FXRich got a reaction from Edna in The deed has been done!
I lost count on how many flavors I have, yesterday I ordered some flavors I was getting low on, and I had to add 2 more flavors that I don't have, peanut butter, and bubblegum.
Why I ordered bubblegum I have no idea, but didn't have any so I got some.

You can find ejuicemeup here, and a lot of recipes too.

If you're using a PC (vs one of those overpriced Mac's) download a application called 'e-juice me up'. I can find a link and post it if you can't find it, but it isn't hard. It's a great app and comes with a lot of recipes that you can use to "get your feet wet".

I did add a mini fridge to my office/vape room to store some of my DIY vape supplies.
Actually since I semi-retired my office has become more of a vape hobby room.

The most important thing to remember about using TC is to make sure the coil is at room temp before locking in the resistance.
From what I've read on the subject, the mod assumes the locked in resistance is the coil being at 20c or 68f, if the coil is hot or cold when the resistance is locked in the TC will be inaccurate.
The problems I have encountered using TC has been user error on my part, locking in a warm coil, wrong mode for wire used, or a combination of both.

I have 5 TC mods, all Kanger so I can't say if some mods handle TC better than other mods, some mods may do TC better than other mods made by the same maker, but a different model. Different models made by the same manufacturer have different chipsets, and so may do TC differently.

Don't have a Pico or a Tsunami, but am going to chime in anyway.
I told myself a long time ago that I wasn't going to drip, but a few months ago I got a Kanger 160w dripbox from the VT store. I didn't like the RDA that came with it so I got a aspire RDA (also from VT store) Been a happy dripper ever since. I run dual SS coils that test out at .32 ohms, and run 370f - 380f.
I did try a Tsunami that I borrowed from a friend, but kept flooding it to the point where juice would leak out the air intake holes. (squeezed the bottle too much)
What I find is convenient is the 7ml bottle is built into the mod, and no reason to carry a bottle of juice around with me, I can even drip and drive with it. The batteries only last about 1 bottle full of juice, but that is probably due to the coil configuration.

For a long time I used the drip tips off a KPT2 on the nanos I have, actually pretty much any 510 drip tip will work.

FXRich got a reaction from Walt in What did I learn about vaping today......
We live 15 miles from where the flatlanders hang out, and we vape. I know people that live off the grid that vape. (they use solar panels to charge their mods)
The power lines only go a few miles beyond where we live.
There's people other than me that live in the boonies, that are on VT.
Where you live hasn't got much to do with vaping.

I have a solar charger for charging cell phones that I suppose would work for mods, haven't used it yet but have it somewhere (I think I hid it from myself)

I have a solar 10,000mah back up battery pack that I use for charging stuff when we're camping but I once used it to charge my istick 40w and even though it took quite awhile it worked great... Just a thought Oh, remember to keep whatever you're charging out of direct sunlight because it can do some damage if it overheats and we don't need anymore bad press

We all have to do what works for us, what works for one person may not work for someone else.
If you find a better way to do something let the rest of us know so we can try it too.

I also use 28g SS for my builds, and find if I double the wire where it goes through the hole it does help, but its kind of a PITA to do.
I double the wire and twist it together, and end up with more wire in the hole.

FXRich got a reaction from Walt in Cleito
A single battery mod should handle either the .2 or the .4 ohm coils, but the TC80w would handle it better than the TC40w in my opinion. I don't use high wattage, about 40w max, but the dual battery mods supply longer battery life when compared to the single battery mods.
The .4 cleito coil is rated 40 - 60 watts, and the .2 is rated for 55 - 70 watts also there is a .15 coil rated at 120w, but don't know if it will fit in a standard cleito, or if it just fits the 120w cleito. For the 120w coil you will need a dual battery mod.

The biggest retailers in flavors are Wizard labs, and Heartland vapes.
The reason I say they are the largest dealers is because they handle many different brands of flavors.
As to the particular flavor you want to mix, I have never tried that flavor, and wouldn't know which flavors are in it.

Where I live a lot of people have CCW, it varies in Oregon depending on what county you live in, in the county I live in if you pass a background check, and know which end the bullet comes out of, and go to their class you can get a permit.
But most people don't bother with it because open carry is legal here. But its a different story in Portland, and other populated areas in the state where open carry is not legal. Its very common here to see a pickup with a rifle in a rack in the back window. Sometimes you even see a handgun on the dash, but not very often.
