Weight Gain & Subsequent Weight Loss

Weighed in this morning and shed another 3.8 lbs!

52.2 total loss

16.1% of body weight lost

Under 260 for the first time in over a decade at 259.2!

At this rate I will hit my goal before Christmas!!

What's the goal weight you're going for?

220 is my goal but I may dip just below that. Weight Watchers shows for my height I should be a max of 196 but dam I am 6'2" and a large frame. I was about 210 in college in the mid 90s and just didnt look right. I think keeping it between 220 and 225 is the ticket for me long term.
