My name is Dave. I am 33 from Chicago I've been a smoker for 16 yrs. I been smoke free for 3 weeks, but a heavy vapor. I love vaping and my favorite is menthol cinnamon liquid. My current set ups are; Silver Bullet orange/black from altsmoke BB black from altsmoke Ego twist 1100mah Joyetech Evic. Love the evic All are running with 3.5 ml vivi nova tanks and the ego twist runs with evod clearomizers. I am new, so any advice on putting pictures up would be appreciated. Looking to sell both the silver bullet and the bb. I am more into VV and trying to get the Provari 2.5. I can't wait to explore this site and see what it has to offer.

I've used Perfumer'S Apprentices menthol for a few years. Love it! Recently, a friend of mine wanted to try her hand at Diy'ing. She got the vanilla cupcake and a clove from there. Both were excellent! I have also used the double ry4 and Asian ry4, also both good. I love the descriptions of favors on that sight, they're spot on! Also love the tiny $1.50 bottles to try new flavors. I remember years ago, it was pretty common to use 15-20% flavoring, but I know with the handful of flavors from PA that I've used, that would be Way to much. I started Diy'ing because I couldn't find a menthol that was strong enough. I use 5% on all the flavors from there and 5% comes out pretty strong!

Just watched these on my lunch break, i like the look of the AGA-T+ but want to do some research on the smaller wick hole. The more of these videos i watch the more i realize a genny is inevitably in my future lol. Also watched his 'Game Changer' video. He had me on the edge of my seat. Dammit Phil! lol

Picked one of these up and been enjoying it so far. I've built 5 coils, the first 2 "worked" but weren't enjoyable at all. I had hot spots all over the place and my coil was sitting way too far away from the posts. My last 2 coils have performed great, starting to get the hang of it i think. I have noticed it seems to gunk up quickly, 3 or 4 days if that's all i use. Have you experienced that all Uma? I'm using nichrome wire, i don't know if switching ti Kanthal would make any difference? Who knows. Once i have the wrapping and building coils down i think i'm gonna pick up an AGA-T+ or maybe a DID. Still not sure, gotta do more research on what else is out there, but i think i like the look of the AGA-T+ better than any of the other gennys i've seen so far, which isn't many lol

Hello Everyone! Well to tell you how I got into the e-cig world was just by chance really. I'm 62 years old and have been smoking for 44 years, My doctor has been after me to quit for years but I love to smoke. Even after a heart attack in 2004 I still continued to smoke where a normal person would have quit right then and there but I loved it to much I guess. One day this young lady that I work with came in and was puffing on this thing lol and what looked like smoke came out of it. I said what the hell is that you have there, she said its a e-cigarette and that she just quit smoking. She told me how it worked and I thought hey I could do this and quit smoking, that night when I got home I told the wife about it but she didn't think much about it so I just dropped the subject. Well as the days went by thats all I could think about was that dam e-cigarette. So it was time to go buy two more cartons of smokes so I went and bought the wife hers and with one smoke left in my pack I went down to the Volcano cafe and bought an inferno. Its been 3 months now and I still have that one cigarette. I told my Dr the next time I had to go to him that I finally quit smoking lol he said OMG is it the end of the world. I asked him about what he thought about the e-cigarette and he said you still get the nicotine right and I said yes his answer was so what so what its the tar and all the other garbage that is in a cigaette that does all the damage to a person. So thats how I got to the world of the e-cig and yes there is a lot to learn, I have watched many videos and been to a lot of web sites, going to look into making my own juice next. All I know is that on my meter, 1" of untwisted 32g Kanthal A-1 has ±1.4Ω of resistance, and 1" of twisted Kanthal A-1 has ±1.1Ω of resistance, so apparently, twisting the two wires together doesn't half the resistance. By those measurements, it takes about 1" of wire to make a 4/3 coil on my RBA that meters ±1.1Ω. BTW, I've always heard that Kanthal is primarily to be used with SS wicks, and Nichrome is to be used with silica wicks...not exactly sure why, though.

A 4/3 coil is one where there are 4 wraps on the outside of the coil and 3 on the inside. You can find some pretty good coil-making info "For Mechanical Mods, a 4/3 or even 3/2 wrap is usually nice. The less wraps we have, the LOWER the resistance. For Electronic Mods, a 6/5 wrap or even more, like 8/7, would be better. The more wraps we have, the HIGHER the resistance. Electronic VV Mods don't like LR atties..." - Uma @Uma- I hope you don't mind me quoting you.

Caramel Covered Apples 3 ml FlavourArt Apple pie (12%) 3 ml Capella Caramel (12%) .5 ml Cotton Candy/EM (2%) 6.25 ml VG (25%) 4.5 ml 100mg unflavored PG (this will make a final strength of 18mg) 7.75 mg PG (no nic) This makes 25ml of juice and it is yummy!!! I have been using 100mg to do my mixing but it can easily be converted to use 60mg or 36mg unflavored base. 100mg can be a bit dangerous so keep safety in mind if you use a strong base.

Okay, let's see if I can do this right. This first pic is (from left to right), Vision Spinner 1300 mAh with Empire Mod drip shield, universal drip tip with a regular drip tip on top. The next two are both Spinners of the 900 mAh and same set up. The blue one is an eGo 650 pass through and same set up. The black drip shield is a new addition from Empire Mods that I just got. This next pic is without the drip shields or drip tips And this one has two drip tips The second from the left's atomizer is a 1.8 ohm 510 atomizer that I got from my local brick and mortar store. All the other atomizers are the Boge 2.0 ohm from Vapelite. As you can see I'm a little partial to the Vision Spinners. I do have a 1100 Twist that I use on the go but prefer the Spinners for direct dripping because I can actually see what volt I'm at without having to go to extreme measures. Oh. And the first two from the left I'm using ECBlend's Feels Like a Nut flavor alternating with their Chocolate Malt, Vanilla Malt and/or Dulce de Leche. The Spinner with the blue drip tip is the blueberry flavor alternating with Strawberry Shortcake. The blue eGo battery is the tropical punch alternating with Dragon's Blood.

Welcome ,good idea.Finding the perfect liquid is the hardest part.I have found you can get pretty good vapor from about any device but the liquid is the key to success.
