I really like the D2 myself.  I also have the Sigelei mini too.  The D2 is much more comfortable in your hand, and it also gives you a lot of room to grow.  75 watts, plus the possibility of Temp Control.
The only down side to the D2 is you it does not have step down.  There is a workaround, but if you are running it in wattage mode it will not put out less than battery voltage.  This may not be a problem if you are using a higher ohm atomizer.
I have no experience with the Disruptor, but Innoken has always built good products.
If you do go with a mod that uses an 18650 please buy your battery from a reputable dealer, and buy a name brand.  Here are a few good choices:

Here is how I would look at your dilemma. With 2 of them you need to buy batteries and a charger. With the other it is charge and go.
1. Is the added expense for a charger and batteries in your budget?
2. Is the hassle of changing batteries what you want to do on the fly?
3. Making sure you have charged batteries with you a non issue?
If you answer no to at least two of these, go with the Disruptor.
If these things do not bother you or are not a big deal, the IPV D2 would be the best choice.

I keep forgetting that USB charging is becoming a standard in box mods. LOL I like the silicon wraps too they are soft and my mod stays in my hand. LOL

What Tam said ^^^ Sometimes they want to leave the Nic the same as well and mix the same PG/VG and nic as the pre made to cut it. Why? the flavor may be to strong and they would like to cut it back or just make a 30ml bottle last a bit longer. Some will do this and ad extra flavoring to change it up. The combos are, in a way, only limited to your imagination and of course, the math.

I pulled the trigger on the Roku 4 unit. I think it is worth a shot. I can't cut my cable all the way I do need it for internet. I do get very basic channels too so I'm good with that.

Just don't take it in with you and blow clouds while your taking the test. There is 0 Nic so nothing to worry about. If they were testing for PG or VG, then you would have a problem even if you brushed your teeth that morning.

Ok, wow.  I'm happy.  I thought I was going to be waiting forever for my caps but I got the package today and all is right with the world.  I'm impressed with 3AVape.  Everything I received was authentic and I couldn't be happier with them. 

I think you miss understood, Earthing said 10% would = 100mg. and there would be no license needed for that. However, 100% pure Nic you should have a license, but you can still get it. I personally would rather stick with letting Wizard Labs handle the 100% pure nic.

Your question is kinda like asking "where can I buy a vehicle?"... without telling us what kind of car/truck/motorcycle/boat/airplane you're looking for...

They are all custom order kits. I can get what ever you want in it. If I don't have something on hand it may take a few extra days to fill it. I also offer support on that kit to help you get started. I normally charge for that kind of help, but I think adding some support with the kit is only a good thing.

Welcome to VT Vic. I will try and answer this as best I can.
Nicotine can be mixed in many PG/VG ratios or just PG or Just VG and in many Nic strengths. I see you want a 50/50 or 60/40 end result. I would suggest you go with a 100% VG base Nicotine no matter what mg you end up with.
To have 16mg as your final result it could be done with 100mg to 24mg depending on what you are doing and how much money you wanting to save. The lower the Nic mg the more you will use.
Are you making juice from scratch or cutting what you have already bought?

Mixing juice is not that hard with the right tools. There are a lot of places to get supplies. I recommend Wizard Labs a lot. There are other places though. Get a good list of what you want and advice on what you need to get started. Start doing some price checking by loading up the cart on the site with what you want. Some places have kits. Like Cany said I do all my Kits Special Order only.

What I sell is geared more to get you started and see if you want to DIY juice by selling small quantities. Wizard Labs is more for the DIYer that makes all thier own juice full time. My main goal is to sell premade juice. There really is no profit for me to sell DIY stuff, I just want people to get quality ingrediants and get started on the right foot and do it safely.

I made Spaghetti and garlic toast tonight, it was just to cold to grill here. It was awesome though.

I appreciate the advice. Thanks to you all.  Last evening I gave it another tumble.  The problem wasn't the new Crown, it was my lack of experience with it and my attitude I suppose.  All is now well with me and the new tank.  I have ordered the Istick 100W however, for when I chose to move on to the .25 dual SS coil. I had no problem with the .5 coil on my Isick 30W last evening firing at mid 20 watts or so, just gave it a most robust draw and used a 65 vg 35 pg juice.  Again, thanks for the input. Much appreciated.
 

I will never understand Postal Logistics. I ordered a Coil Kit from Coil Master (Not saying this is their fault in any way) It was shipped out within a few days. I have been following the tracking. (Read Tracking from bottom to top)

I received my new organizer and it fills like Christmas morning. I went to work right away putting all (well, not all) my goodies where I wanted them to go and just had to share with my Vapor Talk friends.

Okay, I'll give you that - keeping it away from children and pets - because if it's not marked on there explicitly and somehow some person in this country is vaping and doesn't know that nicotine DOES have a toxicity threshold, they'll be screaming they didn't know if their kid or their dog get a hold of it and get seriously ill or die, they'll be all over their local news talking about how no one warns you about things like this, and there will be a lawsuit - which is an expensive way to get a warning sticker slapped on something.  Every item you buy that has a common sense warning label on it is because someone DIDN'T have common sense, and took a company to court because they didn't "warn stupid people" - except for the companies that warn the stupid people (don't put a metal ladder up against a power line!) not to do stupid things (caution, surface will be hot!).
I'm sorry, I'm totally flipped out about the completely litigious society right now (yes, I used to be a legal secretary, but I moved out of personal injury - the worst of litigation - and was in the legal aid sector; okay, worker's comp is monetary litigation, but I believe in that - I saw workers' comp defense attorneys arguing over freaking $500 in a settlement of a claim, really, $500?).  Read an article about an aunt suing her 12 year old nephew because when he was 8 he went to greet her and jumped up for her to catch him in a hug and he knocked her down and broke her wrist.  Really, our courts are being used for that?

I'm a rebel, I know what I would do. LOL
