  1. Earthling, I wish I could like that last post 1000 times. Well said.
  2. Try some PBFB one of these days with a stout.
  3. Correct. FWIW, i have one juice that I have been getting dry hits with in my ST mini. It's also a 70VG juice. I use the .5 ohm coils in my mini. I have used other juices, both higher VG and lower VG with no dry hits. It's just this one juice giving me fits.
  4. SMH... Mark Leno is a moron.... EVERY "brand" he cited is a "brand" owned by "Big Tobacco". Pay attention to what happens here in California, folks. Laugh at us all you want...but anybody who follows politics knows California is typically only the first lemming to jump off the edge of the cliff. 'Nuff said.
  5. Gender neutral? Don't know 'bout that. But I own about 10 of these little babies. I always buy in pairs and I use a Sharpie to mark them, so I have 5 sets labeled 1a/1b through 5a/5b. I have 4 that are devoted to my mech mod and 6 devoted to my Sigelei. I keep track of rotation and I alternate the positions of 'a' and 'b' n both my charger and my Sigelei. But then...I'm a little anal when it comes to things like that. [emoji15]
  6. The creaminess of the stout complemented the peanut buttery chocolateness of the PBFB very nicely.
  7. Got my bottle of PBFB today. Based on all the great reviews I have seen of this juice thus far I had high expectations. Very high expectations, indeed. I decided to make my first taste into a little ritual. I opened the bottle and gently let the aroma waft to my nostrils. Enticing. I wolfed down dinner in eager anticipation of the "dessert" that was to follow. When it came time, I grabbed a nice, cold Guinness Draught and took a swig. I double checked the coils on my Mutation X to make sure it was reading my currently preferred .5 ohms. I rewicked with fresh organic cotton and checked the ohms again. I put the Mutation X on my Limitless mod, popped in a fresh 18650 and prepared to have my tastebuds overjoyed. I opened the bottle, gingerly dropped a few drops on my atty and fired it momentarily. Oh...the scent. I don't know what paradise smells like, but I'll bet the scent met by my nose is close. I placed the cap on my mod, brought the mod to my mouth and fired the mod again. I inhaled deeply. Oh my...was I in Heaven? I exhaled and took another hit. And another. And another. I prepared to drop a few more drops on my atty when I remembered my cold stout. What to do? WHAT TO DO?!?! I only have two hands! I couldn't hold the mod, and the bottle of juice AND the beer, could I? Of course not! I did the only sensible thing I could think of at the time...I filled my Herakles, upped the watts on my Sigelei, grabbed the beer, took a seat and vaped. And I vaped. And I drank. And I vaped. And the skies parted, the Heaven's opened up and angel's decended. And I knew all was right in my own little world, if only for a few minutes. Oh yes...PBFB certainly exceeded my expectations. From the "fresh out of the oven" flavor with warm vapes to the "thick milkshake" experience of a cool vape...there wasn't a bad hit to be found. I will certainly be purchasing more of this in the near future, along with some others I want to try from Fadora Vapor. Well done, Comp. Well done.
  8. I party plenty, TugBoat [emoji12] . I got this specifically as a "dessert" vape. Just based on how it smells, I'm already thinking it will pair rather nicely with a good stout.
  9. 1 bottle Max VG/0 nic PBFB from Fadora Vapor [emoji4] Gonna eat dinner, rewick my Mutation X and drip some of this for dessert.
  10. You can still see the air. Some days it's a little difficult and things called blue sky, sun, ocean waves and mountains appear in various locations out of nowhere, but most days the air is still visible.
  11. In spite of a degree in electrical engineering, I'm a 20 year law enforcement veteran. The job, benefits and tenure came before the degree, but the degree is meant to be used post law-enforcement career anyway.
