You can also look into the Ego batteries--they will work with your 510 atomizers. The ego makes the PCC obsolete. My 510's have become my backup units. The ego batteries will last you all day. I usually keep an extra ego battery with me for emergencies--but I can make it throught 6-8 hours with 1 battery.

as you can--you want to build up a supply of backups--batteries, atomizers and liquids.

They really do have some very good advertising. I ran across them when I first started researching way back when. They really are very sleek looking with excellent advertising. However, I was fortunate enough to continue my research. And at least they are advertising as a smoking alternative vs a quit smoking devise.
And--They work just well enough to get people to want more !!!!

The days I refrain from either one, are good days, without any blurr at all. The eCig has me constantly researching one thing or another from new supplies to new toys, and when I'm not on the pc I'm walking all over the land like a treasure hunter with a metal detector searching for 3g service and then surfing from there.

Our eyes are used to the lightbulb overhead or behind us, not directed straight at us. It's like looking into the sun all day long.

Good to hear you figured it out so soon. Like Noxious, it took me over 10 minutes and the help of the youngest lol. Even then I forgot to take the empty cartridge off the atty and replace with a prefilled one. doh. But all worked out great.

If you can I would suggest the eGo. If you've spent much time reading around the forum or in chat you'll see most of us really do love ours. Honestly, you can't go wrong with it. Many people have bigger, more powerful devices, etc. but their eGo is their "go to" device and it's the best when you're out and about as well. Jolly did the math and I think it has either 9 or 12 times the battery life of those little ones, it's not much longer or bigger for that matter. It is a well-built device and can handle some wear n tear. I've had mine for almost 6 months now and I still love her. You'll want to make sure you have enough juice to last you, and perhaps a spare atty/carto to start off with and you'll be well on your way. You may experience a craving for a cigarette every now and again, but vape that eGo and that urge will subside much more easily than it ever has in the past when trying to quit.

As already mentioned... the eGo has a much better battery life and everyone loves them. It's a 3.7v device still though, so I would recommend you got some LR (low resistance) atomizers or cartomizers to use with it. Cartos might work better for you because there is less hassle than messing with attys, carts, wicking, and dripping. They contain the atomizer and filler in one piece... then you vape for an hour (or more for some folks) then top off with more juice. As always, there is a learning curve with everything, and everyone has different opinions and favorites. Just try all the different methods and see what you prefer.

I just wanted to clear up some things.. I am not a guy.. nor am i into scamming people.. Making threats to me only pisses me off enough to make sure My intentions are clear..
They are to help people who can not do it on their own.. I was raised well and I give what I get etc..

When I first heard about e-cigs, I had a feeling this would be the thing that would help me quit. From the very first drag, I was convinced. I loved it so much more than smoking. It took no effort on my part at all. It was truly amazing to me. After smoking for 34 years and trying everything to quit (only because I thought I should and not because I really wanted to), this was just the answer for me. I simply vaped the same amount, the same way, the same times, etc., as I did smoking and it was easy. That doesn't mean it works that well for everyone. I agree with what was said here...just relax and let the vaping take over. I really think that's what happened with me...just happened faster for me than some others. I've been smoke free for just over a year now and couldn't be happier about it.

The other thing that helped me was this wonderful group of people here. It's really great to have a support system. Hearing about everyone's success stories, everyone's enthusiasm, learning about all the different PVs and juices and attys and batteries, etc., is very contagious and I believe helped propel me forward into finding the perfect setup for me. Stick around here and you just might get the same benefit.

It took me a week of vaping before the analogs were history. I had accidentally quit smoking analogs, like many others. All except 4 of those stinky little pestery cancer sticks. I had to make mental effort to rid myself of those... but my heart, tastebuds, satisfaction, and mind won that war as well. I counted the analogs I DIDN'T smoke and added one more to the list each day until VOILA... no more analogs! Give yourself some leeway and a plan. Don't try to quit smoking... just relax, start vaping, and see what happens. You'll be pleasantly surprised. (and then go kick butt with any remainders lol). Good Luck and Happy Vaping!

I'm not sure whether you guys are the same, I read a lot of questions of what to buy first time and it brings back memories to when I first started.

my priorities were:


must be shaped like a real cigarette
don't really care about battery life cause I can charge it
must have lots of batteries
reliable atomizer
end colour doesn't matter


now after almost a year my priorities are:

doesn't matter about shape
doesn't matter about size
must look like anything but a cigarette
battery must last all day
holds loadsa juice
nice throat hit
who cares about attys, they are consumable
nice big batteries


have other vapers priorities changed over their vaping years ?

Some juices that start off with no flavor maybe awesome in two weeks, revisit them and see what you think then.

Every time I go shopping, things are called something else because something new has been added to the list. But, I feel safe in saying that my first one was a Jumbo.. or Monster... eGo atty from WU. It rocked, until I used it up. It took over 60 drops the first fill, and over 20 from then on.
I'm now on one from goodprophets.com and it rocks too. I think they call it eGo Mega Atty. Open the page and if it says it takes 2ml... then that's the one!

I'm not a fan of using cartridges, but a lot of people who do use them like to use Fluval for a filler. Are you still having problems with the funky taste?
