I just ordered the RX200.  I have read quite a bit about it and most are very pleased.  I think the TC learning curve has caught a few users, but you have been running TC long enough you won't have any problems.  I am starting my stockpile, and a triple 18650 looked like it would be handy at times.
I have not had an iStick since the 40Watt TC, but I personally have had great luck with them.  I have thought about snatching up a few iStick 60W to add to my stockpile.
I don't know anything about the Herakles Plus.  I do like the way it works, and I had great luck with the Herakles Ni200 (not plus) coils in my Saucecode.

I personally use the the VTC mini, and the Presa 75W and think they are both awesome!

If you do not have a specific setting for temp control of stainless steel then You are safest to use power mode provided that your battery can handle the amp limit.  Personally I do not like to mix modes with materials not designed for that mode.  It is not reliable.

The VTC mini is a great box mod that can handle Ni, Ti or SS as well as Kanthal.
As for wattage setting - that is more or less a matter of taste and experimentation.  It's a little like asking what should I set my thermostat in my house to? I don't know - where do you live? Alaska or the tropics?   At .25 ohm I would start at 35ish and work it up or down to taste.

Just an FYI, but the .25 and .5 coils are not Ni200, they are 316L-SS.  This could be your problem.  The .15 is a Ni200.  If you are trying to run SS in the Ni200 setting your temp numbers will be incorrect.
Are you using a VT or the VTC Mini?  The mini has SS settings if you use the latest upgrade.  If you are using the VT you might have much better luck with the .15 coils.
I run my VTC MIni with the Crown at 500F and 25 - 30 watts with the .5 SS coils.  I find if I have the airflow totally open the vape is quite cool, so I run it at about 50%

I'm definitely on the rx200 bandwagon. I love it because of the battery life, and the wide range of options of things you can do with it doesn't hurt even tho I'm not big on the temp control stuff (yet continue to get it to work with premade coils and usually regret it) and it fits the hand sooooooo well.
I have a fuchai too and it fits almost as well as the rx200, but with only 2 batteries, I found myself pacing to keep from dying at work. The TC on it brings the fail tho. Way too cold.
I have a snow wolf, and it's my house queen right now, I'm not terribly impressed with it. It is a nice functional box, does TC (better than the fuchai) and the fuchai seems to edge it out on battery life.

I'm currently looking into getting a couple of cuboids. They are smaller, seem to be well constructed, and I'm a fan of bigger screens. Plus cheap and all the wattage you could want 150. (But I've seen it said that with a firmware upgrade it'll do 200w.)

I have the V4, and occasionally use the 2amp feature when I am in a hurry, 2 18650s will fully charge in and hour to hour and a half when starting from 3.2 volts. Comes in handy when I get up for work and realize the pair in my IPV4s is dead and I won't have a spare set to take with me for the day if I don't charge the dead ones before I leave for work. Guess I need a couple more sets to marry up for it, but the 2amp setting is getting me through for now. I usually use the .5amp setting though.

It wouldn't hurt. The updates have made the menus easier to navigate, and easier shortcuts so to speak. Plus if you are into temp control, they updated some of the settings for the different wires. That being said, if you like it fine, it ain't broke. lol

You can try the upgrade and roll it back to see which you prefer.

Just ordered two Kanger Aerotank mini version 2 from Mt. Baker Vapor. Got tired of the Kanger Pro tank mini 3s leaking all over the place so I thought I'd try something that Earthling789 always raves about. Was going to go with a Triton mini but I have all these 1.8 ohm single coils laying around that I need to use.

I like the IPV line also, but have not had as good of luck with the Sigelei since they got away from the YiHi boards.  The Presa 75W is probably my favorite mod with a detachable tank at this moment.  I use my NEBOX (which I don't recommend) as a daily driver, but the Presa and Crown is always nearby.

I'm a big fan of IPV and Sigelei.... But, if you have the Wismec RX200, and you're looking at other 75W MODs, you may also consider the Wismec Presa 75W TC unit.  It's a single 18650 MOD, small form-factor, and performs great!  And, BTW, it is very inexpensive as compared to the Sigelei or IPV you mentioned

Just in case you wind up unscrewing the wrong thing, I would turn the tank upside down so the juice won't spill all over the mod. Then, using Cany's suggestion, try using something rubbery for better grip to try to unscrew the tank off. If you don't have anything else, a rubber band wound around the base of the tank will also give you gripping power.

I've been gone a long time. Just decided to hop back on. I've been alright and all over the world the past year. Currently using a cuboid and moonshot rta for my daily driver with a 10 wrap 22g 3mm ID build. Cloud setup in a limited edition brass The block and mxv4 with a 20g build I will not say what it's at.

You are both correct.  The problem is with the Crown.  It has so much airflow I can not get a warm vape with 1.2 ohm coils.  In fact with the airflow open only a fraction it is not a good vape.  The .5 coils are better but in the 50+ watt range he is running the .25 shines.  It says it is for 80 to 100 watts, but with my juice 60 is pushing it.  The funny thing is the Crown is cooler at 55 watts than my NEBOX at 35, so it has to be the airflow.  (of course the Crown is putting out 2 to 3 times the vapor)
It is defiantly a cloud producing tank.  I only use mine at home, and as a backup, but it is by far my favorite tank!

Two more Aspire Triton 2 and four more 5-packs of 1.8 ohm coils came in the vape mail today from Mt. Baker Vaper. This makes a total of seven Triton 2 tanks (four in rotation and the rest are back ups just in case). Got a 10 ml of free juice from Mt. Baker Vaper called Vanishing Oatmeal Treats that smells... intriguing... and yummy. I'm curious if the juice tastes as good as it smells (it smells like a fresh baked oatmeal cookie with hints of cinnamon). So far I've not liked any of the juices from this vendor even though I've really wanted to -- this might be the one to change my mind.
And I think I've taken to getting back ups a little too much to heart. I don't need to buy anymore coils for the Triton for quite some time. The four 5-packs I got today? Didn't realize that I had eight stashed in a drawer. This brings the total to twelve 5-packs. We have now officially ventured into the "hoarder" zone.
