Vanilla seems to be notorious for this. I've been trying diff. vanillas for a while now hoping to find an ADV, they all wind up with too much throat burn after they sit for awhile and it isn't like the TH I get from nic,it's more like an alcohol type burn.

Playboy has some flavored disposables. I have no clue about the quality but they very closely resemble the NJOY Kings. Nic content is nowhere near as high tho. Prices aren't too bad compared to other disposables and ya get free condoms lol http://store.playboyvapor.com/collections/disposables

You could try lower ohm coils on the device you have. I didn't see the ohms listed in your link but the coils may be marked. Alternately if you like those CE5's you could get a vv batt. like a Vision spinner, that way you can crank up the volts . Either way could potentially get you more throat hit and warmer thicker vapor. Another option is ordering juice with a higher PG content,that usually has better throat hit than more VG. An 80PG/20VG or 70PG/30VG is a good place to start.

Your unit is working just as it should.It has 2 diff settings so that in voltage mode you can choose the volts for each tank or delivery device that you put on it. In wattage mode you can select the watts and the unit will adjust the voltage to deliver those watts by reading the ohms of the device that you put on it.That way in wattage mode you can change tanks and still get the same or a similar hit every time.People who prefer a consistant vape usually prefer wattage mode because it can read when your tank etc has a change in ohms from use and will adjust itself to compensate and still give you that same vape. So they are in fact 2 different settings and the one the device uses is the one you set last. HTH

I think a lot depends on which device you use. Personally I used up to 2 ml more per day when I was using KPT's and T3S's than I use with a carto tank. With the carto tanks I've been going thru 4-5 mls a day avg. for a couple of years now

I never rolled my own smokes and I wont bother with tiny wires and fiddly screws or which wick etc... I use M1A1 Buzz tanks daily with either smok 1.7 ohm or Boge 2.0/3.0 cartos. Fill 'em right the first time then keep 'em wet and they last me 3-4 wks. avg. The best part is they are no more effort than a Zippo lighter. YMMV

I think I read that they have like a mini gyroscope and you have to shake it to go into the settings and then tilt the unit to change the adjustments. Seems like a cool idea but a little too gimmicky for me. ymmv

Welcome home Ms. Bird I've used several of the wick style tanks but my longest coil life with the lowest juice consumption and imo best taste still comes from using Boge's in a tank. Keep them wet and they last me 2-4 weeks avg, Oh and I like the way they look on a spinner too, mini drumsticks lol

There is no best,there is only what suits you.It doesn't matter if you set the voltage or let the unit set it for you,the result will be almost the same. The unit can detect the ohms of a coil and always adjust the voltage so that you get the same wattage and can even adjust for changes to the same coil over time or you can set the volts each time you change coils to suit your taste. If you don't understand volts,ohms,or watts you might want to spend some time learning about them.They can make or break your vape.

First you have to decide which setting you want to use,your device doesn't do both at the same time.If you want to decide the voltage set your device for vv. If you want your device to set the voltage depending on the ohms of the coil you put on it set your device for VW. As far as where to set it that depends on your tastes.Most folks will tell you to start at a low setting and gradually go up until it tastes best to you without tasting burnt. I seem to be going against the flow of main stream vaping. I keep hoping batt tech will improve so that smaller batts will be able to produce better vapes. My Buzz Pro is about as large a device as I'm comfortable carrying these days.

Joye eGo twist may last a few months longer but the Vision spinners are much easier to see the adjustments. Old age and bad eyesight means I have to use bright light and a small magnifier to see the scale on a twist but I can easily see the scale on a spinner. ymmv

It's possible that the insulator between the center pin and the body is damaged and causing a short. As already suggested try a new coil when you get one and if it still wont fire you'll prolly have to replace that batt. They can be repaired but it's a tedious and time consuming process that has a few dangers if not done properly. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.
