Just got it today, I'm loving it!
-
That is good news, I wonder how it will effect the PMTA process though.

It would have been nice for someone to say something. However, If they would have told her, there may have been a chance that she could have gotten trapped. Double edge sword there...

OH MY! Glad she is ok!!!

There are actually some good reviews on this mod. It may be just what I need to use at work. I have my Invader, and it is a rugged mod, It was looking like crap from being around the cement plant and out in the shop. The rubber coating was collecting grease and dust. I have it cleaned up now and started using an evod at work just because it works. This should work much better and give better battery life. Granted I have advanced well beyond this mod, but still think it may just work for my needs. I couldn't pass it up at that price. The extra kick alone is worth the $20. There is also the quality and history behind Puresmoke Mods.

As Jason said there is the fact that these regs will affect everyone differently. Me, personally, I'm set for a very long time. It is the new vapers and the ones still smoking and want to quit that will be done the most harm. I do have hope, but I must look at a more realistic view. Ever here the old saying "Hope for the best and plan for the worst", That would apply here.

As an added note to my post, companies will/would pass this added cost on to customers. I would have to sell $138,083.00 in product per day to pay (if the PMTA cost was only $300,000.00) for the PMTA on one flavor and bottle size. When you start breaking down the cost per bottle it would go far beyond the ability for most to afford or want to spend. Why spend $100-500 or more dollars for 1 10ml bottle when you can buy a couple packs of smokes for $18-25? At these prices it would be years, if ever, a company making juice would see a profit. For me and my sales I would have to charge way more than $5000 per bottle and still not see a profit. There would be no point in staying in business. You will find this to be the case with 99% of the companies out there. They only way a company could survive this is be by selling 100s of thousands of bottles a day.

I am not a doctor or work in the medical field, but just as precaution I would not vape large clouds in the same room with your baby. I would also, as with smoking, would not vape while you are pregnant or breast feeding. The unknowns are not worth the risk. Vaping is better for you than smoking and there are studies that have proven that. There are no studies about pregnancy and vaping. Most of us take the stance that is better error on the side of caution when it comes to this.

Yeah it is a stubborn sucker.

I think you are somewhat miss guided in your thoughts. It will cost me 8.5 billion to register every juice I have with all the variants. I'm just a small company with 49 flavors. The industry as a whole only brought in 5-6 billion for 2015. The numbers are facts and if just my one company needs more than the whole industry took in last year, then it will close 99% of them down. It is going to cost around 1 million per flavor per variant to apply for the PMTA and there is not a guarantee that it will even pass. Since 2009 only 1 product has passed the PMTA process and that was a Snus product. Big Tobacco are the only ones with the labs in place and money to push through the PMTA process.

At least some are getting it right (Skip survey to view full article)

I get my PG and Kosher VG from Bulk Apothecary, always a good clean a pure taste. When I first started making juice for myself I used what you can get at Wally World, it always left a film in my mouth and like a build up in the back of my throat.

Sold for a Juice Trade. I always wanted a Zombie Ed Provari.

Hydration and, this may sound strange but coffee grounds. Taste tasters use coffee grounds to reset their taste buds. Just open a can coffee and take in a few deep breaths of the coffee smell. It does work.

Here we are fighting for our right to vape and then this...

I can't tell what battery he has/had or what he had for a build on his Mech Mod, but I can guess it was carelessness. I'm sure the FDA will this as evidence that they need to go back to 2007 equipment. I think what makes me the most angry about this is this was "Just a Hobby" and he wants to "Warn all the Kids to think twice"... It is all about the "Kids" right?

I will add they are also rebuildable!

Even if the Cole Bishop passes, this registration for the stores/manufacturers and the products still has to be done and it will not be free. As Demitri said in the video it will not be cheap either. If the store/manufacturer can not pay or choose not to, they must close.
Cole Bishop only would effect the PMTA process.
-
It is in an easy to understand wording. Best guess to your question. It would depend on if the company you are buying from registers in Dec of this year.

Yes these are all in affect now to some degree. Manufactures have till Aug 8th to full comply to these. As of Aug 8th there is a new product freeze. After Aug 8th no new products may be offered unless they have gone through the PMTA process and have FDA approval.
-
There has been a lot of talk about having 2 more years before things can get better or worse. I have been hearing that manufactures have until Dec 31st of 2016 to register their companies. This will involve a cost. Unsure of what that amount will be. Then there is a Feb date in 2017 that manufactures need to submit a list of every product sold, Ingredient of each product, where you buy the ingredients and testing results on each ingredient yada yada.
Start watching this video at around 1:11:00 They do talk about what is coming in August before this, this is where Demitri and Phil start talking about the other upcoming dates.
I'm in no way inciting a panic. Please understand we are all trying to understand what is coming down the pike so to speak. You may or may not see a large drop in stores because of this alone. When things affect suppliers they affect consumers. Please take the time to learn what is ahead. Most of all support the fight as best you can.
