CE4 and CE5 tips are the same -- I believe. http://www.gotvapes.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=68_199 I've got several of these colors and they work just fine on my CE5s.

Where do you get your e liquid bottles from?
Tam replied to masonlvvy's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
I get mine from specialtybottle.com but those are all glass bottles with dripper tops. The prices are right and good customer service. Speaking of which I need to restock my bottles. -
Davide Glassomizer and Mini Davide by Anyvape on sale now

You know, I wonder if that's not the problem? Everyone here who's been raving about these things have gotten the full sized Davides. Maybe because it's the mini that I'm having a problem? *scratches head* -

Thanks, Medic. I'm disappointed but not quite ready to give up on them just yet. Like I said I'm going to give it a couple of tanks to shape up. If that doesn't work I'll ship them to you free of charge. Only fair since you already shipped me some juice without charging me for them. The problem is that I really wanted to like them. Oh, and these are the Davide Minis, not the full sized ones. Would that be a problem for you? -

There are four holes at the base of the clearomizer and I've put a small piece of tape on one. Tried two but that made the draw too tight. "The draw reminds me of the Pro Tank, it's very airy so I put tape over one of the holes because I like a tighter draw. It was almost where I wanted it but not quite so I put tape on another hole and it was too tight. *sighs* I feel like Goldilocks. Now, I have tape on only one hole." That's what I said in my first post about the Davide. Other than to do what I did, I guess I could solder one of the holes closed and make the second hole smaller. Even though I have the skill set to do that I don't want to bother. If it doesn't improve I can just chalk it up to "I tried it and it didn't work for me." Not the end of the world. There's still the good old dependable direct dripping. -

There's nothing wrong with the juice. I've been vaping the same flavor for months on end. I love the flavor so much that I buy it in 125 ml bottles. When I vape it from a Vision Victory I get plenty of flavor, almost as much as when I direct drip. Whenever I use any clearomizer I always make sure everything is tightened like it should be. As a matter of fact I took it completely apart and cleaned it and put it back together before ever starting anything else. Not everything works for everyone. I guess this isn't for me. So far I've gone through nearly 3/4 of the tank and still it's not giving any flavor. It puts out tons of vapor, though. I'll give it a go for another tank or so to see if it gets any better but I'm not optimistic. Will have to think about what I want to try in the Pro Tank 2 I also got in today. -

Can anyone tell me what ohm these are that come in the Davide? I've vaped through half a tank already and can't taste the juice. I've got my Spinner up to 4.3 volts and...nuthin'. 4.8 volts gives me a slight burnt taste so I backed it down to 4.6 volts. I think I'm getting a little bit of flavor... Oh, yeah. I got them today. The draw reminds me of the Pro Tank, it's very airy so I put tape over one of the holes because I like a tighter draw. It was almost where I wanted it but not quite so I put tape on another hole and it was too tight. *sighs* I feel like Goldilocks. Now, I have tape on only one hole. Guess I can deal. Man, but this thing sucks up the juice! It might be the juice I'm using in it (Feels like a Nut), that I can't get any flavor. Will try a different flavor in the second one I bought to see if it's any better. I'm bummed because I really wanted to like this -- kinda like the Pro Tank. So far it's not doing it for me. -
So far I haven't had any of the Dragon series I didn't like. They're all very tasty!

Where I buy from depends on what I want. For juice I buy from EC Blends, Vapor Dudes and The Vapor Room, those are my top three. For equipment you can't go wrong with The Veteran Vapor and Empire Mods. I also buy from various other stores like Gotvapes.com, Vapelite and Discount Vapers. The Vapor Talk Market Place has a whole bunch of vendors all in one place, it's much like Amazon with their marketplace vendors. If you buy from The Vapor Talk Market Place don't be surprised if/when you're charged multiple shipping charges. It's like a mall where you pay sales tax at each individual store.

Sounds like you might need to change the coil/wick. In my experience, once it starts tasting burnt you can't get the taste out. Hopefully, someone else will chime in to give you a fix it solution, though. This is why I keep all kinds of back ups and extra coils and wicks around. I hate having to wait for an order to come in so I can vape. Also, it's easier and more convenient to keep separate tanks with their own flavor so all you have to do is change the clearomizer when you want to change flavors.

Laguna Beach council agrees not to ban ecigs

Wow. City counsel members who believe in doing some research and using common sense. What's the world coming to??? -
More PG = thinner e-liquid, carries flavor better, less vapor More VG = thicker e-liquid, a little sweeter, MORE vapor I vape more than I smoked but I keep a range of different nicotine levels for different reasons. When I can't vape as often I go with an 18 or 24 mg of nicotine (usually use the 24 mg). When I'm just relaxing and vaping off and on (more on than off), I go with a 12 mg of nic. When I'm chain vaping, that's when I go to 6 mg or even down to 0 mg of nicotine. It all depends on what I'm doing and what I want at the time.

iMedicx90's own green apple. So sweet and tart at the same time. The tart is on the exhale and ends it perfectly. It's at 12 mg nic, 50 PG/50 VG.

Oh my gosh! I just got a shipping notification. Only two more days before it gets here. I'm so excited.

Hey, Aquatroy, any info on whether or not you can go yet? -
Where did you get these from?

From my experience it has worked great so far. You can see more discussion of this on my review of the VT here: Bebop and bcarter have both experienced some pretty bad leaking from the VT but I've only had that happen once and that was when I needed to change the coil. So far. YMMV. Of all the different clearomizers I've tried to date, this one is the closest to direct dripping in the flavor department for me. So much so that I frequently just pick it up and vape on it when I want more convenience than to have to drip juice every few draws.
-
Just curiosity here, but what PG/VG ratio are you using? I've had a VT sitting on my desk with liquid in it for the past three or four days now (not connected to a battery), and it hasn't leaked a bit. This juice is at a 50/50 ratio.

Vision Victory (VT) http://www.vaporsourceecigs.com/clear-tank-systems/2ml-vision-vt-victory-tank-ego-pink-3016 It's one of the best I've tried so far...until the next newest toy.

New trend on forum (well new since I have been on)
Tam replied to Lordvapor's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Not familiar with the iTasteV3 but I don't know if you'd be happy with the eGo-C for long. My personal advice is to get a simple variable voltage like the Vision Spinner. The knob at the end is knurled so it's easy to grip, the numbers are very easy to see unlike the eGo Twist. You won't outgrow it for some time and it's a good, solid battery. -
Some vendors send out samples, others don't. The Vapor Room is consistent about samples. EC Blends is a random thing.

On the flip side there are so many choices out there that it's got to be tough on a noob to try to decipher it all. But then again that's why we're here. -
With each juice purchase you also get a small sample. You can either request a certain flavor or just leave the choice up to them. That's what I did and they sent a cranberry I'd normally never try but I found it was so good that I ordered a 50 ml bottle. If you like Mountain Dew, their juice even feels like it has carbonation in it. The lemon meringue pie is delicious but needed to steep awhile. Sweet watermelon and sweet tangerines are nice fruit flavors. Their vanilla custard is amazing... So many different flavors to try.

That's strange. So far I've only had one leak on me but that was when I needed to replace the coil. I always keep them upright and never set them sideways. Keeping my fingers crossed that the leaking thing doesn't happen often. So far so good...

You can dump all but one. That's for lighting candles for a relaxing night with some soft music. The bag can be repurposed for e-cig supplies.
