The kit that Jeffb linked to looks like it'll fit the bill for you. Now you'll need e-liquid. The amount of VG content in the e-liquid is what will give you the most vapor BUT! keep in mind that with higher VG the thicker the juice and you'll have more of a chance of gumming up your clearomizer/cartomizer. I'd suggest going with a juice that's either 50 PG/50 VG or 40 PG/60 VG. That should give you plenty of vapor. My personal recommendation would be to go to EC Blends to get your juices. They allow all kinds of customization.

Aw, thanks, Rixter. Seriously, though, I wouldn't steer you wrong. They're almost the same color. Your wife is gonna love it.

Long story short I'm not in a place where I can put the pics up on VT but can send you the pics via email. If you'll send me an email to tameiki at gmail.com I'll forward the pics. My cell camera hates me. It makes the first picture look like the drip shield is pink when it's definitely the same color of purple as the Spinner. The second pic is better but still not totally accurate. The colors match *almost* perfectly. There's just a teeny tiny minute difference in shade but it's hardly noticeable the colors are so close. The Spinner's purple is just a touch darker than the shield.

Empire Mods does! http://www.empiremods.com/product_p/egodc.htm I've got the purple one and it matches the purple spinner well. Oops. Need to add that it's a purple drip shield cone. Hope that's also okay.

Which purple Spinner did you get? The 900 or the 1300? Man, and here I was thinking, "Go mse12!" all the way until I hit "The spinner and mt3 is for the Ms."

Very interesting. This could also explain why we vape more than we smoked...

I second the Vision Spinner! It has quickly become my favorite. You might want to start out with a 650 mAh or 900 mAh. The bigger the numbers, the longer the charge will last. Keep in mind that the unit itself will also be a little longer. If you go with the 1300 mAh, it's the same length as the 900 but the 1300 is wider. For your first one I'd recommend the 900 mAh. Just my two cents. EC Blends is a favorite of mine to buy juice. You can customize until the cows come home. And maybe then some. They have great flavors and even better customer service! https://www.ecblendflavors.com/

Oooooh, and they have green...

Since I started vaping I've found I do it much more than I ever smoked. When I switched over I was going through 3/4 of a pack of Marlboro Lights a day. That's why I keep a variety of nic levels available. Like Uma, I vape 24 (very rarely used), but it's very handy when I can't vape as often. Lately, that's been my go-to level. Other times when I'm chain vaping I stay around 6 mg although I do have some flavors at 0 mg. From what I've read most of us vape more than we smoked. Congrats on putting away the analogs and go get some more juice!

They do! I use my T2, T3 and MT3s on my Vision Spinners. You don't need any adapters at all.

You'll find a bunch of different brands and ohms of atomizers being used by people on this forum. We all like what we like. My current love is the 2.0 ohm Boge atomizer (I think this is still considered to be LR). Just went and ordered 10 more a few minutes ago...

Thanks for your review! You might just want to ditch the soft cap and use a drip tip. I find that using the universal drip tip and a regular drip tip on top of that very handy. The long universal keeps you from getting juice in your mouth when vaping. It might look a little funny and much longer but I love these things! You can get those at Empire Mods. http://www.empiremods.com/product_p/chrryuni.htm

Well, that's a relief. Glad you concur.

The Vision Nanos pack a punch with great flavor delivery and no fuss if you're not turned off by the small size.
-
Yes, Jeff. What do you think of the nano? Do I get that pony? Huh? Huh???
-
With your cartos, do you use a drip shield? That helps me with the leaking problem. You can get them from Empire Mods. As for being out and about I use mostly T2 and my Vision Vivi Nova Mini. The CE4s are also on stand-by.

My happy place is anywhere I can vape in peace without outside interference.

Don't forget the 'mandatory volunteerism'. I get this a LOT at work...

I'd suggest a Vision Spinner. It's just like a Twist but you can actually see the numbers easier. Welcome back!

Welcome! You'll find a lot of wonderful people here to answer your questions.

Now that I've been vaping for some time I noticed that I like to change the method of delivery. Quite often. At any given time I'll have several batteries (all eGo or Vision Spinners) set up with a direct drip Boge atomizer, a Vision Vivi Nova Mini, CE4 (Vision Stardust long wick), T2, T3, MT3, Vision Nanos and now some Boge cartomizers. When I first tried cartomizers they were just...meh with me. Now I've gone back to them and they're not too bad. I've been known to switch off to all of the above in one hour day. Am I just fickle by not staying with one thing or do you do this too?

Synther suggested a Vision clearomiser (Stardust or V2) and I agree but go to Sweet-Vapes.com to get it. They're a dollar cheaper and you can pick up e-liquid there too. Sweet-Vapes has yummy juice. http://www.sweet-vapes.com/index.php?page=shop.browse&category_id=39&vmcchk=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=84 For now I'd say go with something simple like the V2 or the Nano. I prefer the Nano for new users because it doesn't hold a lot of juice so there's no waste, it's easier to change flavors without having to change clearomizers. Just my two cents.

It looks like you should be able to hit the ground running with this kit. If I were you, though, I'd purchase a tank and definitely more liquid right away so you won't have to wait for it when you need it later. In my experience cartomizers don't last long before it needs a refill.

I love the Vision Spinner! While the eGo Twist is wonderful, one draw back is that it's next to impossible to see the numbers and what voltage you're vaping at. The Vision Spinner is just like the Twist but with easy to read numbers. My new 1300 Spinner is wonderful. It lasts for a loooooong time between charges. You'll find we all have our favorite toys and we give similar yet different recommendations. I think all of the recs are pretty good for starting out. In the beginning it's good to get something that just "works" and is easy to use. Then, you'll start branching out and trying other things. The easiest for me would be a CE4 (also called a Vision Stardust), Vivi Nova/Vivi Nova Mini, or the new T3 or MT3. You just fill, wait a few minutes so the wicks can get soaked through with e-liquid and vape. For throat hit on the juice you'll want either more nicotine and/or more PG. For more vapor you'll want the higher VG. I'd say go with a 50 PG/50 VG. The higher the nicotine you get, you'll also sacrifice a little on the flavor. If you smoke full flavor I'd suggest 18 or 24 mg of nic. If you smoked lights, 12 mg of nic. Ultra-lights, 6 mg. Just keep in mind that we all seem to vape more than we smoked so in order not to get a nicotine overdose, you'll want a lower nicotine juice for when you're chain vaping. A higher mg juice for when you're not. There are wonderful people on this forum who will answer any question...no matter how many. Good luck!