  12. I think the main differences between the 100w and the 100w plus are slight cosmetic changes (such as beveled edges for comfort), a spring loaded 510 pin, they got rid of the screw holes on the battery cover (I think the 100w had magnets, but also had screw holes while the plus only uses magnets, but don't quote me on that as I don't own a 100, only the plus version). The plus isn't upgradable, btw.
  13. My ADV an in-house juice from the B&M that hooked me up with my first setup...Lemon Law from Vape Aura in San Diego. Lemon and menthol at 50/50 PG/VG and it rocks. I can easily go through 30ml of this per week.
  14. I've seen many of the same studies. Personal opinion only, but we definitely need more in-depth studies on vaping...potential side effects from the ingredients, how those ingredients react at higher temps, possible undiscovered chemical reactions between nicotine and PG/VG (including potential positive side effects to all of these things). I prefer to keep my vaping out of view of my kids. My oldest is at an age where peer pressure starts to take effect and I don't want her viewing it as something she feels is okay just because she see's me doing it. I also don't wanting her viewing my meager but growing set of toys as something "cool" to own and "play" with At the same time, I will take a hit off whatever device I'm using at the time, but I try not to do it around the kids for the reasons stated above. If I'm the only one home, yes, I vape indoors regularly. I also like to have my EMOW charged and filled with my favorite juice for long drives. I would never smoke with them in the car, but I will "stealth vape" and I blow whatever vapor is produced out the window.
  15. I posted something related to that very subject yesterday in a different thread. My ex works in the biotech industry and her specific field of work is research into finding a cure or at least slowing the onset of Alzheimer's...her research includes the use of nicotine in a large number of her studies.
  16. Same thing here. I think was a combination of the PG/VG, nic level and not being used to lung hits. Mostly lung hits. I can now vape 50/50 with 6mg nic with no problem in my Subtank mini with the .5 ohm coils, although I do prefer higher VG in it. A smaller drip tip and short inhales worked for me in getting used to it.
  17. I ordered my first bottle of PBFB from Fadora this afternoon...0 nic, max VG...but that's for my Mutation X v3 and Limitless combo...I have plenty of Charlie Noble juices in various flavors for the Arctic and other juices for the Herakles. Beautiful thing about all these tanks I'm aquiring along with all the juices I've bought...I'm quickly learning which juices vape best (for me) in which tanks.
  18. Agreed on the kbox. Checked one out the other day. Felt...chintzy...cheap. Threads were very suspect for me...both battery cover and 510 threads. With the money I've spent on some of my tanks, I'm not about to risk cross-threading or stripping threads.
  19. Agreed. If I hadn't been willing to experiment, I might still be on analogs. At the minimum, if I had remained with my first setup and not experimented I would probably be $500-$600 richer. Just remember, sometimes Darwin wins and finds ways to thin out the herd - frequently due to experiments gone wrong. With the help here, though, keeping Darwin at bay shouldn't be too difficult to do. Rule #1 - Safety first. Rule #2 - Safery first. Rule #3 - Refer to rules 1 & 2. Rule #4 - If still in doubt, ask Tam, TugBoat, Earthling, Compenstine, HOOKER, vaping_jake or any of the other fine, more experienced people here on VT and they'll tell you - Safety First.
  20. Ironic given that Welbutrin is not only an anti-depressant, but is also one of the medications that is prescribed as a "stop smoking aid". I was prescribed Welbutrin when I was younger. It didn't work.
  21. Welcome to VT FXRich. I'm sure you'll find the people here happy and willing to help, full of great advice and just downright nice. I love my B&M's for socializing, but the folks here have been a God-send to me with their advice and knowledge. Personally though, I'm a gadget geek and I suffer from a pretty bad case of shiny-itus. Fortunately, after my first 4 weeks of successfully remaining off analogs, my wife has given me permission each payday to go buy something new. Been eyeing a Hyon mech mod.
  22. I wonder if the cotton my LEMO was wicked with is also certificated. There wasn't a certificate in the box and I don't see anything on their website.
