it vapes very nicely.I had a bit of a time filling it,of course I was filling from the wrong place and I got juice everywhere!the airflow is really cool,it's a metal slot on the bottom, but it slides it does not click into place, but it's not an issue because it is on the very bottom,so it won't get bumped lol . so far I've only gone to 40 watts, the coil is very smooth , it has huge wicking ports so it can handle my high vg juice.super smooth vape, really good flavor . haven't tried out temp control yet,or my mouth to lung coils,I plan on running 1.2 ohm triton mini Clapton coils,I'll let you know when I get there.as far as size goes ,I have small hands and it's super easy to handle wich is really nice.I have only two complaints, the filling port I am not crazy about, and the slot where you are your juice level is tiny, but the magnetic door slides off easy so you can see,and changing batteries is super convenient . however it is not flimsy I don't think it would come off If I was carrying it.the good thing about the juice slot on the door is that the tank is never exposed . navigation is easy, the display screen is nice and bright even in bright sunlight.there ya have it;)

Sorry to hear about your aunt, and I can definitely relate, being diagnosed with COPD a year ago. I was able to stop smoking for about as long as it took me to walk from the doctors office and back out to the car. I continued to smoke and struggle with the COPD episodes and inhalers 4 times a day until this past August, when I started my research on vaping. I stopped by the local vape shop and got started with an eleaf istick nano 40. I was able to cut back on the cigs to about 5 - 10 a day and was using the heck out of the eleaf. Wasn't happy with the eleaf as it seemed to leak, and being new to vaping, didn't care for the oily touch after charging being it has to be laid on it's side to charge. A few weeks later I picked up a Smoktech osub as I was determined to get away from the smokes. I thought, "Yeah, Buddy", now I think I'm getting somewhere. Within a week I was down to 1 or 2 in the morning only and the Smok for the rest of the day. I should add that I smoked nothing but menthol and have been vaping the same. By the second week of November I was off the cigs completely, however, my wife thought it was a good idea and confiscated my Smok. She's off the cigs now and on the Smok, so I picked up an Aspire Archon 150 and topped it off with a Crown tank. Am off the cigs, only using my inhaler once a day, and doing a lot better with very few, if any so far, COPD episodes. Nic 6 juice (menthol) is working fine for me, but that's just me. Believe me, if I could put those things down, I believe anyone can. This is just the route I took to do it.

yep ! every tank I have ever had with the exception of my crown mini (using one of the ones it came with about a month now).and my nautilus x,the one that came with was fine.otherwise, like tam,I set them aside for a rainy day . I did learn that the hard way though!but I did learn the hard way also, that some of the factory coils that come with the cotton is packed too tight, and it's a wicking issue, when I do use them I take a safety pin or a regular sewing pin and pierce the wicking ports.it works for me lol, when I do get to them, also I keep them in a baggie so I know they are the ''issue" coils hahaha.

Guys , close your ears a sec.I'm either going to have to have a uterine ablation , or possibly a complete hysterectomy.I wasn't having kids anyway my tubes are cut tied and burnt, that's not an issue.my doctors are very much on board with my vaping,I smoked after all my other surgeries.I'm just curious if I'll have to quit 2days in advance like when I was on cigs.

This isn't a full review of the Hohm Slice, just some first impressions formatted into a mini-faq of sorts.  A full review will be coming along in a couple of weeks.

What is it? – In a nutshell the Hohm Slice is a single 26650 101 watt regulated box mod with temp control.

What sets it apart from other TC mods?  It can be used with nickel, titanium, stainless steel (all types), nichrome, tungsten (used with ceramic wicks) and Kanthal A1.  Yes, temp control for Kanthal.  It also seems to be a bit more user friendly than other TC mods I own or have used, but again, I have spent most of my time with it in power mode.  In power mode it works as just well as any other regulated mod I have.

Does the temp control really work with Kanthal?  Yep, it sure does.  For the most part far I have been using it power mode with a TFV8 Baby Beast using the Baby T8 coil at 90 watts, but I did play around with the same tank and same coil in TC mode so I can verify that temp control does indeed work with Kanthal.  I need to play around with it a little bit more when I have time to actually sit, dive in deep and really get it dialed in.  I also want to use it with my own Kanthal coils rather than drop in coils.

How does it perform with other wire types?  So far the only other wire type I've used is 316L Stainless Steel.  It performed flawlessly at 40 watts and 480 degrees.  Even though I have switched to SS almost exclusively for temp control vaping I do still have some nickel drop-in coils and I still have some titanium wire so I plan on checking it out with those as well.  I don't and won't use coils with ceramic wicks and I don't have any nichrome, so I probably won't be checking temp control performance with either of those unless I decide to buy some nichrome wire.

How does it look and feel?  The actual mod casing is very sturdy feeling, but the buttons rattle.  They rattle more than just a little.  I have had mods with buttons that rattle a bit in the past, but picking this up and shaking it almost sounds like you're shaking a maraca.  Okay, slight exaggeration there, but only slight.  The button issue has also been noted by guys who have reviewed this mod on YouTube.  The battery cover is held on with four strong magnets.  The finish is baked on ceramic rather than being painted or powder coated, so it should hold up well under normal use.   Its shape, size and weight with a 26650 in it feel good in my hand.  It is roughly the same size as one of my Sigelei 213s or a Reauleaux 2/3 in 2 battery mode.
I have another mod I'm getting ready to run through some testing, but I hope to have the full review of this mod done within the next couple of weeks.  In the meantime, if you have any specific questions, feel free to ask and I will answer.

From the tanks that I use now, I still find the coils that come with the tanks to be... less than the quality I find in a 5-pack. To this day I just put those aside for a rainy day should I need some coils and not have any new ones available.

LOL - Yep, they sure do.  I rotate almost a dozen tanks fairly regularly.  (Honest folks...I do use more than just my TFV8's!)   Add in the fact that I usually drip when I'm kicked back on a Saturday or Sunday watching football and a drop in coil in one of my tanks can last me well over a month.  In fact, I don't remember how long it has been since I changed the coil in my first TFV8 because those coils seem to last forever anyway.  I do know the original coil lasted approximately a month, but that was with heavy use.  It was my primary tank during that first month.

It is recommended by the manufacturer to charge the RX200 batteries with a external charger, I don't have a heat problem unless I use the usb 3.0 port instead of one of the 2.0 ports. I also sometimes use my cell phone charger to charge them, my cell phone has a 850 mah battery so the 3000 mah batteries charge slower, and don't even get warm. I also remove the battery cover on the mod while charging just to make sure they don't get hot, but with the 160w dripbox I can't remove the cover while charging, and it doesn't get hot.
All the mods I have came with a usb cord, and they all look the same to me.

I have a neighbor who I bought this set up (here )  he's an esophageal cancer survivor and he's about off analogs finally . It's easy to use and great for MTL newbie vapors. The best part is coils are cheap and the charge lasts quite a long time. I also bought them for my son and daughter in law too, as stocking stuffers to see if I can get them off analogs. If it works you can upgrade them to better set ups... if not ...you're not going to go broke in the process. I just make sure I give a wide variety of juice flavors to go with them since tastes vary to each person. Finding the right juice can make all the difference as to if they stick with it or not I've found.
    Good luck.
