So I get home from work today and find that my healthcabin order had arrived before halloween which I doubted would happen. Anyway I got 2 ego mega batteries, 2 510 mega batteries, 2 low res. attys, 2 mega attys, a 5 pack of ego mega cartos, a drip tip, and a ego battery button protector! That's a lot but my battery issues should be nonexistent for a while esp. with the pt I now have (which is not faulty-see shocking pt thread)

Plus I am about to make a couple of customized pvs. One will be Cobra Commander's PV (Gi-Joe) One will be a Slytherin electronic wand, one a Green Lantern...Lantern(?).

That sound funny? Just wait and I'll post pics! I just gotta find some little plastic crystals or gems that will fit 510 battery. I have everything else I need...mmwwa ha! Ha! Ha!

Hello, I hope I am putting this in the right place.

I have not been to vaportalk in a long time. I meant to post back in July on my 2 year quitting anniversary. Yay 2 years and vaping strong!

But my life has been in quite the tumult. Some personal things I won't mention and I have moved to L.A. and have next to no job. I am trying to fulfill my long dream of becoming an actor in Hollywood. I quit my job of 10 years+ as a teacher's aide and my sister and I drove across the country to North Hollywood/ studio city area.

Now I know only 2 or 3 people here including my sister, Have no real job ( I have been doing extra work on television which pays very little and is not reliable) and am going to run out of money in the next couple of months if I cannot find a job.

AAHHH!!! Scary isn't it.

Anyway. I meant to say a lot more regarding actual vapor subjects so I probably need to move this post now.

I have been vaping Boba's Bounty regularly and The Vapor Room"s Peanut Butter cookie, Chocolate Brownie, Dutch Chocolate Mint, Orange Creamsicle, Banana Split etc.
I still occasionally use Mad Vapes when I am really low on cash like now.
I am still religious with my egos (see my post on battery problems please) and have been using LR mega atties exclusively.

Big news I have dropped nicotine from 26 to 6 to 11 mgs in the past year. I use a little more in the tobacco flavor but all the others are 6 mgs now.

So I am looking for a job and friends here in L.A. Anybody know of places to hang out and vape here. I kinda thought I would be seeing and hearing about places where Vapor people meet. I know I haven't been a faithful member here for a while but I'm sad and lonely...like a puppy.

Hey...hello...just left their store last Friday and got one of the new Roughstacks....it's a nice little piece of equipment, and at $45.00 for the longer one that holds both 123's and 18650's it's a good deal too.
They are off of Rt77 at Corneilius (sp) off hwy 73 near Huntersville.
If you give them a call they can tell you exactly how to get there. I's a lot of fun to walk around the warehouse and look at all the stuff, picking out this and that. They gave me some samples too, some raspberry lemonaide juice...one of the new dual core carto's ( it's fantastic on the RS) and a couple other juices.

Wow! Umm...you must have a lot of people dissing you pretty harshly out there in your neck of the woods to jump to that level of anger so quickly. I can totally relate to people and stores being stupid or ridiculous with all there BS and there is Plenty of it out there but I have not encountered anything like that here or seen any of it on this forum. (I could be wrong, but I am usually not) I have not had any complaints personally with Vapor Talk and have ordered from them several times (mostly liquid) but I have seen 1st hand here on this forum the lengths that Christopher etc will go to to help customers.
I hope you will be helped in any form that you need, including your inevitable heart condition.
Maybe this is not a typical response from you and I can vouch that you have to yell and be the squeaky wheel a lot in this world to get anything done.

The Utah House Business and Labor Committee on Friday voted 10-4 against a
bill (HB 170) to ban the sales of most flavored smoke-free tobacco products,
which included smokeless tobacco and electronic cigarettes. The bill also
required that e-cigarette sales be made face-to-face.

Opponents of the bill said its passage would have been devastating for Utah's

consumers depend on the Internet for access to a variety of products,

[Ripple, I'm looking at it but was watching some comments on another forum saying that you shouldn't use darker colored liquids in the tanks. Bear in mind that I'm very new but so far I only have two kinds of juice - one kind of yellow (TV Atomic Cinnacide) and the other dark (TV Cherry Cola) with German Choc Cake and Pina Colada ordered - both 70/30 PV/VG. Have you heard that those might not be good in the tank system?

