I finally found a few items to create a little work station.... no more little boxes for me....

Two months without an analog! I set reminders in my phone for each month so I can either (a) be proud of myself or ( kick my own *** for going back to analogs.
I seriously doubt I will ever have to kick my own ***. Just sayin. I have found my sweet spot for dripping, know how to build MY coils, know how to wick MY cotton, can build for my husband when he's too frustrated, learned how to use a small torch, witnessed my husband pick up a coil still hot (perfect coil marks on both fingers btw), made some awesome new friends, helped some newer newbies, got my sense of smell and taste back, and honestly built a closer relationship with my husband. Since we both put down the analogs and picked up the RDAs, we build together and spend that time together talking and laughing and generally getting closer.
So it's a win all around!

I still have a lot of friends who have no desire to quit smoking and today I was with one of them.
I have to say, the smell of cigarettes makes me nauseated after 6 months of having been smoke free but after a few beers I asked my friend if I could have one of his cigarettes. I held onto it till I got home. I kept asking myself, do you really want to put this stupid thing in your mouth, smell like the bowling alley bar and hate everything about yourself again?

Well I guess I was pretty buzzed because once I got home I walked outside (no way do I ever want my house to smell like cigarette trash again) went around the corner (so none of my neighbors could see me) and lit it up....

On the first drag I immediately remembered the familiar taste of what tobacco smoke tastes like on the pallet... SH!T!

The second drag had my conscious asking me why are you doing this!!!?

And 1/2 way through the third drag the cigarette was under my shoe while I squashed it out!

Tobacco is NASTY! Never EVER again will it put one of those stupid coffin nails in my mouth!

So proud to be smoke free!

KPT mini II's are awesome. Of all the tanks I have ever owned the KPT's seem to have been the most reliable and least troublesome.

Spiced apple is so good, I second that choice but I have several will get more and they are steeped as far as I'm concerned when they get here cause that's all they get! Caps off when I'm loading my tank and shaken when I'm walking around w it. Its that good!

Quick steeping will work in some cases. My issue with quick steeping is doing it in the plastic bottles. Yes it can degrade the Nic a bit but, the amount of time in the hot water will not affect it that much. You should do this with the bottles in baggies, this will save the label. Doing this in the plastic bottle will/could release toxins into your juice. Transfer your juice to a glass container. He says that he doesn't want to release toxins into his juice, well He can with how he did this. Do not put your juice in the microwave, period, you will ruin the juice. You will definitely release toxins into the juice and kill the nicotine. Best method is to buy a Ultrasonic cleaner from Walmart or online. You can find them for around $25-$40 or higher. This will not only heat the juice but will help fuze the flavoring into the VG/PG solution safely and in only a few hours. You can do it longer, but that would be up to you. Some say two days, three days... Depends on the juice.

I change my coils about every 5-6 tank fulls on average. I have a bunch in rotation but if I were using and refilling one tank I would say I would be changing mine about every 6-7 days. They are too cheap to deal with even the slightest burned taste.

Also never had a KPT 2 or Davide mini leak till last week I got a bad coil and it emptied overnight. Not bad for vaping as long as I have. Be sure to swab out the condensation from the tip and shaft on each fill up. Most people confuse leaking with normal condensation running down the shaft and making it gurgle a bit. A qtip through the shaft at each fill up should fix it.

The best part about The Walking Dead series is that it's not so much the zombies that you have to watch out for as it is other survivors that want to take your stuff.

I own both and prefer the Kanger. I have converted several KPT 1s and 2s with the airflow base, and it makes a huge improvement. I have only heard of one instance of someone drilling out an Aero but who knows why, they have great airflow, and infinite adjustment factor, where the Nautilus only has four options and it does not lock, but clicks in place, three of the four air holes are too small and one is too large, so I could never find a sweet spot. Tank is a monstrosity at 5 ml, and breaks easy, I get a dozen calls a week for replacement tanks. Coils are more expensive than Kangers, nautilus mouthpiece is small and wobbly. Aero tank has been redesigned from the KTP2 with a flat top, brushed chrome instead of polished, and fit and finish is top notch with a well fitting mouthpiece.
