  1. That would be Gotvapes.com http://www.gotvapes.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1192&zenid=0947d4c03f545b503ca7054574319c3d You know you want the purple one, Jeff.
  2. My purple spinner matches my purple leopard spotted car seat covers...
  3. Those are beautiful! Welcome to VT.
  4. Well, Lindsay, if you click on the link I provided and then look for the "cartomizer" link on the left side of the page you'll find about five different kinds of clearomizers in various forms. What you "prefer" is up to your individual tastes and likes.
  5. Kitsune reported one in Aurora, Colorado recently. Farther south in Pueblo, Colorado there's one in the mall as well as on B Street: http://vaporsourceecigs.com/ When you get back to Colorado, if you're in the area, you'll have to check out the e-cig fairies in action!
  6. Hi Sanj. I was hoping someone who knows the area would've answered your request by now. Unfortunately, I'm not at all familiar with where you live so I can't be of any help. Have you had any luck tracking down a local store that might have some e-juice for sale? I've heard someone say they found some at head shops... Good luck, and I hope you're staying safe!
  7. This review is waaaay late but here it is. When I finally decided to try the eGo Twist I bought it from Brian at The Veteran Vapor. Also ordered the charger. The items came quickly and well packaged. The first time I tried to charge it the threads were a little weird and I had a hard time connecting the battery to take a charge. Since the charger is a different type than what I use with my pass throughs I assumed it was just me. The second time I couldn't get it to connect at all so I contacted Brian. At this point I didn't know if it was me, the Twist, or the charger or all of the above. Brian got back to me right away and insisted on sending out a new battery and charger immediately even after I told him I'd be happy to wait until he checked to see which one the culprit was. He sent me a brand new Twist and charger priority. Inside the box was also a slip for me to reuse the box with the prepaid shipping slip to return the items I already had. In the past with other vendors I usually had to pay to send things back. Only when they got the items and checked to make sure it wasn't working would they send out a replacement and possibly a refund on the shipping. Not so with Brian. The customer service I got from him was way beyond great. He even got back to me with an update. It was the charger after all and the Twist was just fine. These things happen from time to time with any product. I don't expect everything I buy to be perfect every time, and it was in no way Brian's fault that the charger didn't work right. But it's the way the transaction is handled that makes all the difference. Since then I've ordered as many things as I can from his store. The times when I contacted him asking questions, he's always answered quickly and politely. Of the things I've ordered, there were some extra goodies as his way to say, "thanks for the business!" If you want great customer service, quality products, excellent packaging and quick shipping... I highly recommend Brian and The Veteran Vapor. And Uma? Forget calling him Mark. I kept typing his name as Brain.
  8. Wow. I'm rather surprised to hear about your experience with them. I had a drip tip break so I emailed them to ask if this was a common occurrence with this particular style -- didn't want to buy another one like it if it was. At less than $2 I didn't really expect much. They immediately sent back an apology as well as a replacement. And welcome to Vapor Talk.
  9. Yes, each coil is $2.49. http://www.theveteranvaper.com/vision-ego-clearomizer-ce4-long-wick/ The Vision CE4 is a 1.6 ml clearomizer that's also very good, imo.
  10. Sorry, no help here about the thor clearomizer. But I would recommend getting some T2 (eGo 2.4 ml CC (changeable coil) clearomizers) at The Veteran Vaper. http://www.theveteranvaper.com/ego-2-4ml-cc-long-wick-changeable-coil-clearomizer-clear/ http://www.theveteranvaper.com/ego-cc-long-wick-replacement-coil/ The second link is to the replacement coils. These are easy to use and very good -- just my opinion. And welcome to VT!
  11. When I was just starting I tried dry burning them with my pass throughs. Most often they left either a burned taste or wasted the things altogether. After a couple of tries I just started to dry them overnight. That seemed to work best for me. YMMV, however...
