If youve flooded the atty it "increases the resistance" and your battery can get hot. Just like when a clearo floods the top of your battery

But also when you are dripping that atty is not immersed in liquid and its pretty exposed so you will definitely notice more heat.

One of the tricks I do is change out my coils before they get too gunked up. I rotate a new coil in and then take the used coil and rinse it thoroughly and let it dry for a couple days. I've found that if you let them go for too long they get beyond the point where they can be cleaned.

The low resistance coils (1.8 - 2.0) are best with thinner juices and give lots of vapor quickly but they're easy to burn up and give dry hits. With thicker mixes a 2.4 ohm is great especially if you have twist or a spinner and you can boost it up a bit for big hits and lots of flavor. That's just my experience.

Smoking analogs is so yesterday...

The richest most favorable juices I've tried so far:

Adam Bomb's "mama's cookies" - very sweet and tastes just like it sounds ; cookie with bakery flavors, hint of cinnamon, and even a raisin finish.

Lush Vapor "Bang Bang Orange Julius" - by far the best orange flavor I've had, sweet and creamy

The Vaping Monkey "monkey buns" - huge cinnamon roll with some unidentifiable spices. Sweet and lush.

All at 12mg and 50/50 - I find that more than 12mg really mutes flavor but that's fine with me because I've dropped down to mostly 12mg now with an occasional 18mg to handle cravings.

Couple of those I had to guess if they were 50/50 because they aren't labeled and I guess it's proprietary

And frankly, the majority are going to wonder why the greatest and most successful smoking cessation product will be so heavily protested. It has the potential to be a real eye opener for the common man as regards to gov regulation and FDA authoritarianism.

I think generally I will pay the price, like gasoline, lol . I too, will never go back to analogs. However I could see myself quitting altogether if it gets crazy. I really don't know if I'd enjoy it if I had to vape tobacco flavors only.

The cost going up is inevitable. I'll play along for a while. Heck, with all the new gear coming and the quick changes and options its already pricey. I mean you can control costs for sure but where's the fun in that, lol. It's almost become a hobby.

And my hobbies tend to become expensive!

Lol. I was one of those "has to be tobacco" guys in the beginning. You couldn't pay me to vape a fruit or a cookie, lol. I think that lasted a couple few weeks.

I just searched and tried a few. Settled on Liqua Traditional Tobacco and that got me thru. Not perfect but good enough. There are a couple others recommended here.

I graduated to coffee flavors from there because they weren't too sweet. They still remain my main vape mostly but i find I now enjoy a variety of flavors including....

Wait for it....

Fruits and cookies! And they're good

I think as long as you keep it from extremes you're ok with juice storage.


I have a juuce for you to try. A couple of my regulars are:

I just did a quick look of the sub ohm site.. As an example they list an 1100maH ego battery for $7

But, the description is very lacking. It doesn't list any safety features like auto cutoff. It is described as "rechargeable" but doesn't tell you if it's lithium/ion which if it isn't can mean unstable voltage and short battery life. It's a little too cheap to risk in my opinion. I generally don't trust a site if they don't provide what would normally be considered a complete description of the product.

I just saw some of these at a lical shop. They do have a wick and they are top feed but they are hidden in a sleeve or something. Really interesting. Lets us know how they work out. Maybe post a review
