  1. She did! She was so excited about getting so much. The only thing she has to buy is the AC adapter for the charger and some different flavors of 24 mg juice. I only had one flavor in that mg of nic. This weekend I'll go through some of my other stashes to see what else she'll get. One problem I'm coming up on is matching the extra coils with the tanks. It's like a puzzle. lol

  3. Your first piece of advice: SAFETY FIRST!!! Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  4. The only good thing he has going is that he did put it on a meter first...
  5. Here's an update: she went through the whole night without one single cigarette! Got all the other stuff to her this morning and gave her a quick tutorial on how to use them. She's stoked!
  6. Will do, Jonnoh. I'm so happy you found vaping and getting so much better!
  7. Are you ready to take the plunge? I found them available at Avid Vaper. They get around $200 of my money every month in HH.357 atomizers so I know they're a good, trustworthy vendor with only quality goods and great customer service. http://www.avidvaper.com/eleaf-istick-50w-4400mah/
  8. Here's adding to your story. A co-worker came to me because someone told her I was the "expert" on vaping. She got some bad news from her doctor who said she must quit smoking. She's only in her mid-thirties yet her lungs were that of a 70 year old. Just so happens that I have an extra back up of a back up with me. I gave it to her along with a charger and AC adapter, a 10 ml bottle of 24 ml juice that she fell in love with at first vape. When I got home tonight I went through some of my back up stuff and got two more eGo T batteries, another two chargers and one AC adapter, seven various tanks with extra coils... those all went into a goodie bag that will be gifted to her tomorrow. Then, I'll take her to the local B&M to get her more 24 mg juice so she can switch off. Might've saved her over a hundred bucks and got her off on the right foot.
  9. I was looking at My Vapor Store. They're out of stock too. Same with 101 Vape
  10. Well, you have to test drive it first to make sure I'll like it.
  11. If you or anyone else want to start a dedicated separate thread discussing coils of any sort, if we have at least 20 dedicated "coil" threads, Chris said he'll add a special section for it.
  12. You guys are funny. Sorry, but I really don't have any interest in RTAs at the moment. Never say never, something shiny might come along to tempt me but so far... no. I've no doubt that Earthling will find something else to tempt my wallet anytime now. He's that good!
  13. SSD = Solid State hard drive (no spinning platter to hold the data so it's super fast) APC = that's the battery back up (you plug your computer to it, the APC plugs into the wall. If the electricity cuts out, it gives you time to back up everything you're working on so you don't lose it.)
  14. You can do a blue one too if you like. I just found this... https://www.google.com/search?q=istick+50w&safe=off&sa=X&biw=1376&bih=692&tbs=vw:l,p_ord:p&tbm=shop&ei=sUQKVf-kNo6xogSZnYLACw&ved=0CNwDELsNKAI Buy whatever color you want and then wrap it to make it really unique. Went to the store where I bought my first iStick 50W but they're sold out. I'm looking for another store that I trust right now.
  15. When I bought it a few weeks ago it was around $10 - $15 less. Still, it's worth the price!
  16. When you do that, you should also be hoping they're not carrying a loaded firearm.
  17. This is the one I got: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-2-5-Inch-Internal-MZ-75E500B-AM/dp/B00OBRE5UE/ref=pd_sim_pc_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=0PDPM58GYX4N9BE1E4D6 It's also the same SSD I'm trying hard not to buy a second one of right now. I don't know why I bother to put up any resistance since I already bought a 3.5" to 2.5" bay converter that holds two SSDs. Now that I have the OS on the SSD, the data transfer speed is starting to get on my nerves. While my data isn't anywhere as big as yours, Chris, speed does matter. LOL
  18. Why'd you back out? Here. How about I do it with you? I'll buy a blue one and you can get another color of your choice. If we buy them together, it won't hurt so bad.
  19. Be sure to get the 50W and not the 20W version. Do it just to make Jason and Earthling jealous.
  20. Tugboat and Earthling beat me to my answer. The juice I currently have in my Nautilus likes it cooler so it's set at 8.4W at the moment. Another juice stays at around 11.4W - 12.0W. It all depends on the juice and where it tastes best. Start at your lowest setting and bump up, vape, go up, vape. Back down a bit when it tastes burnt for each juice you put into the tank. You'll probably find that many fruit juices like it cooler while bakery flavors want more heat.
  21. So that's what your set up looks like. Very nice! And I see we both have the same battery back up too. What size SSD did you get? Just recently I went with a 500 gig Samsung. Now, I'm thinking of getting one more and putting them together. Love the speed of boot up not that I ever turn off my tower...
  22. Black is the one I have now. My next one's going to be blue.
  23. If you're seeing smoke, then you've got a problem. It's "vapor" we're blowin', friend.
  24. See what happens when you're not around for a bit, Bebop? You should've already had one of these little gems. https://youtu.be/_EOTuVOZbZw
  25. I had the same problem until I opened up the airflow all the way. Now, it doesn't do that anymore. Might give that a try?
