  1. Mark, on the Ambrosia Maple one, for the lowest level for the drip tips, do you think you could devise something like pins to go through the middle of a drip tip instead of making holes for them to sit in? I could see using the pins for drip tips as well as drip shields so spacing would be important. I'd like to talk to you about price. And all my batteries are eGo style. And I wouldn't be able to pick one up until January when the holidays are over with. Does this sound do-able?
  2. Good information to know, Dan, and I'm sorry to hear you've been having such a bad time with your new acquisition. I'm torn between the Vamo and the other one that Jeff recommended. If I do decide on the Vamo, I'll steer clear of this vendor.
  3. Even kiosk space in any mall costs an arm and a leg, hence the outrages prices to cover their overhead. There's a brick and mortar store where I got my first set up and bottles of juice. Although I don't care too much for his other flavors I still get his mojito. For a 10 ml bottle he charges $11.00, which isn't bad. It would probably be double that if he were in the mall instead of his own shop downtown.
  4. If you used it right after you rinsed it out, then it'll take some time before you get more vapor. Your wick got wet with water from the rinsing and needs to work that out. This is why, when I rinse, I also let it dry over night. Keep at it, you should get past this soon.
  5. Thanks for the explanation, DarthVaper.
  6. It would be laughing with you.
  7. Minimum order... TEN sets??? And they want you to give them your email address for the price. I think I'll pass. Even I don't need ten sets of a certain battery. Lol. Just curious though. What is the appeal of a box style unit?
  8. I don't know, Jeff. I liked the thought of the Vamo having the giggles, it made the thing seem less intimidating to me.
  9. In my limited experience the creamy flavors are by far the smoothest. You didn't mention which flavors she tried so it's hard to tell if that was the culprit or not. I just got a whole mess of new flavors as well as 50 ml bottles of my current favorite: EC Blend's Dulce de Leche. Both are at 6 mg nic, 60 PG/40 VG. One bottle is extra flavor, which I'd bought in a small 5 ml bottle to try previously, and the other is at double extra flavor. I figured the double extra flavor, if I didn't care to vape it alone, it would be great to mix with other flavors without having to use as much. The straight fruit flavors are... sharper in taste, IMO, and can be harsher for me. The bakery blends like Nilla cookie, vanilla cupcake, strawberry shortcake, pineapple upside down cake, etc. are easier on my throat and taste delicious! Just a thought.
  10. Uma, you are *not* helping! I never realized they had things like wraps for e-cigs, although I don't know why I'm surprised. Hmmmm. Something to think about. Thanks for the link! I think.
  11. Hmmm, wonder if that's why their URL is "smoke51"? Like their selling e-cigs and supplies are the "smoke screen" for the scam. I'm sorry that you got taken in. Hopefully, with your warning, others won't have that same experience.
  12. Great attitude, Romen. I wish you well. If you have any questions, you've come to the right place. Welcome.
  13. I think I'll hold out until they come out with a purple leopard spotted Vamo. That would match the car seats better.
  14. Glad it helped, PoppaC. This also works for atomizers when you're direct dripping and have flooded the silly thing. Again.
  15. Thanks for the explanation, Dan. Oooh, and look! It's in gun metal gray... if I got this one it would match my car!
  16. Hey, Dan, what's this "mini mode" and how does it work?
  17. Size matters, baby! Aw, man. Sorry, but I couldn't pass that up.
  18. http://www.cigtechs.com/510-Nano-Clearomizer_p_252.html Looks like they're on sale here for $2.25. According to this site it's 2.4 - 2.9 ohm.
  19. If you give me instructions on how to get that, I'll see what I can do. A Fluke meter should also be able to tell the resistance, right? I have one of those but not anything specific for e-cig stuff. I think it's either 1.8 or 2.0 but I'm not sure.
  20. Yep. I've already run the gamut on the personal computers, laptops, netbooks, ereaders, smartphones.... so I started in on e-cigarettes and accessories! The copy and paste functions for the Boge cartos aren't working??? Did you run the anti-malware to see if that't the problem? Hey, if you do get it to work you have got to let the rest of us know!
  21. I'm not familiar with carto punching. Is that anything like punching cattle? So far, so good. I'm still liking these. I'm not getting huge clouds of vapor but I think that might be because I'm running 70 PG/30 VG juices through them. Oops. Never mind. It was because of the way I had the battery set up, it wasn't the nano. >_<
  22. You'll have to let us all know if you do or not. It will give us more ammunition to tease Brian and Jeff.
  23. Hee. You're cute. So far I'm really liking these things a LOT! I hope they continue to work well...
  24. I didn't have any trouble filling them at all. And no leaking so far, but I've only had them for 24 hours or so.
  25. You really do, Kit! I just went and ordered some more of these little things. They're grrrrreeeeaaaat! Now, I just need to find some thread covers and I'll be set for a while. Famous last words. *rolls eyes at self*
