  1. Although I'm not a dripper I think it's pretty neat.  Doesn't "have" to be attached to the windshield, or anywhere else, for that matter.  I can see the simple benefit of just not having to fiddle with an eyedropper or anything else and count drops.  Simply plug a time  or two and put it back where it came from.  'Course, I refill my EVOD'S while driving, so I don't have much room to talk.  Still, I like the idea.

  2. Welcome to VT Josh!

What device (tank/battery) were you using before?

This is an odd issue, but I think it may be due to the fact you're using a sub-ohm tank, possibly at high Watts, and the higher PG ratio isn't helping either.  Try dialing your Wattage down, using a bit less airflow, and possibly moving from a sub-ohm coil to a 1.2 Ohm or similar?  Changing brands of juice, flavors, and/or nicotine levels to 3mg or less may also help if you are going to use the sub-ohm coil.  6mg at sub-ohm levels is equivalent to 18mg (or more) at "normal" coil resistances ... 1.8 -2.2 Ohm because the body absorbs the Nicotine MUCH faster and at a higher-rate when it is as heat increases... and sub-ohming really heats the juice!

Well, seems I found an answer to a question I haven't asked....... yet.  Recently stepped up from an eGo/EVOD 1.8 single coil setup using 18 nic to an eleaf 20 topped with a Nautilus running a 1.6 dual coil with the air control ring set wide open. Juice is 20p/80v with 18 nic.  I've also picked up the habit of vapeing on my equipment a lot while driving, which means I've pretty much burned up a 20ml bottle since Monday.  Had an idea, but wasn't positive what was making me feel a bit odd till I read the above.  Went back to The ego/evod setup with an occasional hit on the nautilus with the volts and watts set to the lowest till I can work up some lower nic juice.

  3.  Its all there for you to quit but it takes three things

    1. Equipment good enough to transport a sufficient amount of vapor and nicotine

    2. Willingness and truly being ready to do it

    3. Liquid that you like AND has an appropriate level of nicotine to curb your cravings

    Best of luck!

All of the above, plus I was fortunate to find a very knowledgeable vape shop owner who started me out with the right equipment from the beginning.  If I may, I might add a no. 4:  determination and faith in your equipment.

  4. Shortest answer iwould be what's  "not" to like.  Simple answer; not much.

What I '"do" like is .... no more cigarettes.....no smelling like a stale ashtray... no more having to carry a lighter....don't have to smoke the whole thing....don't have to find someplace to thump the butt....no more going out to the "leper colony" to burn one.....no more burning the furniture, my car seat, my fingers, chasing a lit one between my legs...usually in traffic....much more.

Not much on gadgets, gizmos, and shiny things, so I'm pretty happy just being off cigarettes with my basic stick battery and EVOD setup.

  5. ....... It's a great feeling to know that after almost 50 years of two packs a day, I'm really over it.  I have no intention of stopping vaping, because I do really enjoy it, but I think I don't NEED it.  So cool!

I know exactly what you're saying.  While driving, a cigarette used to be in my hand most of the time.  Since vaping, I've taken up the habit of instead of drinking water, eating ice.  Whenever I stop for gas or make a pit-stop I fill my big go-cup with ice and nibble on ice instead of drinking so much water.  More often than not lately I notice my go-cup getting pretty empty before reaching for my equipment.

  6. But.....but.....but, earthling, it's for the children, don'tcha know, and for the betterment of society.

Wish I had the wherewithall to start a public demonstration. Just too busy trying to work and make ends meet. I'd be near the front of the line donating some bucks supporting producing a documentary or PSA in favor of the vaping movement.

Agree with tam, when ya running for public office?

  7. How come no one addressed the elephant in the room shown on the opening statements ...... 2.5 billion in tax revenues the bill is expected to generate? In my opinion, that's the ultimate goal. I don't believe anyone actually gives a rat's *** whether we smoke/vape/chew/dip, whatever as long as they get their tax dollars. But.....politicians always "know better". $2.00 tax on a pack of smokes. What's that add to a 10ml bottle of juice? If a 10ml bottle is supposedly equal to a carton of smokes I would guess around $12.00. Glad I mix my own.

I think on my 2 yr anniversary tomorrow I'll go to the mall, find a spot, sit for a while, vape and wave to everybody walking by.

  8. Glad you're o.k. cany. I'm a land surveyor and do some transportation. I see people doing some really dumb $#! T around big rigs. They just don't realize that those things don't stop on a dime. And it's always gonna be the trucker's fault when something happens.

wanna see dumbbells and knuckleheads.....try escorting oversize loads for a while. The "dumbass" really shines through for some of the people out there.

  9. Well said bebop.....and bc. My sentiments exactly. My 2yr anniversary is on the near horizon as well. April 19 I think. I have the date written on the pack I have with me sitting in the console so I always have a reminder and something to show those who ask about vaping. I very rarely ever think about cigs anymore, although I did have to dive into the stale last pack a couple days ago. A guest at my house for Easter dinner got a bee sting. Maybe tobacco is useful for something, afterall.

  10.   Yeah, it would be really nice if these so-called "experts" actually took a look at things with an open mind before shooting their mouths off spewing all those "maybe", "could", "might" buzz words.  I'm not holding my breath, tho.  Remember, don't be running with your vape equipment, you might stumble and poke yourself in the eye.
