In fact engadget just recently reported a study which finds electronic cigarettes to be 1,000 times safer than cigarettes (Boston University's School of Public Health)

Asking Phillip Morris to create an e cigarette is like asking an assassin that was trying to kill you, to patch up your bullet wound.

But really, I think what your looking for is probably a cartomizer model. I'm not sure if the Blu model you where using was cartomizer model or not but cartomizers are much less likely to leak than standard atomizer models.

As for the taste of a cigarette, I'll tell you right now you're never going to duplicate the taste 100%. The primary reason for this is simple, nothing burns. The majority of your cigarettes flavor comes from the burning tobacco. It's near impossible for electronic cigarette makers to re create this taste.

In all honesty though, if you give it enough time and we're not talking much, you'll actually prefer the none cigarette type flavors anyway. It's not until your taste buds come back that you realize just how bad the cigarette tasted

So I thought I'd drop this little gift before everyone goes home for the holidays. Coming soon to the Vapor Talk Store, Vapor Gel.

I would normally post this in the store area but because this is actually quite a significant change in the way we use liquid I thought I'd post here. I've posted some pictures below for everyone to have a look at. We have some samples that due arrive this week and I'll be sure to create a video for everyone to see how the new product works.

    No more leaking, longer usage.

Due to arrive 2nd or 3rd month of 2011. It will be available at the Vapor Talk Store and Vapor Galaxy. Special thanks to Luke for his help.

Christopher got a reaction from brijmin in The Court Of Appeals Dissolved Its March 31St Stay Of Judge Leon's Injunction
The Court of Appeals dissolved its March 31st stay of Judge Leon's injunction. In English, Judge Leon (District Court) issued a preliminary injunction against the FDA, telling it that it could no longer seize NJOY and SE's shipments while the case was being heard.

The FDA appealed Judge Leon's grant of the preliminary injunction to the Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals said that until it actually had time to fully consider the issues, Judge Leon's injunction would be stayed (put on hold).

The Court of Appeals has now dissolved that stay, effectively making Judge Leon's preliminary injunction once again in full force and effect.

While this is directed at NJOY, this should in effect, potentially stop the FDA for seizing products at the border.

You know this is a very good question. I can tell you right now, if the day comes and it just might, I will release every bit of information that I have on electronic cigarettes and e Liquid. That includes contacts to order direct from the factories, overstock sources in China and the most effective shipping methods. This should provide enough stock for everyone to survive for quite a while. But of course it's not the ultimate answer.

Following a drop in supply (if it's banned on a large scale there will be no reason for the factories to produce product) I have no doubt the market will go underground. At the moment people sort of look at the government like Mom and Dad. But what happens when Mom and Dad become abusive drug addicts? You grow up, move out and you say F' em.

While the thought of people mixing their own nicotine makes me shudder, you're all adults. Vapor Talk is a platform for information. If legally or financially we're shut down another site will pop up. And like a weed in a garden for every one you kill 2 more pop up. I've said this before, I create the stage but you put on the show. Ultimately, if the people want something, bad enough, they'll get it. It's the American way. Once the boiler has been lit, there is no telling the amount of power it will produce.

heck, if Wikileaks can continue to operate, I'm pretty sure a bunch of Vapers can congregate with very little issue. Some DIY'ers have mastered e liquid mixing to a science (and of course others...not so much) but regardless the information is shared. I say stop asking, start taking.

With all that said however, I don't see a ban in the immediate future, perhaps heavy regulation but in some way, ecigs are here to stay.

Ironic that this should come down on December 7th, which since 1941 was marked as a day remembered in infamy. This time the american people get to be happy winners, instead of blown up survivors.

    Dear Dad:

It is with great regret and sorrow that I'm writing you. I had to elope with my new girlfriend because I wanted to avoid a scene with Mom and you.
I have been finding real passion with Stacy and she is so nice. But I knew you would not approve of her because of all her piercing, tattoos, tight motorcycle clothes and the fact that she is much older than I am. But it' s not only the passion...Dad she's pregnant.
Stacy said that we will be very happy.
She owns a trailer in the woods and has a stack of firewood for the whole winter. We share a dream of having many more children.
Stacy has opened my eyes to the fact that marijuana doesn't really hurt anyone. We'll be growing it for ourselves and trading it with the other people that live nearby for cocaine and ecstasy..
In the meantime we will pray that science will find a cure for AIDS so Stacy can get better. She deserves it. Don't worry Dad. I'm 15 and I know how to take care of myself. Someday I'm sure that we will be back to visit so that you can get to know your grandchildren.

    Love, Your Son John

PS. Dad, none of the above is true. I'm over at Tommy's house.. I Just wanted to remind you that there are worse things in life than a Report card That's in my center desk drawer.

    I love you.

Call me when it's safe to come home.

VG juice really doesn't work to well with cartomizers to be honest, especially 100%. Cartomizers where designed to be used with PG. VG is just so thick.

One tip though, if you over fill your cartomizer, take a paper towel, fold it in two, place it over the cartomizer and tag a drag. If there is any excess liquid it will end up on the paper towel rather than your mouth. The point where there is no more excess should be when the cartomizer should start pumping out vapor. If it doesn't then the VG just might be to thick.
