Summers have always been a bit slower than winter because people spend time outside and do other activities. That said, the forum really has slowed down even more than usual lately. LIke B said, I miss the banter with some of the "old regulars" we used to see like Troy and Josh. Kitsune and Blucavvy were MIA, came back for a while and now they're MIA again. I also miss seeing Brian from The Veteran Vaper, and Chris used to be more active on the boards. Ah, the good old days... Although, we do have some great new-ish members around these days too like Earthling789, Cany, JasonCulp, Adversarious1... They've been a great addition to our little family.

This Weekend I Helped Out a New Vaper
Tam replied to Bebop's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
Kudos to you, Bebop. That guy was so lucky you were in the store this weekend. Helping someone new to vaping get on the right path is so affirming and worth the extra time and effort, especially when they really want to quit but don't know how to get started. That was me when I saw my co-worker with an e-cigarette. Thankfully, my B&M only sells genuine equipment and the owner was so helpful, that I got off to a good start right out of the gate. Not everyone has that so it's wonderful you were there to help out. You may very well have had a hand in changing his life. -
Or you could just fill three tanks and have your wife go into another room to put them on the batteries. You still would not know the difference that way, would you?

In my experience, at first when I dropped down, I found I was vaping more. As time went on, it lessened and went back to how much I was vaping before stepping the nic down. Now, it's a little less than that without my having to make an effort to decrease the amount I vape. Everyone's experiences are unique, as you well know, but this is what's happened with me.
-
You can do it, BD! When I started stepping down, I'd only use the lower nic when I was at home chain vaping. Then, it started creeping into other times. The change was almost a non-issue. I still keep higher mg of nic in case I can't vape as often (mostly at work), but my regular is now a 3 mg. Good luck! Keep us updated on how you're doing.

Well, there's bacon, crab legs, roast beef, pizza... I don't see why there wouldn't be a BBQ flavored juice somewhere.
-
That looks (looked?) delicious! About two hours ago I started the prep for a huge mess of tempura veggies and shri.... OMG! I need to get the shrimp thawed!

The show is over. Move along. Nothing to see here...

Yes, you are the only one "doing personal attacks." They're not calling you names, just pointing out the fallacy in your claims and assertions while you call them "idiots" and "grammar Nazis". I'm not arguing with you on this, Cesar. I'm only addressing your behavior, I won't talk with you about what other members are doing.
-
And yet here you are... still posting on it even after saying you were leaving due to all the "idiots with issues" on this forum. You're more than welcome to leave this forum to find greener pastures elsewhere. I'm beginning to believe you're nothing more than a troll who is working to incite members by spreading wrong information and accusing members of all manner of things that are also incorrect. You're welcome to post if you have something to contribute that has some basis in fact or is marked as being your opinion. Posting any personal attacks will find you banned.

I can't give you the answer you're looking for but I don't see why you couldn't just put it back on the smoker, Cany. Just like reheating left overs the next day. That said, the reason why you're not getting any answers from the people who are experienced smokers is because they're probably out there getting supplies and smoking their own meats today. See what you started? lol

And you're dodging the question. Name some of these "big" companies you're talking about so I can do my own conclusive research on your claim that some big companies are changing their blends to 50/50. If you can't name these companies or don't have anything to back up your claims, I'll be left to believe you're just spouting off bad and inaccurate information. Again.

Great weather, even better jazz... sounds like a perfect night for a festival.
-
Yes, it tastes like Almond Joy.
-
I'd like to have some names of these so-called "big companies" that are changing to 50/50. All the "big companies" that I deal with allow the customer to order the blend they want.

Got in the 125 ml of Feels Like a Nut from EC Blends in 3 mg nic, 40 PG/60 VG today.

Oh my gosh. I haven't had pheasant in far too long. *drools* No eating thumper, B. Okay, boys. When is dinner? I think a competition is in order after all the posts I just read. I volunteer to be a judge!

~ *sings* ~ Oh, do you know the muffin man, the muffin man, the muffin man...?

I feel your pain... Sleep is over rated, right?

...and being the stubborn b**** that I am, I couldn't leave it alone. Finally got the coil built, metered, wicked, and tweaked to kingdom come... it's working like a champ. I'm still playing with the airflow and power to get it where I want it, but it's pretty close. Ugh. Should've just left it alone until later though. I hope you get some rest this weekend, Jason.
-
Today I learned that no matter how shiny a new toy is, it's not a good idea to play with it and actually expect it to work correctly when you're tired, can't see straight, and you're trying to build coils. My first clue should've been when it took me five minutes to connect a wire to a post. Ugh. Will put this aside and play with the new Russian this weekend when I'm more rested and can show some patience with my builds.

The Russian 91% came in today.

That always confused me when I first started vaping. The battery was called an eGo-T and then, there was a dripper type that was also called an eGo T. You would think they could come up with a different name for one of them but noooo...

Looks like you're in good hands, Naffy. Good luck, I hope that fixed it for you!

Do you have a tank on it? If so, which one and what's the resistance of your coil?
