You have the atomizer screwed into your battery and a drip tip on top of the atomizer. The drip shield keeps things from getting messy and goes over the atomizer. You drip a couple of drops of liquid straight into the drip tip and enjoy. It's not that much work and the flavor you get is amazing! I can switch off complementary flavors with nearly every time I need a few more drops of liquid. It's simply wonderful and a great way to be able to switch flavors quickly.

And this is why I have a bunch of T2 clearomizers sitting in front of me. I keep a different flavor in each one and switch. When I switched flavors in them the wicks always seemed to retain some of the old flavor for too long. My taste buds like different flavors. A LOT of different flavors, which is why I switched to direct dripping. It's much easier to go from one flavor to the other and the taste is... you can't get it from a clearomizer although my T2s come close.

The only time I still use clearomizers these days is when I'm in the car going from one place to the next, otherwise it's got to be dripping! :P

A "Mod" was any alteration to the vaping set up (back in the day when we only had the 510 and 901) or make your own (i.e. box mod).

so, I guess if you look at the original definition of a 'Mod'......never mind....its making my head hurt. By the original definition, everything I own is a 'Mod'.....

I like the Vision Vivi Nova mini 2.0 ml ,cost less and is avaiable at several shops.Same basic design as what you got choice of resistance replacement coils and spare parts avaiable.Costs less as well.I am going on 4 weeks with the original coil and no sign of letting down yet.

Since the container is so small (1 ml), I've already gone through all the e-juice I had in it. Now, I've mixed some vanilla cupcake and pineapple and it tastes just like pineapple upside down cake.

If the budget allows, maybe pickup and extra 900mah battery....you can never have too many.....

So I bought two of the Vision 510 nano clearomizer from LitecigsUSA.

    http://www.litecigus...clearomizer.htm

It's a cute little thing. I think it would look better if I could find the right thread cover for my eGo 650 mAh pass through battery. Anyone have a rec for that?

Anyway, I filled it up and let it sit so the wick could soak up the e-liquid. I've tried other bottom feeders before and have been less than happy with them. The first bottom feeder I tried was a Stardust-style. It worked okay but was a PITA to fill and the flavor was very muted. The most recent is the Tabac BCC clear cartomizer (a Kangor T3 clone). It sounds almost gurgly when I draw from it and the flavor is just... weird. That's what I get for getting a clone. I'll be getting a real T3 to try soon.

Anyway... the first dozen draws from this Nano was very harsh, it reminded me of getting a dry hit when direct dripping. Just about the time I was getting ready to pitch this thing -- something happened and suddenly I wasn't getting the dry hit flavor and the gurgling sound. Now I'm getting nothing but flavor and a smooth draw, no burned taste at all. It's currently filled with Sweet-Vapes' Dulce de Leche, 12 mg, 70 PG/30 VG and it tastes almost like I'm direct dripping! It has a semi-firm draw but it's not what I'd call hard. Just a bit firmer than a Vision Stardust (long wick).

The thing I like best about the nano is the small size. When I'm not direct dripping I tend to change from one flavor in a clearomizer to another so I have a bunch of them lined up to change off to. I like that I can have smaller sizes so I can fill more often. Could be my imagination but I prefer the "fresh" e-liquids better. I'll probably be buying more of these.

I'm not clear on what you mean by "it sounds different." If it's gurgling you can take it off your battery and blow into the mouthpiece -- make use you hold a piece of tissue or paper towel at the other end to catch any liquid coming out of the center piece -- then wipe out the inside of the battery where it connects as well as the bottom of the clearomizer. That might do the trick.

If you live in Colorado you are required to be a Broncos fan. Unfortunately I didn't get the memo when I moved here. I think I gave two people heart failure when I yelled out, "Ponies!" when they gifted me with weld-cut Bronco head decorations.

When I smoked analogs I didn't smoke them inside the house, always went outside. I smoked in my car but not when there was a non-smoker riding along. On long trips, my stopping to get out of the car to smoke made the trip longer. Oh well. I always crack the window open when I drive, it doesn't matter if I'm smoking, vaping or whatever. I just like the fresh air.

Aaaaaand I'm allergic to little kids so they don't get to ride in my car.

I wouldn't in a car, perhaps inside across the room.I suppose as long as you put them in a car seat you could tie them on the roof, plenty of fresh air there.Actually the exhaust fumes from the car or truck in front of you is probably doing more harm than the ecig.

That's the last thing I need, Joe. I've been talking with Jeff on another thread about the embarrassing amount of different flavored juices I've collected in a very short while. The only thing more embarrassing is my growing out of control collection of different clearomizers and atomizers that have yet to be used.

That's why I'm curious to see how this one works. I've tried a couple of bottom feeders but they were a pain to fill, worse to clean and didn't vape at all well. If this one works well, I can't wait to try it!

This review is waaaay late but here it is.

When I finally decided to try the eGo Twist I bought it from Brian at The Veteran Vapor. Also ordered the charger. The items came quickly and well packaged.

The first time I tried to charge it the threads were a little weird and I had a hard time connecting the battery to take a charge. Since the charger is a different type than what I use with my pass throughs I assumed it was just me. The second time I couldn't get it to connect at all so I contacted Brian. At this point I didn't know if it was me, the Twist, or the charger or all of the above.

Brian got back to me right away and insisted on sending out a new battery and charger immediately even after I told him I'd be happy to wait until he checked to see which one the culprit was.

He sent me a brand new Twist and charger priority. Inside the box was also a slip for me to reuse the box with the prepaid shipping slip to return the items I already had.

In the past with other vendors I usually had to pay to send things back. Only when they got the items and checked to make sure it wasn't working would they send out a replacement and possibly a refund on the shipping. Not so with Brian. The customer service I got from him was way beyond great.

He even got back to me with an update. It was the charger after all and the Twist was just fine. These things happen from time to time with any product. I don't expect everything I buy to be perfect every time, and it was in no way Brian's fault that the charger didn't work right. But it's the way the transaction is handled that makes all the difference.

Since then I've ordered as many things as I can from his store. The times when I contacted him asking questions, he's always answered quickly and politely. Of the things I've ordered, there were some extra goodies as his way to say, "thanks for the business!"

If you want great customer service, quality products, excellent packaging and quick shipping... I highly recommend Brian and The Veteran Vapor.

And Uma? Forget calling him Mark. I kept typing his name as Brain.
