Hmmm. My fiance doesn't seem to mind that I like it like that. Oops. Did I say that? -

Fired up my KPT2 last night and I'm liking it so far. The draw is tighter than the original KPT just so you're aware, B. I know you're not a fan of tight(er) draws from a tank. -
Oops, my bad. See what happens when I try to post without having my first cup of coffee in the morning?

Never tried their juices I've only bought hardware from Stormy. I can say that she gives great customer service for my orders to date!

None of the flavors you listed sound like it would be good mixed with caramel -- to me. I would set it aside and let it steep for a bit. You might like it better after some time has passed. Either that or wait until you have some other flavor of juice that would better mix with caramel.

For me I just take the cap off and leave the dripper part on, put it in a dark place, shake once or twice a day and let sit. I try the juice about once every other day to see if it's any better. Some juices I just let steep with the cap on, these are the ones that taste okay now but I know will get better with a little time. The ones I don't like or are perfumy, I take the cap off. It can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on the juice. That's been my experience anyway.

http://stormysvaporcellar.com/oc_1/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=167&search=T2 Here are some replacement mouth pieces for the T2 that work much better than the originals. These don't come apart. Do you have some on hand?

They have some in stock at Discount Vaper http://www.discountvapers.com/ce4-thor-vision/

You could always get some flavoring at Walmart, Target, name your favorite grocery store here and try your hand at DIY by adding a drop to a tobacco juice you already have. Just an FYI if you decide to do this - mix in a separate bottle only a little at a time so if you need to add some more juice you'll have it on hand and won't be stuck with too much flavor in the original bottle.

According to the vid on the site they say that a 2.0 ohm coil does best at a recommended 4.3 - 4.8 volts, which surprised me because that sounds so high. But with these being wound so tight I guess they can easily take the extra voltages. Thanks again for the rec!

Okay, it finally got here today. Mine is the HH.357 Cisco Spec Hybrid, 2.0 ohm, matte black, standard sized atomizer. I read the directions, blew out the primer, dabbed a little inside (very gently) to get the rest of it out, added 5 drops of juice and took an unpowered draw. Gurgled a little like it's supposed to, added a couple more drops and vaped. No flavor. But I expected this because of the lingering primer. Kept vaping in short-ish draws, added more juice, vaped some more, added more juice, vaped some more, all the while waiting in eager anticipation for the flavor to come though and blow me away. It didn't. I kept at it as I'd read that it takes some time for the break in period to finally come through. Gotta admit that I vaped myself silly and killed a battery doing it. Changed to a fully, freshly charged battery and kept trying. I finally had to put it down as I got too much nicotine in my system. After dinner I tried it again for about 20 minutes and BAM! I got a clue. Turn up the voltage, dummy. I'd set my battery at 3.8 volts as I didn't want to risk blowing the coil right off the bat. Turned up the voltage to 4.0 and...a little something. Turned it up some more to 4.3 and...WOW. Full freakin' flavor! For several months I've been stuck on EC Blend's Feels like a Nut (tastes just like an Almond Joy candy bar), and it had gotten to the point where the flavor was pretty muted even with direct dripping. With the HH.357 it's like the first time I tasted this juice. I am beyond impressed. I'm taking shorter draws than I usually do because the flavor coming through is so intense. And holy clouds of vapor, Batman! The draw is very light, almost like a Kangor Pro Tank but just a touch tighter. And did I mention the FLAVOR??? Avid Vaper just got an order for two more of these from me. Thanks, Rixter, for another most excellent recommendation. I can't believe I waited this long...

Sure it is, Medic. We all believe you! If Jeff is manly enough to admit to having a pink eGo battery I think you should be just as manly and own up to having a pink iPad.

Why is it that so many women harp on their men for spending a little money on toys when they're guilty of spending much more on shoes and other useless bling? I don't get it. Yes, yes, here. I'll save you the trouble of taking away my woman card. :-p

Paired with the pink ereader... it looks pretty manly to me!

You're welcome, but you're the first one I thought of when iMedic asked, Mark. It's your beautiful work that's responsible.

I think every smoker goes through something like this when they know they should quit but is too scared of letting go of the cigarettes that have been with them for so long. Several years ago I went through a four week smoking cessation program that shed a lot of light into our psychology of why we smoke and continue to do so even though we know it's killing us. Much of what I learned really made a lot of sense when I was ready to let go of my denial and feelings of being defensive. Cigarettes have been there 24/7, it never makes conditions on why it's there, it just is: a constant companion to keep us company. Whether we're bored, happy, sad, whatever. It's always there like a deadly security blanket. When we're ready to try to quit we each have to go through a sort of grieving process to let it go. The social aspect is also there. I've met some of my very best friends because we were outside smoking. We had an instant common bond in that "us against them" mentality (smokers vs. non-smokers). Don't push him, just continue vaping. Answer questions if and when he asks them but with no pressure. When he's ready he'll try it on his own. Until then heaven and earth won't change his mind. Be a friend who's supportive because he's going to need it.

Sounds like your friend is grasping at straws to come up with an excuse not to give up the cigarettes, and that's okay. He needs to be truly ready before he'll give it a try. How about a black Vision Spinner 1300 with a Pro Tank 2. It's clunky enough to be "manly" and you can change the tip to a more "masculine" one. Take a look at the various drip tips you can get at Empire Mods. The snake ones or skull and cross bones should be okay. http://www.empiremods.com/category_s/48.htm

No cleaning here, either, unless it looks like it needs it. Guess we're just trusting souls.

Anybody do any "hardcore" camping?
Tam replied to blucavvy's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
Never saw "Into the Wild" but yes, I've done camping like that. Roughing it big time. If you have electricity, it's not really camping. A big maybe on a faucet on a pipe sticking out of the ground that's in the middle of nowhere and you have to hike some to get to it. Prefer to camp near a good sized river. No pads under your sleeping bag, just a tent and rocks for pillows. Aluminum foil and a very sharp knife (I prefer it to be razor sharp) are your best friends. These days my idea of roughing it is a Marriott with slow wi-fi, though. -
That's why we preach about back ups here. And back ups of your back ups. Hope you can get a replacement soon!

Where be the Bop and daughter?

Depends on what the vendor does about your order once you contact him/her to let them know of the mix up. If they offer to correct and make it good I'd say it's a good vendor and they just made a mistake. If they give you any grief -- never use them again and let us know who they are so we don't experience the same thing.

The owner and your friends may think these are good because they do not know about the kinds of equipment Bcarter is recommending. Nearly all of us on this forum use eGo or Vision Spinner batteries or mods. Nearly half of those who switched to these kinds of batteries started out with the kind you linked to and it's unanimous that they can't believe what a HUGE difference and improvement once they switch. It sounds to me that you've already made up your mind to purchase these so go ahead and get them. At least you'll get off cigarettes. Then, when you're ready for something more (when these don't do it for you anymore), you can try some of what the members here would highly recommend.
