I know you're under a lot of stress right now but going back to smoking isn't the answer. We'll do whatever we can to help. For the time being until you can find what you want, why not pick up something that just works to get you through?

    Fear the dragon

I can imagine a great animation for that sort of group. Some dude with a dripper and a big *** bottle of juice, showing the dragon his fat plume. The dragon grabs the oversized bottle, empties it into his mouth, burps and fogs up the place. Lol. Sorry, my imagination runs and runs.

  12. An APV is a device that uses electronics to allow for voltage and or wattage adjustment as well as some other safety and gadget features normally. A "mod" is a basic mechanical device that has no regulation to speak of. The vamo is an APV.

  19. Stopped early last night. There was a lot of reports of tornados south of Nashville. If we'd kept driving, we would've been right in the middle of it. I'd rather deliver late than not at all. Beautiful weather this morning though.

I don't know. I'm not convinced it's the insulator that is causing the leak. The center hole shoots right up to your coil. If it's leaking anywhere it's going to leak there first. The insulator is just keeping the center post from shorting out to the outside of the coil head. It's more likely a coil wrap problem or a wick problem. I also can't imagine how that insulator would get damaged anyway. It doesn't come in to contact with anything but the coil head housing. And even if it did rupture it's not a liquid seal, it's an electrical seal. The liquid is just going to come down the center post. Are you sure the coil head is screwed all the way down in to the base? There could be a burr in the threads preventing a good seal.

  28. CASAA Members and Non Members: Please email this press release to your local newspapers and news stations. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE WASHINGTON, April 28, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Last week, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released its long-awaited draft regulations for electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and other low-risk alternatives to smoking. The regulations offer little benefit, according to The Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free Alternatives Association (CASAA), the leading advocate for the current and future consumers of low-risk alternatives to smoking. However, CASAA believes that should the FDA finalize the rule in its current form, it will inflict devastating harm on consumers. “This is a classic case of government imposing a ‘solution’ and then looking for a problem,” said CASAA President Julie Woessner, J.D. “The regulations do nothing to address real concerns, and instead are a slow-motion ban of the high quality e-cigarettes that have helped so many smokers quit. The rules would mostly require busy-work filings that impose huge costs with little apparent benefit.” The proposed regulations are based on a faulty understanding of the science, reports CASAA Scientific Director, Dr. Carl V. Phillips. “FDA has cherry-picked the available evidence,” says Phillips, “blindly accepting any assertion that favors aggressive regulation and ignoring the overwhelming evidence about the harms that these regulations would cause.” Although the regulations do not openly ban the refillable devices that are preferred by experienced users, they impose a costly registration and approval process that would effectively eliminate them. Such registrations offer minimal benefits, but ensure that only a few large companies who mass-produce small and disposable products would be able to afford the necessary filings. Additionally, while the regulations do not immediately ban the variety of popular flavors for e-cigarette liquid, they signal an intention to do so in the future. “Our research and others’ shows that higher-quality hardware and appealing flavors are important for smoking cessation,” says Phillips. “Many former smokers report that they were always tempted to go back to smoking while using the smaller devices with imitation tobacco flavoring, but they quit smoking for good when they found better hardware and flavors that no longer reminded them of smoking.” It is estimated that as many as a million American smokers have quit or substantially reduced their smoking thanks to e-cigarettes, and many are already making plans for a black market if these regulations take effect. Those smokers who are using e-cigarettes in a transition stage could easily return to smoking--and future potential switchers may never be able to make the transition--if the restrictions on high-quality products are imposed. Woessner, who quit smoking thanks to e-cigarettes, fears such impacts. “If I had been limited to only those products that would exist under this regulation, I would probably still be smoking.” CASAA is preparing a response that will point out the flaws in the proposed regulations and is organizing its members and hundreds of thousand of other e-cigarette users in an attempt to persuade FDA about the harms this regulation would cause. Should that fail, it plans to fight the regulations in court. CASAA is a 501©(4) nonprofit, public health, membership NGO. It does not represent the interests of industry. 30. It's a single 6/5 spaced coil of 29g Kanthal around 3.5mm silica, and it's about 1Ω. That's roughly 17½ watts and a little over 4 amps on a freshly charged battery, and the AW IMR 18350s I use in it are rated at 6a.

  31. At just under 4" tall (including tip) and providing outstanding vapor production, this setup goes to work with me daily. It rides perfectly in the change pocket of my Levis with enough room to spare for a 10ml bottle of juice.

  32. I'm an 18650 user mainly and I'm glad the rules of storage hasn't changed much over the years when ive been away and not paying attention. To add to the suggestion part, I keep mine in an order so they stay rotated evenly and used equally. I use a front too back order and use the first closest and the newest charged one goes to the back of the line.