  12. I think that's what they were. Their site is currently down due to Hurricane Sandy's influence so I can't check the descriptions. No worries if they're not. Guess I'll find out when they get here. If they're not something I can use with my current set up -- maybe it just means I'll have to buy the correct stuff so it'll fit. Just kidding!
  13. My next problem might be when I have too many different things to choose from that I can't decide which one to switch to...
  14. Glad you're all okay. Way to be prepared!
  15. Gah! Sorry you're having such an awful day. I hope things turn around for you soon. So far I haven't been too frustrated with vaping but I think that's because I have so many different things to switch off to when one isn't working. And it could also be that I'm still looking at vaping as a challenge so drawbacks are more for a "how can I get around this" type of issue. Hang in there. Tomorrow's another day.
  16. Okay, I ordered the 2.5 and 3.5 ohm 901 atties from IKV as well as the stealth adapter things. Since I'm not trying the 306s... yet, I won't need the XL tips. I did also order some 901 drip shields from Empire Mods. I think I want to have a long talk with a friend who's an architect to see about a room addition to house all the stuff for my new obsession. Strangely enough, despite all this spending on e-cig stuff, I'm still saving lots of money.
  17. All of what Kitsune said. Sweet-Vapes as well as other vendors have 5 ml bottles that are perfect for sampling. Once I find something I really like I get a bigger bottle. Um... like the Dulce de Leche, 12 mg nic, 50VG/50PG. That started as a 5 ml bottle. It had to steep for a couple of weeks before it tasted better but then... a 30 ml bottle that came about a week ago and is now half gone... EC Blends has a wonderful chocolate malt (extra flavor), that's just... mmmmm. The Vapor Room also has many wonderful juices and sales! You don't have to go through one bottle at a time. Some you vape a lot for awhile and then put away only to come back to it again later on. The choices are endless. Welcome to VT and to vaping!
  18. That's just the thing. I've got a couple of eGo cones and used those before getting a drip shield from Empire Mods. In my opinion and experience the shield works better than the cone. It seems to let the atty breathe more so the whole thing doesn't get so hot when I chain vape. And the amount of liquid I keep over dripping into my current set up? It's gonna get messy no matter what I use.
  19. See? This is why I love this place. There are so many wonderful people who really know about this stuff and step up to help others. Thanks, Ron, for the extra bit of information. I'll try to remember that about the 306s.
  20. Oh, and don't forget the whole, "OMG! Do they really think I'm going to pay that???" thing... Still, I'd trade the entire Rockies (the mountains not the baseball team) for the ocean any time.
  21. Welcome to Vapor Talk! I think I'm liking Colorado a whole lot more these days...
  22. Rixter, you're a doll! I alternate between eGo T2 Upgrade 650 mAh passthroughs, eGo C 650 mAh passthrough, eGo 1000 mAh twist, and a Vision Spinner 900 mAh. I guess they're all compatible with the 510 threading... if I understood it correctly. From your earlier comments (as well as Viper Ron's), I went ahead and ordered the stealth adapter thingy. Well, okay, so my finger slipped and there should be four of the little suckers coming in the mail. From earlier on I bought 2 of the eGo drip shields from empiremods. Just ordered a few more in different colors that should be here soon. So, what atties am I looking at for ordering next? With my last order of 510 atties I've discovered I prefer the SR ones for a cooler vapor. Is there anything else I need to get? Ron said something about getting 306 drip tips? They're different from the ones I currently have, right? Thanks for all the help!
  23. From Vapelite: 10 - 3.0 Ω BOGE 510 atomizers in black 10 - 2.0 Ω BOGE 510 atomizers in black I think I'm in love with the 3.0 Ω. The vapor is so cool and smoooooooooooth. Thanks, Rixter, for the rec!
  24. Very cool. Thanks!
  25. Morning, Ron. Please bear with me as I'm only just starting on my first cup of java this morning. I'm currently using 510 atties with my eGo batteries. Oh, and I already have that most excellent drip shield! *bounces* Is a 306 compatible with the eGo threading or do I need to get an adapter for it?
