    just cuz

couple of volt's (thank you mike!) on the left, then my v4l manual xl "cigar" colored vapor titan with a 1.7ohm 901 atty and an empire mods drip shield/mini drip tip, then a blue v4l auto king diamond (the same one that's in my avatar with the blue tank), and then a black v4l auto king diamond, and then the 3.5ml dct. i made that little stand/holder, still gotta stain it, but i gave all the edges a "live edge" with my dremel.

Welcome to the ProVari club. Yeah these mods are great. I can't say that they are the best because it's the only mod I ever used(not counting my homemade contraptions) and even though I can't say it, I like to believe that it is the best. I used to be a firm believer that there was no need for variable voltage but the ProVari has opened doors for me that I hadn't even thought of and even though it isn't a necessity it sure is convenient.

Welcome the wonderful (overwhelming) world of vaping. Sounds like you are on the right track. Lots of trial and error.
The eGo line is a great place to start.
A couple drip tips are a must if you want to try your hand a dripping.
back up batteries, atomizers-cartomizers-tanks-clearomizers, charger and liquids are always a good thing.

you may want to look at starting with 24 mg liquids, but will want some 18 mg too. you will have to play with the nicotine levels to find the one that works best for you.

i totally agree about the button clicking...if you have a VV eGo you click just as much imo...and for less.

Yes, i know that this device has gotten 1,000 reviews already. I know that it has been covered to death. But i wanted to put my own .02 in. I just got mine in the mail today, (thanks jdog!). All that i can say is that i'm in LOVE. This is what vaping is all about. I get it now, i get vv vaping.

I heard today that some people don't like the "menu" or how the button system is set up. Does it take some clicks to adjust voltage or read atty/carto resistance? Yes. Is it a big deal? No. Not at all. This thing is super easy to work, and very user friendly. The build quality is awesome. Just holding it and you know your'e holding a very well built device. It just feels......solid. And the vape is the same way.

The display is super simple to read, the amount of things this thing can do is honestly pretty incredible. Knowing exactly what resistance your delivery system is is pretty sweet. I dunno, i'm just honestly in LOVE. Right now i'm rocking a 2.8ohm 510 atty at about 5.2v and the vape is just amazing. CLOUDS of vapor. It's going to be very difficult to put this thing down.

So, if your'e looking at a vv device, and you want the best, save your money. Buy a quality unit. Buy a Provari. Could not be happier right now.

well, it takes a very large learning curve. that being said those that haven't gotten so frustrated that they throw them away have given them pretty incredible reviews. it's something i'm hoping to try soon. not the DID specifically, but a rebuildable atty.

The Bliss is definitely American made, in Missouri, by DocDave. You can join a list or buy it from a store now. One of the stores selling is http://international.elitevaporworks.com/rebuildable-atomizers-and-supplies.html

But, it's not a "beginners" atty. It doesn't come with the stuff.
For a beginners atty, I would get the Z-atty or the DID. And then buy the Bliss when you know what to expect. The Bliss is a bit confusing at first, because it offers many ways to set it up. (more holes to wonder what's what). But it's a GREAT one when you're a bit experienced. He even has a Titanium version.

Well is been months since I've bought anything except for juice. I've not purchased any hardware since a couple vivi Nova tanks back towards the start of summer. Well I may have picked up some lr 901 about a month ago, that's not important. I just ordered a Legacy by Puresmoker. It is fully mechanical. Made of stainless steel. MADE IN AMERICA. I'm ultra exited about this pv. I've been using this lavatube which was decent but after a few drops it's pretty much done. It's still working but the top cap has been super glued back on a few times and the top is now crooked and looks like crap. I plan on picking up the kick next order and then I'll be set.

1.) I'm gonna let someone else answer the clearomizer question. i'm assuming your'e talking about the vision clearo's and i just haven't had enough experience with them to be giving advice.

2.) toss the cartridges, put a drip tip on your atomizer and just directly drip the juice on to your atomizer about 4 drops to start, then after vapor and flavor start to weaken about 2 drops, repeat with the 2 drop process.

    3.) yes

4.) yes, more nic less flavor

5.) how much did you smoke per day? if a pack a day, i would probably recommend 24mg but honestly it's completely on how you react to the nic in e-juice. your body absorbs it much differently than it does from a traditional analogue. 20 or 18mg may be better suited. the cravings may stay for awhile, vaping doesn't completely erase them, you still have to fight through them, vaping just helps......a lot.

6.) yes you can vape TOO much if your nic content is too high. symptoms of having too much nic would be light headed, dizzy etc... if you start feeling that way put your ecig down for awhile. the soar throat is something all of us experience when we first start, it does go away. and yes drink plenty of water, vaping will give you "dehydrated" symptoms, but more water never hurt anyone.

have fun with flavors, you'll find that most tobacco flavors taste nothing like a cigarette. just find what you like and try lots of samples.

welcome to the forum, and if you have any other questions feel free to ask

every bottle is made to order according to their site. everytime i've ordered juice from them it's good when i first get it, but give it a week or so and it's even better. so, in my personal opinion i think they're telling the truth.

you won't be disappointed buddy, it's definately my favorite juice. i've just never found better.

I'm trying to understand this whole re-buildable atty thing and i just keep getting more confused as i read. There's tons of them out there and a lot of them look nothing like other ones. Some sites say that they have tanks attached, some don't. Some are $15, some are $150. Can you just kind of help to spell out how they work and how hard are they to make work?

I'm not a newbie but i am just getting in to mods as it is so maybe i should wait to jump in to this whole thing. In another thread you had linked to the z-atty-p (or something like that) the house of zen's atty specific to the Provari. i'd love to get a model specific one like that but it's not out yet.

I really only want one that's made in America though i am open to buying oversea's as long as it's not from China. So, pretty please?

Well thanks to Jeffb and jdog i am now the proud owner of two american made pv's- a silver bullet and a mini provari.

Mod batteries and chargers are not manufactured here in the states at all, so for that at least i'm out of luck. I can live with that.

I own 2 empiremods drip shields and a few of their drip tips all manufactured here in the states.

I use pretty much exclusively TVR juice which is sourced and mixed here in the states.

And i'm going to get either the AVA atty or a hh357. atty soon. The AVA is 100% sourced and manufactured here in the states but comes with a hefty price tag-$40. The hh357. is assembled in the states but the parts are most likely 100% manufactured overseas.

So other than the batteries everything's now made in America about my vaping. i'm a happy guy. now i just need to go order an AVA

awesome uma thanks so much for all the help!

questions. Can I use the atty jeff posted in a reo? Or is a bottom fed atty specific?

and how does a bottomfeeder work? Does it provide juice to itself or is it just like an easier way to drip?
