Caffeine is not absorbed by the body the same way Nicotine is.  Nicotine can be absorbed by the skin, aerosolized, liquid, solid, and is absorbed at 99% rate, regardless of method.  Heat increases the absorption rate to increase perceived effects...  Caffeine is best absorbed in liquid form, ingested into the stomach, and processed into the blood-stream by the kidneys/intestines.  Ingestion has an absorption rate of 99%, but takes up to 45-min to feel the effects.
Caffeine gum and sprays are absorbed into the bloodstream through the mouth and throat, but only at the level of 50-75% the rate of an equal volume ingested into the stomach.
Caffeine "could" be added to e-liquids, but to get the equivalent of a cup of coffee, you'd have to vape 300mg (or a liter of 33% solution), and it would take 45-min for the effects to be felt.  Basically, you'd have to drown in the stuff, and wouldn't get much benefit for the effort

The obvious benefits to your health aside..... What appealed to me the most was the gadget, a replacement to my Zippo lighter that I had for 10 years, rest in peace old friend.

The general attitude from people is to hate the " Smoker " as a person, not the cigarette or the tobacco company like in the old days... people don't even understand how hard is to quit smoking... or they don't care....I tried a million things to try to quit smoking, and vaping is the only thing that truly works.

I'm with the others on this, the health benefits are the real appeal to me.  I can get my nicotine fix without all of the other carcinogens found in cigarettes.  That being said, going purely on how the question was originally posed, (gadgets or liquid), my answer is easily the gadgets.  I'm a gadget junkie as it is.  While I like a lot of different e-liquids, and I like the fact there seems to be an endless choice of e-liquids, if somebody told me tomorrow that I could only vape one flavor e-liquid from now on, any flavor of my choosing, I wouldn't have a problem with that.
Now, if somebody told me I could only use my subtank mini on top of my Sigelei 100+ and I had to use the 1.2 ohm factory coils, there would be problems.

The not smoking cigarettes for over three years gets my vote. The rest is just icing on the cake.

Gear is just gear. The minority chase cool looking fancy stuff the mass majority use basic stuff and maybe even one flavor. I LOVE my Istick 50w just for battery life but other than that it seems no different than a $20 spinner and have used the same flavor for over two years exclusively.
I can smell now, taste now, have lost over 60lbs, blood pressure completely normalized and allowed me to get off several meds and my cost is down to under $80 per month for my wife and I combined. There are too many benefits to list and I cannot think of one negative.

Coolest thing about vaping for me is being able to walk up a flight of stairs and not needing a paramedic when I get to the top

What gets me riled is when someone sees you vaping and they say they smell smoke. Makes me want to give them a nose adjustment, but I don't I just flip them off.

I customized a lure case that I used to use for fishing...I can fit lots in there, and is a lot cheaper than the fancy vaping cases... no as big as car thought

Wish I'd seen this sooner.  The subtank mini is an awesome tank, but the factory nickel coils leave a lot to be desired.  I have repeatedly had dry hits with my first nickel OCC coil in my subtank on my IPV4.  This is apparently something many people experience and it's largely due to the size of the juice flow openings on the coil housing.  There is a 'fix' I saw on YouTube I'm going to try that only takes about a minute: https://youtu.be/RbXLOkklR1Q
What it all comes down to, though, is that there really isn't a "best" tank for the IPV4.  The "best" tank is the tank that works best for you in terms of flavor and vapor production.  I currently have several tanks that I use regularly.  Each one is "better" at something than others, be it better flavor with certain juices or better vapor with certain PG/VG blends.  To date, the Arctic is still my favorite all-around tank out of all the tanks I own.  Horizon either just released or is getting ready to release ni200 coils for the Arctic, so I'm looking forward to getting my hands on some and checking it out in TC mode.  A close 2nd in terms of personal favorites is my recently acquired Silo Beast.  The Atlantis coil heads are compatible with the Silo Beast and I have some of the nickel coils on order.  I will be able to report back on performance on that particular tank after they arrive.

Up your hydration.  Many people experience different symptoms of mild dehydration from vaping. Drink more water.

PG and VG are actually the cheapest part of DIY speaking from experience the flavoring is the most expensive part unless you stick to 1 flavor. I currently have about 20 different flavors. personally I use Heartland Vapes for PG VG and Nic base, and Flavor West for flavoring. But I suppose the only difference between the different suppliers is price. Just don't order juice from China (don't know what's in it).

I use a 1964 Imperial by Chrysler.  It has six cigarette lighters (power ports), a trunk big enough to hold the inventory of a B & M shop, a community glove box to hold the equipment of the occupants, and individual door compartments for personal supplies, and is portable.

It does seem that the Vaping community has many enemies.
I think that it just a matter of time before serious restrictions are put in past.
Also see no way around it.
We, as a society, continually ask to be protected.
It has become an obsession for some to always answer that call.
