  1. I'd try keeping it upright to see if you still have the same leakage. Use a short glass or a toothbrush holder to keep it upright so you don't tip it over. Let us know how it goes.
  2. With most tanks, laying it on its side usually isn't a problem although that might be with that particular one. Did you also check to make sure the coil inside the tank was finger tight? You don't want to over tighten it because that tends to squish out the O-rings, which would also cause leaks. Finger tight is good enough.
  3. Take the tank off the battery. Using either a Q-tip or a corner of a tissue, lightly dab the connection end of the battery to get the juice out. Then, hold the tissue loosely at the bottom part of the tank (the part that connects to the battery), and blow GENTLY into the mouthpiece. That will help clear the center tube. Dab the tissue into the bottom of the tank to dry the juice that came out, replace onto your battery and you should be good to go. It happens to most tanks -- at least a little. If you're getting more than a little bit of juice leaking, I'd change the coil. If that doesn't do it, I'd get a different tank. Kanger Pro Tank/Pro Tank mini are good, solid performers.
  4. Are you chain vaping the 12 mg? Might also try opening up the airflow just a tad bit more too so you don't get such a strong concentration of nic when you take a draw.
  5. Welcome to Vapor Talk!
  6. Good to see you spending someone else's money, Earthling!
  7. Patricia, in addition to the information that Earthling provided, I've found that the resistance of your coil goes down/changes as you use it. My 2.0 ohm coils (checked on two ohm meters for accuracy), went down as I used it until my Provari would no longer fire it. Yet, when I changed it to my IPV mini (which fires coils down to 0.5 ohms), it fired up right away and I was able to continue vaping on it. Just something to think about before you spend money on a sub-ohm tank.
  8. Is your trip for business or pleasure... or a little of both? Hopefully, you won't get any hate mail but this should start an interesting discussion.
  9. All good suggestions have been given... with the exception of taking in tea or coffee as a substitute for water. Tea and coffee both contain caffeine, which will interfere with sleep. They are both diuretics, which means it will cause your body to get rid of the liquid inside it. Add the dehydrating effects of vaping and you'll wind up with a nice headache at best. I'd stick to water.
  10. Instead of a "like" button, there should be a "kick" button. I need to talk to Chris about this...
  11. I get the standard size but use an extra long drip tip. Same end result, just a different way to get there. The drip tips I'm using right now are the stainless steel "pipe" style: http://www.madvapes.com/steel-pipe-drip-tips.html I think I have one of every style but prefer "E" for comfort.
  12. Go to the top of this page, click on the magnifying glass and type in "direct dripping". Read through the threads and comments, you'll get a lot of good information on how to direct drip. There is a bit of a learning curve but it's not bad. My preferred gear is a good variable voltage battery, a direct dripping atomizer, a drip shield (these really are a must and will keep juice from running all over your fingers), and a drip tip. You can get atomizers, either bridged or debridged (I prefer the latter), and you don't have to learn how to build your own coils. The link below are the ones I learned on, they do have a bridge in them (little metal bridge that goes over the heating coil). http://www.vapelite.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=22_47&products_id=62 These days I've graduated to the Lamborghinis of atomizers, Custom HH.357 Cisco Spec Hybrid 510 Atomizer http://www.avidvaper.com/custom-hh-357-cisco-spec-hybrid-510-atomizer/ The HH.357 have more of a learning curve than the Boge in the first link.
  13. Yes, you did, dammit. No self control where those little gems are concerned. And *you* aren't helping!
  14. No. I'm SO not looking.
  15. I'd go with an eGo 400 mAh and a small tank like a KPT2 or 3 mini instead of any cig-a-like. The 400 mAh battery is very small and light. For that matter, my Eleaf iStick 20w is also very small and extremely light (compared to my IPV mini or IPV mini2).
  16. What mAh battery are you using in it that you only get 2 - 3 hours? Mine goes much, much longer than that.
  17. Despite all the fancy toys I have these days, my go-to favorites that I use most are still the Vision Spinner 1300 mAh (not the Spinner II). It's a variable voltage eGo type battery but a little bigger around than a 900 mAh. Just picked up two more at my local B&M today and I saw that Vision tweaked it a little. I like the new changes even better!

  19. In other words, it should be spelled out and not assumed that the reader knows which acronym is being referenced.
  20. It's encrypted.
  21. Thanks, Earthling. The center placement of the button is the reason why I never got an MVP, it seems like it's in a awkward place to me.
  22. Yes, it was, and I thank you very much for posting something that was easy to read and understand. You have a lot of good input to offer, it was just so hard to try to "translate" the redneck spelling that I gave up trying to figure it out and just skimmed or skipped your posts before. I can also take your posts and comments more seriously and not discount them -- if I can understand what you're saying. Thanks again for writing it in English.
  23. Hey, Tug. Does the MVP 20W still have the button in the middle or did they put it on the side of this version?
