Sounds to me like your coils are not balanced (same resistance on each side), and cotton bursting into flames is almost unheard of, unless the cotton was extremely dry, which should not have happened unless your "few drops" didn't reach that particular piece of wick.
 
Pull both coils, and trash them.  Rebuild two new IDENTICAL coils of twice the resistance you are targeting... if you want 0.5 Ohm from your RDA, then you must build two, identical 1.0 Ohm coils.  Ensure they are seated firmly, and the screws are TIGHT.  Then, most importantly, use your Ohm reader (if you don't have one, you need to get one, yesterday) to read the resistance and check for shorts before placing it on your MOD and firing it.  Test-fire the coils to ensure proper burn (inside > out) and tweak them with tweezers until you get the proper burn.  Do this BEFORE you add wick and attempt to use it.

Glad you're o.k. cany. I'm a land surveyor and do some transportation work. Oh the stories I can tell. I'd much rather work in the swamps and deal with alligators and snakes than these idiots on the road. I'm with you shen. I see people doing some really dumb $#! T around big rigs. They just don't realize that those things don't stop on a dime. And it's always gonna be the trucker's fault when something happens.

In the end, I guess it all depends on if you want to take the time and make the effort to sell your juices. If you do, I'd make a price list of how much a single flavor juice would cost and then a la carte each additional ingredient and bottle and the time it would take for you to put it together. Give them the price list and see if they still want that juice so badly. If they do, you make extra money. They may see the price list and go, "Hell no, I'm not paying that!" In which case you don't have to worry about it anymore.

I saw them live on the beach in Clearwater I think it was in 93.They were one of the very few bands that I liked from the 90's when in my honest opinion music as I know it went to total $#!t. Yes canning truly is a lost art. When I was growing up my dad worked with a man who had a huge farm. He would let people from all around come pick vegetables, as much as you wanted. My stepmother would spend weekends canning. We used to buy whole cows from another place down home and have them butchered and freeze the meat. With some time and effort you can eat really well for not a whole lot of money.

Between my wife and I we have 12 Spinner 2s and 7 1300mah Spinner 1s lol. Some are almost 2 years old and the only one to die was submerged in saltwater for probably close to an hour before I found the tip of the lanyard swaying in the surf. I was drunk haha. Even so after I dried it out and gave it a rice jacuzzi it worked several more months but only lasted about half as long.

I am 100% convinced the Vision Spinner is the toughest battery of its style made.

Yea I love East Tennessee but we go to the beach at Cherry Grove SC a couple times a year and love it. One of these days I will most likely just stay haha.

The Bop jammin' it up on the beach on sunday. Last house on the street, right on the sand. There are blue skyies and surfers and a couple hunfred people on the beach right behind the guy taking the photo.

North Carolina is awesome its only an hour away from here in the East Tennessee mountains where I live. I'm about 70ish miles from the state line.

Funny how this always happens.  I clean a part of my work shed to do something specific and find all sorts of stuff that had gone missing....  

Someday I might move to the 'Dark Side'; having too much fun with the Russians and such right now.
 
I even set up for a Stainless drilling party, but didn't need it.
 
Cleaned the drill press up, cleared the work bench and found all kinds of 'missing' stuff, so not a total waste of time!

My youngest has my guitar right now, since he plays more than me.
Nice thing about living in 'NashVegas' is the pawn shops.
Shame that some people still move here to make it BIG, then hock their instruments.
