  1. Why do both and muddy the waters? Some members might want to either sell or trade, whichever offer they get. If that's the case and we have a whole different section just for trades, which one do you use?
  2. Or maybe we can rename the Classified section to: Member Classified: Buy, Sell or Trade There. Problem solved.
  3. My regular juice had 12 mg of nic in it. Went down to 6 mg for a few hours before bed and started sleeping much better. After a month or two I took it down to 3 mg before bed. My regular is now down to 6 mg during the day. This works the best for me. Good luck finding your balance.
  4. Nice to see. Thanks for the link!
  5. Hope the tornadoes disperse quickly. Be safe, Hooker.
  6. Yep. Sounds about right. We got a gold star in "sharing."
  7. Thanks for the explanation. I was all like... what???
  8. Coffee flavors usually like a slightly higher temperature. Start with the 3.8V and try going up in tiny increments. Back it down when you get the slightly burnt taste. Did you say how long you've been vaping? During the first weeks (could be months), your tastebuds are changing/healing, so things will taste different or not at all. With vaping, it also helps to exhale out of your nose and mouth to get the best flavor. Another thing to keep in mind is that you'll stop being able to taste one flavor if you vape it too long. Most of us (with bcarter being the exception), change flavors several times during the course of a day just to keep things fresh. Go from the strong coffee flavor to a tart candy flavor or a mint or something pretty different. Keep in mind that coffee is a pretty strong flavor so it may need something equally strong to get your taste buds back in line. Also, inhaling the fragrance of ground coffee helps to reset the taste buds too. Just don't snort it.
  9. Yesterday was 75 and gorgeous. Today, so far we've had rain, sleet, a few flakes and lots of wind with a high of 55 or so. Tomorrow, it's supposed to get to mid to high 60s with lots of sunshine. Spring time in the Rockies.
  10. Sorry, no siblings, but I do have quite a few female friends who share my mindset. Having grown up around sailors, there's precious little that offends me. The exception to the rule would be the misuse/abuse of the English language. My female friends also share this pet peeve.
  11. Nautilus minis come with a 1.6 ohm and 1.8 ohm coil, if I remember correctly. 4.0 volts might be a tad too high for this resistance, which could be why the coil burnt out so fast. Another thing to keep in mind is that dark and/or sweet juices tend to gunk up coils faster, as do higher VG juices. If I were you, I'd clean out your tank and start with a fresh coil. Set your battery at its lowest power setting. Vape. If it doesn't do it for you, turn it up just a bit. Vape. Continue doing this until you get a slight burnt taste, then back it down a tad. That should be the sweet spot for your juice. Each flavor will have its own preferences of how much heat it likes. Fruits, generally, tend to prefer lower volts/watts, while bakery flavors usually need a little more heat.
  12. I'm feeling mellow today... unless he continues to poke the mama bear that is.
  13. Hey! It's not nice to talk 'age' to a lady.
  14. That's why it's good that we have forums just for vaping. Here at Vapor Talk, we have a lot of knowledgeable, friendly members who stress safety, especially concerning batteries. Many of us also try to steer noobies to trusted vendors who only sell genuine product with no knock offs unless it's plainly marked as such so we can make an informed decision to buy or not.
  15. See, Tug? Shen here is a good example of simply "nice" with a healthy dose of common sense. Just kidding.
  16. California's got a little bit of everything. You want mountains? Go north. You want ocean? Go west. You want some excitement? Go south and teach your teenaged daughter to drive at night by going around the same border area over and over and wait for five border patrol SUVs to surround you holding guns and a helicopter with a spotlight above.
  17. Congrats on your first year, may you have many, many more!
  18. You never mentioned what kind of battery you're using the Nautilus mini on. If you have something that's variable voltage/variable wattage, and it's set too high, that could also burn up your coils faster.
  19. Me too. There's nothing that compares with the feeling of peace I get when I'm near the ocean.
  20. Whatever it takes to keep you off analogs, it's all good.
  21. See all the fun you've been missing, Nate? We can spend your money very well.
  22. Smart man.
  23. You're here in spirit.
  24. I prefer the longer drip tips just because I don't like juice spitting and popping up into my mouth.
  25. Right? I couldn't tell which one though.
