I echo the thoughts of the previous posters. VT/Chris is outstanding and if there's ever a problem Chris will fix it promptly. The 2nd poster provided with the link (and the info on where he found it at the store) and I hope you use it soon so you can get your vape on. You're really missing out if you miss out.

i can understand frustration at having difficulty at navigating a site to find the customer support, but that surely was not the best way to approach the issue.

Chris has always been great about dealing with returns, give people a chance before you publicly jump on them. So far I have had nothing but good experiences with both Vapor Talk and Liberty Flights

I hope your issue gets resolved and if you chose not to return i hope you find what you are looking for elsewhere

Wow! Umm...you must have a lot of people dissing you pretty harshly out there in your neck of the woods to jump to that level of anger so quickly. I can totally relate to people and stores being stupid or ridiculous with all there BS and there is Plenty of it out there but I have not encountered anything like that here or seen any of it on this forum. (I could be wrong, but I am usually not) I have not had any complaints personally with Vapor Talk and have ordered from them several times (mostly liquid) but I have seen 1st hand here on this forum the lengths that Christopher etc will go to to help customers.
I hope you will be helped in any form that you need, including your inevitable heart condition.
Maybe this is not a typical response from you and I can vouch that you have to yell and be the squeaky wheel a lot in this world to get anything done.

Wow, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. That really is the exception and I'm sure the VTS team will do whatever they need to do to make it right. Hopefully you won't give up on vaping!

To be honest, I don't think you have to register on the forum to make a return or log a ticket. The Vapor Talk Store log on and the Vapor Talk Forum log on are two different entities.

wow sorry to hear .however i can tell you this i have had nothing but great products from vapor talk and there service is steller .and if there is something wrong and i am sure it happens at times. chris and the guys at vt will take good care of you .they are really good people they love there customers . this is a great forum .there is always help here . hope everything works out for you .and welcome to vapor talk

Wow i understand that you're upset, but you are going about this the wrong way. VT has some of the best products and best customer support. No need to bash a site that we all love because you're having a minor problem that can be resolved with sending in a ticket. People like you give great sites like this a bad name cuz you don't know what you're doing, you can't even talk about what product you received is corroded.. If you did maybe one of us can help you solve your problem.. Instead you come in here to complain and it's not that hard to sign up for a forum.

Although I find it hard to believe that you would receive any "corroded junk" from the Vapor Talk Store, I am sorry you are so upset. I have no doubt this problem will be taken care of in a timely manner.

We almost never have anyone come into this forum with this kind of attitude, so as shocking as this post is, I must say that I am extremely proud of our members who answered so politely and calmly. You all are what makes Vapor Talk the fantastic forum it is. +1s for everyone!!

wow, i've had some rough experiences with some vendors, mostly because everything coming out new is trial & error. I've had pretty good luck with all vendors & returns.
Reo Mini- fixed no problem
pyrex drip tip- broke in my hand, still have a shard of glass in my finger, sent me a new one
cisco 306 LR atty- arrived DOA, promptly sent a new one.

most vendors are pretty good about working with. I'd love to know about those that aren't though.

Rest assured that Chris will take care of whatever issue you are having. I"m not going to get preachy either but I'm sure there was a more appropriate way of handling this. Chris and the VT store have an excellent reputation and it wasn't very nice the things that you said - not very truthful either.

This is a mod made out of a "plastic box". On the inside are two "compartments" - one for the battery and one place for a 3ml bottle of juice. The hole you see in the picture is where the juice bottle is. You squeeze the bottle, which feeds juice (through a tube that goes from the atty to the bottom of the bottle) into the atty.

The first LR 306 atty I got confused me at first. I finally figured out to hold the the threads on the battery end and hold the cap while pulling. And like Bird said, you might have to twist a bit. The 306 has an exposed bridge, so don't be surprised when you see it.

This probably isn't the place for this, but oh well. MastiffMom, if males are "much more emotionally fragile," why do females attempt suicide more than males do? I don't buy that one bit. I see and hear girls/women freaking out and crying over stupid crap all the time that guys will just shrug off or not be bothered by at all. Sorry, but that's a crock. There is far too much evidence in support of the exact opposite.

Now, that being said... I'm sorry for your loss, Tags. It's never fun when you lose someone you love and care about. I once lost a friend to a drug overdose. I hadn't seen him for probably a week or more before he died. He was really heavy into drugs, beyond what I had any clue about. He talked to me about suicide before, but I didn't get the impression he would actually do it. He told me not to worry about it, and that he was fine at the end of the conversation. From what I understand, he was into some really hard stuff pretty bad, and he decided to admit himself to rehab. I don't know if at the last minute he changed his mind and decided to end his life, or if he wanted one last hurrah the night before rehab started and accidentally took too much. I have no idea. Only he knows, but he's gone now. He's been gone for several years, and I'll never forget him or stop wishing I could see him again. I'd never felt so much pain in my heart in my entire life before or since I lost my friend. I can't even imagine what it must feel like to lose a spouse. I hope I never have to find out...

I'm not going to pray because I don't believe it will do any good. But I want you to know that, like everybody else who responded here, I'm here for you to talk to. I hope you and your family can get thru this rough time. That goes for both of you two, Tags and Sharon. Hi everyone! My name is Jeri aka Nana and I too am a serious vapaholic. My problem with this thread is the 12 step program thingy. Aren't those to help people QUIT something. If that is the case...I am not joining!!!!! No way, no how! Now, if you want to start a support group, one where we support each other in all our spending, where we make each other feel good about what PVs we have, where we are proud of our...dare I say it...BACKUPS!!!....then I'm all for that.

Oh yeah! Once I started using LR, I couldn't go back. Luckily I can use my regular attys on my 5v passthrough.

I smoked for 34 years. I loved smoking. I never wanted to quit, but felt like I should. Partly because of the health benefits and partly because of the cost. I didn't know that I couldn't breathe very well. I didn't know how bad I smelled. Until I quit. When I first heard about the ecig, my first thought was that I could keep "smoking" and yet not be smoking. I wouldn't have to give up the hand to mouth habit or the inhaling habit. Thrilled me all to pieces. It worked as well for me as I thought it would. From the very first inhale, I knew I never wanted another analog again. I absolutely love vaping. As much as I thought I loved smoking, it doesn't even come close to my love of vaping. I'm at 17 months and counting now. I have no plans whatsoever of quitting. I don't want to quit. I enjoy vaping - even at 0 nic. I love watching the clouds of vapor I produce. I look forward to sitting down to take a break and having my vape. I don't see me ever wanting to quit. Now, if it just happens...if someday down the road I find myself vaping less and less until I don't vape any more at all...well, that's okay. I just don't see me doing that on purpose. Like ripple, I find it to be a wonderful hobby and I can't say I'll never quit. I'm just not working towards that.

I have to agree that it all depends on what you want, need...and like. I have a couple of the 900s and I just don't like them. I didn't think they lasted much longer than the 650s and they are quite a bit longer. That extra length seems to bother me (only with the eGo for some strange reason). I have longer PVs and they seem to be fine. Perhaps because I used the 650s for so long and got used to them at that length. Maybe because they are small enough to hide in your hand if you want. I don't know, but I do know that I didn't care for the 900s and don't use them at all (nor the mega carts and attys I got to go with them). So much depends on personal preference.

You can usually see the where the protection circut board was added on and the battery shrink wrapped.On the negative end you can feel the seperation between the battery end and the circut board.The shells for the batteries are one peice cup shape and ones without protection boards will be smooth from where the top on the positive end is crimped on all the way to the bottom.You can also see the conducter that goes from the circut board to the positive end under the shrink wrap.
