Not necessarily.   It could easily be a set-up issue in the machining where a batch milled out of spec.

    Hi Folks,
The FDA has made some policies changes that affect local brick and mortar stores. Previously, retail associates were unable to assist customer in just about any way shape or form due to PTMA guidelines. Naturally, when a customer comes in with a problem and the associate is unable to help, it creates a dangerous situation. (For example, if a customer comes in stating their mod is warm, obviously a battery issue may need addressed asap)
Previously, many vape retailers interpreted the regulations as being such that they could not perform services including changing coils, assembling a device and discussing how it functions, along with performing simple repairs and general troubleshooting.
The FDA has made some updates - Without qualifying a vape shop as a tobacco manufacturer, staff can explain how to use a store product, employees can clean and perform maintenance on a purchased product, they can replace coils with new and identical ones, and they can assemble a product for the customer from the components packaged with the device.
The FDA Is now also allows retail associates to assist customer in refilling their tanks so long as no modifications are made outside of what is recommended by the product's manufacture.

With the FDA's deeming regulations, we've seen a few good online stores closing down lately. Our own Vapor Talk store is a good source for juice and hardware. @Christopher keeps the prices down and give excellent customer service! I also order regularly from EC Blends for juices, at last count I believe they had over 4000 different flavors and you can customize your juice quite a bit.

    Hi Folks,
If you've been around over the last few months you know that Vapor Talk has undergone a lot of changes, hopefully you've found them to be positive! A final part of a plan put in place to revitalize Vapor Talk is to move the company and online store warehouse back to it's home in California.
The Highland Park, NJ location will close officially on February 20th 2017. I expected the move to take roughly 2 weeks to complete. Unfortunately, during this time the online store will also close temporarily. We'll be sure to offer some sweet deals during the move to keep everyone occupied and distracted
I will provide official dates mid february but want to get the word out before hand just in case new customers/vapers find their way to Vapor Talk and wonder what the situation is. Our veteran members can help us keep everyone in the loop.
Our new location will be housed in Murrieta, California. The new location will not be a traditional retail store (that'll happen later down the line) but we will offer local pickup for anyone who wants to stop by that lives in the area. (Local Pickup times will initially be a bit wonky while I figure out a schedule as I also run Chrisorah Development. *Cries at thought of sleep*)
    Why are we moving?
I'm able to run things in house on a daily bases rather than remotely as it's done now. This will allow me to polish some other areas I wish to improve on.  Shipping times will speed up significantly! At the moment we're limited to Highland Park's single 5pm post office pickup time. While online orders ship quick and arrive to you in a timely manner most of the time -  Faster is better. Moving back "home" allows us to work with the large post office here which has 4 daily pickup times. The goal is to ship orders within 4-6 hours with tracking updates available same day. (Rather than "accepted by the postal service")  More room to expand our inventory online. Currently space is maxed out. The more requests for products we get, the more room we need! A central hub for Vapor Talk. While we'll initially run the online store out of Murrieta, eventually our new location will become the hub for Vapor Talk as I prepare to expand the company in the US and hopefully the UK. Additionally we have some new products going through PMTA and at some point, those will become distributed across the country. I'm looking forward to an exciting year (I mean that honestly) as Vapor Talk grows under the guise of Christopher, First of His Name, King of the Vapor Talk North America and Vape Agenda, Lord of Bekuali America, America's Vape Forum, Chrisorah, Vapor Talk China and Protector of the servers that run our realm.
Nah.. but man I wished we had titles like that  As always, if you have any questions feel free to post below.

Well we are issued three parking spots so I could probably whip something up I'm not going to post the address just yet because I need to get things in order first but we'll be right off the new winchester exit near the BMW dealership.

Ummm...yeah.  Considering I literally drive through Murrieta every single day to and from work, y'all better get used to seeing me pick up directly when I can.  Perhaps even a V.I.P. parking space that says "Parking for Adversarious1 ONLY!  Violators will be ridiculed relentlessly!" may be in order.
    Seriously, though...doing the happy dance.

That's great. Though I haven't attempted to apply for a CCW as of yet, I've heard around here it's almost next to impossible. I've got a few contacts in the lodge that mentioned they could push one through but given the ridiculous laws in California and the fact that some people hear panic at even the site of a butter knife, I've been hesitant.
