I would advise using batteries bigger than 650mah to give the battery a bit of "room to cope". I've used very low resistance atties with big Janty eGo batteries (eg a Cisco 1.5ohm 306) and had no problems, but you are to an extent "pushing your luck"

i say as long as you're not getting a blu/green/envy, etc.. then you're on the right path. most people go for the skinnier ecigs thinking that there's a mental connection between the physical size of the device and its probability to succeed, but there really isn't, i got over the ego's size in 2 seconds, it's all about how it feels when you inhale and exhale, and a 510 has it where it counts, but take a good look at the ego before you make your decision.

I switched from the VP2 to an eGo with a tank cartomizer. Works great! I like the regular resistance attomizers because the low res makes the vapor too hot for me and makes my tounge raw on the end.

This is a good topic, thank you Blake for bringing it up.
I will often disappear for long periods of time, but I'm not really gone, just not posting. I am still reading the posts to see what (if anything) is going on, but unless I have something to say that I think will contribute to the community, I will not post. I really don't care what my post count is, just as long as what I am saying is helpful in some way. So while my post count seems really low after a year of membership here, my post quality has always been mostly helpful.

Toilet paper for me. I have a few sheets at my desk and in my car at all times for cleaning up e-juice.

My first "drag" on an e-cig yielded the same result, as I quickly learned the e-cig is NOT a cigarette and the technique is different. With an analog I inhaled deeply, drawing smoke and chemicals deep into my lungs with a long hard draw. With the e-cig I find I take a long draw, but the draw does not need the deepness of an analog draw. Try again with a slow and steady lighter draw, holding the vapor in the mouth, until the end of draw, then take it into the lungs.
You will quickly find the cough goes away with this slight chance in technique. Just about every smoker who has tried my e-cig does exactly the same thing - deep draw and cough cough. Despite my warnings!
I also agree with the eGO recommendation (stainless is quite stylish) and I began and broke the analog habit with the ego, I have moved on to mods and still have my eGO, but do not tend to use it so often anymore, but it was the device that began my movement.
Good luck and please ask any questions you might have.

Yes, the ones who wash hundreds of cartos and atties and spend hours bringing them back to life, just to save a few bucks!
I have a good money saver. Many of you know i have lots of kids and that means lots of laundry. I was spending $20-30 a month in laundry detergent before i learned how to make my own. Here's what you need
1 bar fels naptha or zote soap
1 cup borax
1 cup washing soda
5 gallon bucket
Grate soap (circular grater like the ones they use at olive garden work the best)
Put soap and enough water to cover it in a saucepan and heat on low stirring occassionally until soap is dissolved
Put 1 cup borax and 1 cup washing soda in your 5 gallon bucket and add dissolved soap. Fill with hot water and stir to mix. Voila! 5 gallons of detergent for under $2!

Christopher reacted to mcquinn in Dekang Juice And Shop Usa...
I only vape liquid from China, while I have had some domestic liquids that taste good ,most just seemed to ruin my atties and cartomisers fater than I like.Dekang is also my preffered Chinese manufacturer. They make enough that the quality and consistancy is the best.On all the domestic liquids I have tried I studied all the reveiws before purchasing but when I got mine they did not seem close to what the reveiwers described.Perhaps small batches mixed per order allow for inconsistant product.

There is a learning curve for dripping, so don't give up. If you're dripping on the cart filler, it's probably getting absorbed by the filler and never getting to the atty. The burning throat sensation is usually a sign that the atty is dry. Try removing the filler from the cart and dripping 2-3 drops directly onto the atty. 2-3 drops should get you several good hits.
