If you put some guns into their hands and let them hunt each other down for the bachelor's hand... that might be more up my alley. LOL Haha... I think that's on the menu for next season's Survivor... Or it should be... I swear, I would rather have a root canal AND my fingernails pulled out with pliers... with zero anesthetic... than have to sit through 15 minutes of ANY reality show! After having had to go through THREE root canals within a four month period this past year I think I'd rather suffer through a reality show instead. I find some reality shows like Survivor and Big Brother more entertaining than any other shows I am really into watching social interaction. Mplough Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 (edited) There is no such thing as a "Reality" show by definition. It's all scripted for ratings based on weekly social buzz by viewers. Kinda like Bear Grylls traveling across a glacier and convincing me he traversed a crevasse that was un explored while the camera guy was already on the other side filming it. If you want to see a real reality show, plant a bunch of hidden cameras are an Island, put 15 people on the Island, no rules, no 'counsel' , no silly challenges and no moderator. I've heard nothing but good things...and, if I'm not mistaken it's got some of the same writing staff as a show a while back called The Shield. And from what I've seen it's got the same actor, Walton Coggins, that was in The Shield. And The Shield, my friend, was a show not to be trifled with. One of the best. I was posting on Facebook that I was watching it and was up to the episode where Ned Stark is arrested and sitting in the cell. I mentioned that he was about to kick some arse and someone spoiled it and told me what happened.... I was like...did you not just hear me say I am watching it for the first time?!?
