  1. I have to agree, battery life is number one...but better than that; if you want to be a successful supplier, just dont rip your customers off! Sell us a good product at a fair price and offer decent customer service, we will come back! I used this company ecigexpress for over a year,first few orders were okay, then i started getting defective batteries,leaking atomizers...i finally had enough when the last order came and had a non-working atomizer in it. When i asked for a replacement 4 days later, they refused to replace it, told me it was too late.I spent hundreds of dollars with these people...like i am really going to lie over a $6.00 atomizer. Nice way to treat your customers,huh?
  2. ecigexpress sucks!!!! .not such a nice company..spent hundreds of dollars over the last few years with this company,I didnt complain last time the battery didnt work or the atomizer fell apart or the battery quit after one week, or the atomizer leaked... But, i emailed them about a faulty atomizer that came just last week(i ordered four)they said ,"too bad, you have to report it within 48 hours".it had been four days before i got to open it.. AND , as a rule, i only open atomizers as i need them so that they dont get dried out. ..i offered to send the faulty one back and everything...they just want to take your money and dont take any resposibility for the product quality! POOR QUALITY!
