I use ArmorAll window cleaner. Takes a bit of elbow grease and a couple doses at one time, but it works for me. Back window of my truck is tinted anyway, I don't bother with it.

Hi, been a while so I though I'd use the new member thread... I know none of you remember me but I used to be a somewhat regular...
Back story: I have been vaping a long time and I had my last analog cig 12/20/2009 I have not touched a nasty fire stick since...
I have enjoyed watching the technology advance over the years...Started with a 510 pen style and then a Ego
I don't do alot of upgrading but I now use a Alien 213 on a TFV8 and several other mods I have....By no mean do I have alot ...I tend to stick whit what works till something way better comes out or has a feature I have to have
Well its good to see the site still kicking hard... PS when am I gonna be able to get some Dulcis @ 3mg ?.... Been jonesing for some....Its been a while too...
Take care and vape on.... I will try to get on more often but I now live in a state park and internet is lousy...

I may fix the audio.  I had a tech hell day trying to get the thing finished.  Rendering the video completely crashed my primary machine.  I'm talking complete instant power off crash.  Something I can address later when I have more time.  Finally got everything transferred to a laptop and it managed to render the file.  Right at the moment I'm just glad to have it posted on YouTube keeping my promise.  As far as the "next" idea, I'll have to think about that a bit.  I turned my poor doghouse upside down for about three days doing this thing.  Just had to give it a shot and see what it was like.  The child in me came up with the blastisimo intro and outro, lol.

Nope. Sorry, not buying the scare tactics, and that's just what this is. The genie is out of the bottle, there's no going back now. Even if all the mom and pop shops are gone, there will still be the black market. China makes too much money from vaping equipment to give up so easily, and other than nicotine, eliquid is very easy to make for yourself.

Nothing stupid there at all.  Sounds like an excellent build.  Can't wait to see the pictures!  And ya, this place is a little quiet especially during nice weather when folks can be out and doing other things.  I can assure you however, the quality of the folks here is tops!

Each battery would be providing half of the required amperage in terms of mah but the full amperage is running through both batteries.   Think of it as a single, two cell battery providing 7.2V @ 15.2A.  And yes, you are good to go!

    Welcome to the forum!
Please forgive me if you are on top of everything I am about to write but the following is the obligatory safety intro to mech mod building, lol.  Or at least everything I can think of right now.
Google "Battery Mooch" and to find charts he has posted on vaping batteries.  18650 batteries are rarely rated accurately.  Battery Mooch tests batteries specifically for vaping and publishes the CDR or continuous discharge rate for batteries.  Use the CDR value when calculating your builds and leave a little "head room".  In other words if the CDR is 20A build safe for say 18A.
When using ohms law to calculate your amp draw use the max battery voltage of 4.2 volts to make your calculations.
Google and use "steam engine wire wizard" to design your builds.  This will help greatly in coming up with the right resistance the first time.
Inspect your batteries well.  No rips, tears, degradation of the wrap or positive post insulator.  Use fresh high drain batteries as specification by Battery Mooch.
Always use a resistance meter and double check the resistance of you atty fully assembled to ensure the proper desired resistance.
Use common sense when vaping a mech mod.  If it starts getting hot.  Put it down.
Batteries do not explode but if they go into thermal run away they will outgas.  They will do this at an extremely rapid rate.  Especially tube mech mods are prone to not adequately vent if a battery goes into thermal run away and the mod will "blow apart".  In reality there is little difference between blowing apart and blowing up.  Pieces/parts will fly with great force causing damage to humans.  The heat involved in the experience is also intense again causing damage to humans.
A hint on building for mech mods.  Start using simple round wire.  Simple wire has the less mass than exotic coils and will heat faster and with less power applied.  Once you get the hang of building for a mech, there is plenty of time to play with different wire configurations.

Good luck!  Looks like a beautiful mod!

Make sure you have e liquid to feed the beast. 4 120 ml should keep you going for a week or 2.
I friend owns a juice company and uses the TFV12 and has said he is glad he makes his juice. Lol. I should make a tank with a fitting so you can hand a bottle of juice on it.
Great tank. Super clouds and good flavor with the smaller coils.

It's crazy every year around Christmas I start craving the nasties. Since I had a bout with them in July I was like, ugh! I dreamed about cigalikes all night last night! I am so glad for my hubby.I talked to him about it. I got home and since I have a ton of mtl tanks he tells me go in the kitchen, grab that bottle of nicotine and fire up! He has been super supportive! I mixed up some Swedish fish at about 12.5 nice, popped a 1.8 ohm coils in the aerotank, and when the craving hits it is great! I'm so glad I had him now and always the cigalike or stinkies would have been a waste of time and money !! So nice to have someone like that in your corner with this stuff!

Bump! 5 milo coils for my atlantis 2, 2 .8 ohm coils for my crown 2, that's part of my christmas. Apple pie 30ml by TFA, menthol 30 ml TFA,  watermelon 30 mil Lorann, Peach 30 mil Lorann. The first two came from here at vaportalk😉😉

My guess on the way they come up with the recommended range is a dart board........ I personally have very rarely if ever found the recommended range to work for me. For example, I run my baby beast with the .4ohm coil around 30-35 watts depending on the juice. 40 is too high for me.

Actually their internet, especially the mobile internet is amazing. It's ridiculously fast. However, the government uses what's called the "Great Firewall of China." It's against the law to access many western based websites. Though they usually won't go after foreigners, things like Google, Hotmail, Yahoo, Skype, Maps you name it is all blocked. Many Chinese aren't even aware of what Youtube is. You have to use a VPN to route out of the country and that's the "flakey" part. (Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't). When I want to upload to Instagram or FB for example, I have to encrypt my connection and upload at certain times of the day. Pretty ridiculous.
If you are using Chinese based services however, they are far ahead of us in terms of mobile technology (I don't even use cash there, just my phone. Even in the boondocks when dealing with rural farmers. It's funny to see some old guy on the street, in the middle of nowhere, selling fruit and paying for it using China's mobile pay/WeChat)

Or... if you like the Eleaf brand like I do, I'd suggest getting an Eleaf iPower 80W. This has a 5000 mAh battery life (even when I use it a lot), I only have to charge it around once a week. Personally, I like not having to use external batteries. In some, you will want to keep the two that go into the mod together, get an external battery charger, a case for storing the batteries for safety when not in use... even though I have all of those things and over a dozen paired batteries, it's more convenient for me to use the mods that have the batteries contained.
