Didn't know they had organic nicotine, most of the nicotine used is produced in India because the regs make it too expensive to make here.
Nicotine comes from the tobacco plant, and other plants, it is extracted by a chemical process.
Reminds me of the time I saw a add that said they used organic wool in their product, wool is not grown it comes from sheep.

You could get a motorcycle, its a lot of fun, and hard to vape when going down the road at 60, I know I tried it a couple of times. Now I just wait until I stop for something.

Steep and mix at the same time. The cleaner I have has a timer that only goes to 8 minutes, 2 cycles usually is enough.
Kind of interesting watching the bubbles form and rise to the top.

Didn't you say you had a sonic cleaner, they work great for mixing juice, just fill the cleaner with water set your bottle of juice in and turn it on. don't put the label on until after its been sonic mixed.

Most of us here started smoking when young, so none of us are the brightest bulb in the circuit.

There's nothing like fried Fed.  You do have to clean them well because their full of, well, you know what.  But they are easy to process.  No spine to work around.  The meat is never tough.  They have never worked a day in their lives.  Best with honey mustard as they are a little bitter.

I did it again, used a OCC coil that I rebuilt with kanthal for a Subvod, subvods use a subtank nano. I put the nano on a 75w Kanger TC mod, switched to CR mode set the .78 coil, and set the temp down to 200F, got no vape, slowly raised the temp, and settled on 270F. Watched the watts while pressing the fire button, and after the initial surge the watts hovered around 13 watts, I normally run that coil around 15 watts when in power mode, so I guess Kanthal does work in NC mode. I normally run my juice between 360F and 380F so I had to drop the temp about 100F.

I can't legally sell the juice I make, but I can take donations to help offset my cost, I can't help the donations I get are more than I invest.

Since I consider myself semi-retired from my machine shop I operated since 1994 I don't take on any new customers, but still work with my old customers on a limited basis. I should sell my machinery and fully retire, but than I would get very bored. At least it gets me out of the house. My shop is on my property so its not like I have to drive anyplace, and all it costs me is electricity, and tooling if I break any.

The Kanger TC mods that have a NiCr setting will work with Kanthal, I have tried it a couple of times. I used the NiCr mode and used a much lower temp setting than I normally would. Not something I would do on a daily basis, but I just had to try it.

1/16 bit. Originally I tried drilling the parts that came with the tank, but that didn't work out. I have some 1/4 SS 304 so I put some in the bar feeder, programed the lathe, set the tooling, and made a few parts. That worked out pretty good.

I may be a little biased because all my mods are Kanger, but I think the Kanger Subvod is a great pen style starter device, the wide range of coils make it capable of pretty much any style of vaping. I have 2 of them which I use almost daily, and they fit nicely in my pocket.

I figured out the best use for my Kanger 160w dripbox, and my aspire quad flex kit.
After some modifications to the Aspire parts, like drilling a hole through the RTA adapter I have managed to build a squonk fed RTA. So now instead of having a RTA with a 2ml capacity I can refill the RTA tank by just squeezing the 7ml squonk bottle built into the mod.
It may seem like a silly idea to some people, but I like it.

Mix a little mint and cinnamon with a tea flavor, maybe add a little vanilla. the only thing I can think of.

Back a few years ago I ran those batteries in a Evic, and ran 1.8 coils in a KPT2. Never got above 10 watts which is a 2.4 amp drain, well within the 4.8 amp limit of the battery. I ran them because of the longer battery life.

I have been using a cinnamon flavor from TFA that's pretty good, but if you use more than 3% it gets a little hot almost like cinnamon hotties.

Have you been vaping painkillers? Been powdering them up and adding them to your juice?

What I'm trying to say in the end I get a juice that is 20%PG/70%VG/10%water, but not always because I don't always use 20% flavor. When I mix my coffee juice I only use 8% coffee and end up with 8%PG/10%water/82%VG, which makes it about the same thickness as 30PG/70VG.
Sometimes I'm not very good at explaining things, hope I didn't confuse you more.

Another thing to consider when making juice is the use of distilled water. I use distilled water in some of my juices that are coil killers, and it helps a lot, about a year or so ago I tried some flavors that were water/alcohol based, and got a lot of spitback. I blamed it on the water, and as usual was wrong, the alcohol probably caused the spitback since the flavoring had 45% alcohol.
Lately I have been using 10% distilled water in my coil killing juices with no spitback, and the coils last longer.
I normally make 30PG/70VG juice with 20% flavoring, and 10% PG, the flavoring being PG brings the ratio up to 30% PG. Now I substitute water for the 10% PG. The water thins the juice more than PG, and water vaporizes at a lower temp than PG so it makes for a lower vape temp, and makes less throat hit.
I don't recommend city tap water because it has chemicals in it, our water comes from a well but don't know what is in it so I get distilled water which is really cheap, less than $1 per gal.

When I first started making juice I ordered 30ml bottles, didn't take long to figure out I needed to order 4oz bottles. Some flavors like butterscotch, strawberry, vanilla custard, and some other flavors I order in 8oz bottles. I reuse flavor bottles to make juices. I rarely make 30ml batches anymore mostly just for trial batches.

2/3 of my flavors are FW, about 1/3 are TFA, I have not tried Capella because the price is double that of other flavors, don't know if it is better or not.
I pay close attention to the ingredients in the flavor, sometimes one manufacturer has a ingredient I don't want and another manufacturer has the same flavor without the ingredient I don't want. Also there is the coil killing to look at, most chocolate flavors are dark and are coil killers, the double chocolate clear by TFA is not a coil killer.
One of the flavors I like is coffee, but so far have not found one that is not a coil killer, if someone knows of one please let me know.
