That is so true. When I was brand new at vaping and I placed my first online order with Brian I did not know what I was doing. I was just guessing on one I needed and Brian actually called me and asked me "are you sure this is what you want/need". I explained to him what I needed and I had completely ordered the wrong stuff. He instructed me on what I did and did not need and saved me money. I've never had a vendor actually write or call me to talk me out of ordering something but that is just how honest a guy he is.
