I was a previous smoker and have now been vaping for nearly a year. I work out regularly in the gym and my primary focus is cardio. Tons of running and stairmaster. Vaping does not affect me at all. I vape moments before the gym and afterwards and do not notice any difference. My guess like you said is that you are probably out of shape. Your cardio will come back to you in a few weeks. Keep at it.

Guess you could clean the battery (threads and post) and also clean your charger as well. If it won't take a charge or continues to behave badly you could always get a cool new battery

I feel for the cops actually. Its tough trying to keep up with all the current technology and laws, whats legal vs whats not etc...It's a tough job, I know because I was was one for many years and I loved it.

Joejoevapekill did nothing wrong nor suspicious imo. If I were the cop my excuse for pulling him over would after seeing vast amounts of clouds in the car would have been for "Excuse me sir I pulled you over because it appears that there is a lot of smoke in your vehicle and I thought there might have been something mechanically wrong like the beginning of a fire or something, possible smoke impeding your vision." After seeing that there was nothing wrong for my own information I would have asked what produces that kind smoke just to educate myself. After my brief education I would have apologized for any inconvenience and let him go. I'm now happy that there is no fire and I'm educated at the same time. At the station I would inform my Sergeant to pass the information along.

*I would never have pulled him over just for assuming he was smoking some type of paraphernalia.

I do vape anywhere I go I just don't make it obvious in some places. This is where I find less cloud the better. I vape while at the movies but this is where I use a higher PG mix so it dissipates very quickly. I wouldn't want to be sitting behind someone vaping huge clouds that distract from seeing the screen either. Most times I just hold the vape in a little longer than normal and very little vapor comes out but, I still get my Nic. The places I go around home don't mind Vaping. I do ask if I'm in a room/meeting if anyone objects to it and 99.9% of the time there is no issue. I usually get asked about it and am more than willing to answer questions. Around me Restaurants, Bars, Stores they all are aware of vaping and some even sell the disposables in their place of business. I think the best thing we can do is educate our selves so we can educate others in what vaping is and explain that it is not "smoke" or smoking. If someone around you objects just politely say ok and put it away. It is not worth getting into an argument over.

I vape discreetly in public and not because I don't have the "right" to. Those that don't know what vaping is will always equate it with smoking so unless you're prepared to engage every person you see in public space with a lecture on the benefits of vaping, I don't see the point in flaunting it. It just creates more upsets and ill feelings. If I didn't know what vaping was and somebody was blowing clouds in the produce section I'd complain, honestly.

That's different than taking the time to educate a friend or your boss or coworker so they understand it and perhaps support you or allow you to vape in shared areas. It goes beyond rights and carries over in to etiquette and manners IMO .

Great idea Spydre and thanks for that. I was sort of at a loss here not knowing what to do. Yes over here in Baghdad I do not have any mail service after the US forces left. I will have to skype my wife who will can get the paperwork that came with the package and send me their information to give them a call and email. Its definitely worth a shot.

That all being said and like I posted earlier the kayfun lite / russian 91% by Tobeco is a really great device. At this time I really want to buy several for all of my favorite juices and replace all my kangers.

I like the zodiak themed series idea. This would really make it personal for everyone. Hand engraved or even a 3d engraved to assist with making it more difficult or costly to clone on a large scale.

Advise well taken on the batteries Spydre. I've seen the video in the other post. That's super scary.

Okay, dragonrunner, that being said, I would not buy clones from e-bay. I've heard horror stories, so I hope your experience doesn't turn out that way. Just don't buy batteries from e-bay.

Was always a runner/skater before I started smoking cigarettes. Got too winded too quickly to wanna work out because of cigs. Stopped smoking 6 months ago cold turkey, and started vaping 2 months ago for various reasons. Now I'm back into shape and just about as healthy as I was in high school. I'm back in the gym, back on the track, and thinking about joining an area Lacrosse team. Better lungs have helped steady my breathing patterns while riding my motorcycle on the track as well...It can be very exhausting taking turn after turn and using your body to help control the bike. More oxygen to the brain = clearer thinking and quicker reactions. I've actually taken more than 2 seconds off my fastest lap time, which is a large feat with no modifications to the bike. About to buy some new aggressive inline skates as well. It's nice feeling like you are 16 again.

Welcome to the forum BrandonVape. You have come to the right place to learn about vaping. Nice to know that there will be another B&M in my neighborhood. It's also good to know that you are trying to learn as much as possible. Some B&M locations have staff that really don't know what they are talking about and just try to sell customers anything. I used to live in Brandon but moved to North Tampa. Good luck to you and your wife.

You have no idea how much I would just love to sit around and do nothing, and sometimes I just feel so tired, but that Marine Corps in me from nearly 25 years ago won't allow me to relax too much. But at least now after years of training and older age, I've learned to listen to my body a bit more and take time off to let the aging body....well just age a little.

While I'm not a professional athlete, my job does require me to maintain a very high level of fitness. Smoking did hamper my fitness level and I found that I was always out of breath or if coming back into a physical regime after a couple months break I would notice that it took me nearly twice as long to get back into cardio shape.

For the first couple of months although my body was felt physically good my lung capacity just wasn't there. It took me about 4-5 months to really feel good again. I can honestly now say that I can maintain my heart rate at 160-180 beats per minute for about an hour and a half with a short recovery period.

So for me vaping has helped out tremendously. Yes I will still get a burn in my lungs, but I think thats just because I push myself hard.
