  1. While we're banning things... why are cigarettes and alcohol still legal? Hmmm?
  2. Any why are the powers that be still trying to ban everything about vaping flavors even now that they have more information??? Thinking and researching clearly are not done by very many people.
  3. According to Google it says that an unopened bottle of VG that's stored somewhere dark and cool can last up to 5 years. Two years for PG in the same conditions.
  4. @Squid So sorry to hear you're having to scramble to stock up on juice even before the federal ban takes place (in whatever form). I hope you find an alternative so you don't have to go back to analogs.
  5. Good to know. I was beginning to wonder...
  6. Are you sure? You might've turned into a zombie and just didn't know it.

  8. From CBS news this time: E-cigarette panic is ruining "biggest public health opportunity" in 120 years, scientist says https://www.cbsnews.com/news/vaping-deaths-us-blowing-single-biggest-public-health-opportunity-in-120-years-as-debate-e-cigarettes-scientist/ Now, even though still pretty rare, we're starting to see another point of view other than, "OHMYGODVAPINGISGOINGTOKILLEVERYBODY!" As soon as payday rolls around I'll be stock piling my favorite juice. Lord knows I've got enough hardware to outlast a zombie apocalypse and I can build my own coils if needed. Not having enough drip tips will never be an issue, however.
  9. Why is it that all the articles that actually makes sense are found in the Washington Post? https://beta.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/09/16/vaping-ban-would-be-hysteria-masquerading-prudence/
  10. Banning flavors... yeah, because prohibition worked so well in the past.
  11. Except it is that hard when you're operating under the Chicken Little philosophy of "thought."
  12. T'was my pleasure.
  13. Yep. What @Bebop said. In addition, it might help us to know where you're at - as in location - since so many places have bans or limitations on vaping gear and liquids out there now.
  14. I especially enjoy the "let's all jump on the bandwagon to make all vaping illegal even though we don't even have most of the facts yet" reporting.
  15. The Washington Post put this article up on August 29th but I got busy and forgot to post it. https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/as-vaping-related-lung-illnesses-spike-investigators-eye-contaminants/2019/08/29/cfe26032-ca78-11e9-be05-f76ac4ec618c_story.html Then, this one came out today: https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/as-vaping-related-lung-illnesses-spike-investigators-eye-contaminants/2019/08/29/cfe26032-ca78-11e9-be05-f76ac4ec618c_story.html Finally. Some stories that don't just vilify the vaping industry but rather report that the investigation is actually looking for the real culprit in all these illnesses.
  16. I'm suspicious that they're vaping cheese curds in Milwaukee.
  17. Most of the articles I've read were hysteria-driven "OMG! Don't vape! It's dangerous and it'll kill you!!!" types. There were a few that reported "some" of these people vaped THC/CBD oils (added it in to the pod/tank themselves), and bought their liquid on the street. I'm very suspicious that the people who are suffering respiratory distress vaped something more than just normal e-liquid but aren't saying so because they could get into trouble from their parents and/or it's not legal where they live. After over 7 years of vaping my doctor says my lungs sound extremely good, I don't run out of breath like I used to, and I think it would've done something negative before now. Just my two cents.

    Hhhhh

    Iiiiiiiiiiiii
  19. Don't know if you've tried them before but there's EC Blends. They have customizable e-liquids in hundreds of flavors. You can even create your own. They also sell 5 ml bottles so you can try lots of different flavors without breaking the bank. Just a thought....
  20. Putting up the bat-signal for @Christopher to come to the rescue!
  21. You know I love you, right? Thanks for giving me a much needed giggle tonight.
  22. Correct? Or did you mean "corrected"?
  23. Tried JUUL and didn't like it, too expensive to keep buying pods and way too much nicotine in the eliquid they use. Vape it too much at one go and you'll probably get dizzy from getting too much nicotine in your system. The same goes for the anxiety - too much nicotine or nicotine overload. I prefer the pod system that allows you to fill your own with eliquids of my choice... in a much lower nic level than the 35 mg in the JUUL pods. This is just my experience since I'm not a medical professional nor do I play one on TV.
  24. Hi, long time no see! Hope life's been treating you well. As of May 10th, it's been 7 years for me. Can't believe it's been that long.
