You know, hubby's sort of used that move on me before when "asking" if he can get something off newegg.com. Before he tells me the price, he always says, "It's THIS much cheaper than at Best Buy or MicroCenter!"

Looks like I do get vape mail a day early again, it departed Indianapolis last night.

When I went about cleaning my PT 2 I removed the flavor wick because it was slightly burnt. When I reassembled my tank I replaced the flavor wick. When I began to use my PT 2 I did notice some seepage and gurgling that I had never experienced before. I immediately disassembled the head and noticed that when I assembled the stem to the head that it crushed my flavor wick. It was not laying flat on top of the wick and coil assembly. It was skewered off to one side, which would allow fluid direct access to the wick and coil assembly. I made another flavor wick and used as much care as possible to avoid what I just explained. It apparently worked as my PT 2 has not leaked. This leads me to believe that the leakage that I experienced was due to the improper placement of the flavor wick. As a side note whenever I have replaced the the old head all together with a new one, I have never experienced any leakage or gurgling what so ever. YMMV

Jessica try out a VAMO or a bam or a tesla. They are all pretty beefy and have 510 connections with ego threading as well for clearos like your eVod tanks.

Short version - in "wattage mode" it adjusts power automatically for different resistances, so if you're changing tanks with different resistance coils it automatically sets the volts to match the differnt resistance to maintain the same "vape" i.e. if you are vaping a 2.5 ohm coil and you switch to a tank with a 1.8 ohm coil, it drops the voltage so you dont have to adjust it down to not fry the 1.8

I do like the fact that you can measure your coil resistance with a button push. I find that handy since resistance has not been consistent on coils for me.

my davides have never leaked onto my battery. except the time i unscrewed the glass from the tank... that was definitely a user error though.... i think.... lol.

The Vape Mail has arrived! Got my entire set up in the mail - mod, batteries, tanks, charger (so that's two packages), and some nice little trial bottles from Aquatroy. Only thing I'm waiting on is my Honey Wood, and the Irish Cream that we are waiting on. Now I have to dig through all this stuff and get my tanks set up.

I think she is referring to Carto tanks. You don't have to have a needle to fill a carto tank. I usually just take the top cap off and fill it until I know the top cap is going to be just a hair above the juice level. That's been the best way for me.

Picked up a couple new flavors... Star Spangled Bananer, Ultamint, and Tricky Alchemy.... The tricky alchemy one is super good!

Ok jumped into the mod world lol. Ordered a Vamo V3 Black Chrome, two AW IMR 2000mah batteries and a 2 bay NiteCore charger.

Well, hubby wanted me to get AW, so I did, off RTD, and I ended up with a 4 bay Nitecore intellicharger.

Keep in mind that is 5ml between 2 people. A lot if people on here claim to vape 5-6ml per day alone. I do not see how it is possible.

And please do not mistake my questions as sarcasm or intended to belittle the AEMSA at all. As someone who runs businesses in a very highly regulated environment I understand fully the need for standards and accountability to those standards. I read theirs earlier and agree fully with them. I just do not think it needs to be assumed those on that list are the only ones adhering to rigid standards with their production. As Troy said above, I am certain there are fees some do not want to pay. Being in the automotive industry there are literally dozens of rating agencies that will certify you for a fee and you can promote the certification. I am 100% all for requirements to meet standards for liquid production and that it needs to be uniform across the industry. I guess my bigger point is until there is uniformity with regards to standards and requirement under law to meet those standards being on or not being on this list means less to me than my own research and reputation amongst the vaping community.

Got my PT 2 on Friday, and I'm loving it.

I've never tried the VN's. I went straight from the generic clearomizers (rather cheap) to the Evods. The first store we shopped at didn't stock the Vivi Novas as far as I know, and I was so set on the Evods after that, I didn't even look at other clearomizers until I got the Davide. On the Evods I have like a lime green, the hot pink, a red/burgandy color, and a black one. I only have one of any color I've gotten so I can keep track of what flavor is in what tank.

I clean coils constantly. I think I have 20 in the rotation now. I usually switch the heads out when they don't perform as well, and always start with a clean head on new flavors. And the Kanger heads are so easy compared to a top wick feed to clean.

Drop the heads in a shot glass and let them tumble under the faucet with very hot water for a couple minutes, then let em soak for at least a half hour. Then drain and refill with alcohol, high % rubbing works fine, and let them soak for at least a couple hours. Then drain and rinse again with hot water. Then allow to dry for a few days. Works great, and helps conserve some cash...

I got 40 years with cigars, ciggs, and pipes. You could just make a pile of tobaco and light it and I would come running. Now I havent touched one in 50 or 60 days. Every time I want one I use my ecig. I get the nicotine I need and the vapor plumes and feel better.

The mistake I made when starting is to get too small a battery to start. Something that looked like a cigarette. I almost burned them out toking like a dragon to get the nic. Now I use bigger batteries and am going to 18mg juice and am feeling lots better.

and I do not use tobac! In fact if I smell it somewhere it stinks to me! You might want juice to start that is like tobac, I didnt. I was mostly cigars and pipes and it aint easy to match those scents.

I have a workable solution and I like it! My wife even allows it in the house now!

Add to that I can breath better now. I have respiratory issues so breathing better is huge. I dont smell like an ashtray either.

Chicks dig the ecig and ask me all the time about it. Even my dog cpl Daisey W. likes it!

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by trying it. You can always go back to tobac if you want. I'm thinking you wont want to.

Well thanks to our buddy Rixter I finally found everything I needed and I got so excited I got the whole set up in pink, blue and purple. I am soooo happy. Ain't it just great to buy new stuff!
