1. What has your experience with warranties been with other vendors? Some of the positives, negatives, example setters 
So far I've been very lucky in that when I've had trouble with a product, the few times this happened, I had excellent customer service from the three different vendors. One was for a defective tank (the vendor replaced it once I returned the defective one). Another was for a mod with an internal battery that was DOA -- vendor replaced it with no problem once they received the defective mod. And then there were a few orders where I got something different from what I ordered. An apology was issued, was told to keep the items that were sent (they still worked with the tanks I had but were different from what I ordered), and the correct merchandise was sent out immediately.
The one negative vendor/customer service experience was where the vendor sent my $176.00 order somewhere else, sent me one 30 ml bottle of something I didn't order, laughed it off, and sent what I originally ordered -- two weeks later despite me paying extra for expedited service on my original order. The only apology I got was a, "oh, sorry about that." This one happened early on when I was just starting out so I was ordering a lot of juice to figure out what I liked. The $176.00 was an average of what I ordered every two weeks or so at that time. That vendor never saw another cent from me, and I also stopped recommending them to friends.
2. What do you feel/expect out of a warranty as it relates to vaping? (For example do you feel no warranty in coils is fair? What about batteries and eliquids?)
No warranty on coils is fine as you just get bad coils from time to time, and it's all too easy for people to screw things up on their own with a coil. Too hard to figure out if it's user error or a manufacturer's defect. No warranties on eliquid because taste is subjective, however, if you get a bottle that has a cracked seal or is broken in shipping... I've had that happen and had to send a picture of the damaged bottle. Then, the vendor sent me a replacement as well as a whole extra bottle of the eliquid and a couple of little doo-dads as their way of saying, "sorry, here's a little something extra to say we value you as a customer." Batteries, I would like a warranty on those, but maybe it would be best to go with #3 below.
3. How do you feel about spending extra for a no hassle extended warranty? (Take Best Buy's warranty service for example which is border line no questions asked) 
For me, if I were that worried about a warranty, I'd welcome the chance to be given a choice to buy an extended warranty. That would be cool. 

These are all exact signs of to much nicotine. All of those symptoms are often accompanied by strange, erotic or nightmarish dreams. Whatever nicotine strength you are on needs to be stepped down to the next lowest level. These side effects are quite common for first time vapers.

Well I only like to shop here......except for juice supplies, and the occasional juice purchase elsewhere.I have been exclusively here for hardware except my griffin 25 plus.

With any tank, overfilling will cause spit-back, leaking, or flooding... a leaking coil (improper wicking) will cause juice to build up in the tube and/or run out the air-holes...   A poorly sealing tank (chipped glass, bad o-ring) will cause the tank to lose negative pressure (vacuum seal), which will allow juice to leak into the center tube or air-holes...  A coil not fully seated properly into the base or attached to the center tube will work the same to lose negative pressure, or create an all-out leak... Using too low of a Wattage/Voltage for your coil will cause juice to not fully vaporize, resulting in spit-back, popping, or liquid remaining in the tube... This last one is the usual suspect

Thanks! It's a great  way to clear up some space on older or perfectly good items. We have more, taking pictures and posting is a bit of a headache but I'll list other items later this week.   (Who knows, if it does well enough we could always open this up to members. Like an ebay for vapers. But I'll try not to get ahead of myself just yet.) 

I agree. Keep tracking of everything is ridiculous. There's just so many options these days. 
It looks like I'm going to head out to China again in a month or two. We have plans to try and stop by SmokTech, if so I'll deliver the message (Seriously, they actual love feedback direct from US consumers. It helps that Roger speaks Chinese so we can get whatever point across we're trying to make)

Ordered. Only in silver at the moment will work on other colors. Coils also seem to be difficult to track down at the moment but it's on the list. Also Smok needs to calm down with these tanks. Baby Beast, Big Baby, Big, Giant, King, Whopper,

That's a baby beast, there should not be any plastic in that tank with the exception of the drip tip.
The burning plastic smell may be coming from a overheated battery, The baby beast uses a lot more power than the Artic tank, and your battery might not be up to it.

Like I said it's great to see these forums still going, I remember back in the day this site and everyone was so helpful. Glad to see there's stores now with the good vapes on the shelf ready to go, with some decent desert juices that are amazing..  Cutwood Sugar Drizzle, French Dude and Milkman Churrios..  butI miss Bobas Bounty and my old ProVari...   what new sites have really good RY4'S,desserts, cinnamon, cinnabun etc etc
 
However i just started vaping again and loving it.. I got the black and gold G-Priv which as a Saints fan I love and I got the Alien kit for my girl..  black and gold of course lol.  Glad to see these forums and store are still going strong and I hope I'm back for good.
 
 

I just found this place the other day and I place my first order today.
Less than an hour after placing my order I received a call from Christopher.
One of the items I ordered was ruined during the move. I was offered an alternative and we had a nice little chat.
Now that's what I call Customer Service!

A late and sleepy update. 
Our move is going well and things are ahead of schedule. Some orders have already shipped out with most if not all orders shipping by the end of tomorrow. The VT online store will fully open as of March 9th. (Though we won't open for local pickup until sometime in April) Additionally, we have quite a lot of open box inventory and other miscellaneous items. (Everything from mini screwdrivers to 801 pipes). I'm going to introduce a new auction system to the store by weeks end with a number of open box and other items that don't fit into the usual categories (more on this later).
As for now, all of us are pretty exhausted. Will have another update in a couple of days.