I have a question about the tank. Would you suggest getting the longer battery for it or is the standard eGo enough? How long are the tank Attys lasting? Thanks

Looks/ sounds awesome but it seems to indicate that only %100 PG should be used..."5mL per minute fluid delivery speed (100% PG"...is that true or does that mean that fluid delivery speed would change with VG added in whatever amount? (and)How much does it cost?

Yeah just hold more and only with the cart. I was disapointed by these because of that. Otherwise they are the same old atty. I would go for Low resistance or LR attys. They rock!

I do wonder about eGo mega attys cause they seem to actually be bigger...anybody know if they actually hold more with no cart?

VG juice really doesn't work to well with cartomizers to be honest, especially 100%. Cartomizers where designed to be used with PG. VG is just so thick.

One tip though, if you over fill your cartomizer, take a paper towel, fold it in two, place it over the cartomizer and tag a drag. If there is any excess liquid it will end up on the paper towel rather than your mouth. The point where there is no more excess should be when the cartomizer should start pumping out vapor. If it doesn't then the VG just might be to thick.

Yeah I'd have to agree VG mixed 50-50 or even 70-30 or straight 100% dosen't work well with cartomizers, and I never got sick off of 100% PG e-liquids maybe just a little head rush probably from to high of nic, Good luck with it tho.

I have to agree with everybody here. I have used cartos with several different ratios of PG to VG and the more VG the more gurgling drowning sound ya tend to get and not great hits. The more PG the better but I do like VG. I think my best carto liquids are %70 PG, %30 VG.
Just play around. Buy samples from cheaper distributors to nail down the ratio you like. Madvapes or Viking Vapor both are really cheap and the liquid at Madvapes is awesome (mostly)but you get more control over the mix at VV. You could buy a bottle of all PG and a bottle of all VG and mix yer own.
I still use carts a lot and always will cause I like to DD and switch liquids often but don't give up on the cartos yet. They are awesome when they work right. I tell ya one more thing. The 1st time I bought cartos from MV they were not very good but then I got some from VT and they are killer!

Its not so much that I love the flavour, but I love the intensity of the flavour. None of the flavors I have tried have had even close to having as much flavor. Could anyone give me some suggestions of flavors from places that can rival atomic cinnacide in intensity?

YES! Geoff's blend is very good. Tastes like Juicy Fruit gum with hint of Atomic Cyanide. I have also had their bananas foster and I will say all 3 of these are more intense flavors then many I have had. My Geoff's blend seemed a little too much like AC at first but after a week or so it had mellowed out which liquids tend to do after a week or so. I wanna try their waffle and Tastyfinger.

Another really good one from tasty vapor is Geoff's blend. While not as intense as AC it has tons of flavor. It even has a bit of AC in it. Awesome juice.

Just wanted to give Geoff and the people at TV some recognition. I placed my order with them yesterday as usual and when I woke up I had an email saying that I was eligible for a free bottle of my choice because I ordered 2 bottles. They didn't have to let me know that I was eligible and I would have been none the wiser. Now I don't know if you are familiar with TV but they have great flavors ( Geoffs blend and atomic cinnacide are amazing), awesome prices ($15 for a full .oz, not to mention the doublers), and they hand mix every order to ensure it is as fresh as possible when it gets to you. Let me add my 2¢, for any other members ready to take the plunge.

These PT's are chintzy devices made with the cheapest components available. They have nothing in them that could possibly protect either the atty or the device that they are plugged into in case of a short. Hopefully your game consoles and computers can quickly deal with a dead short or stuck on button. As a long time PT user abuse is inevitable. They get yanked, dropped, stepped on etc. and the one you buy today may well be different than tomorrows.

That one person has declared the 'universal fitness' of them as safe, should be considered with a grain of salt.

The various e-cig forums are strewn with horror stories concerning PT damage to expensive equipment, even with the more expensive PTs that purport to have various electronic safeguards built in.

Buy a $10 AC/DC USB 2000mA adapter, not only to save you equipment but you'll also get better performance.

Well it depends on how you look at things. Seems everything was working fine, until you plugged in the new PT. Now devices that once worked do not.


So you are saying that the computer that was working fine just so happened to go bad when you plugged in the PT? Then you proceed to plug the same PT into other devices? Not the way I would of went about it.


To me that would be the time to quickly remove it.

Whether the PT was good or faulty doesn't really matter as far as your original computer, but I would guess that it did in fact jack up your computers USB.
