Just an update: the airflow screw finally drove me bonkers enough and I went through with my idea.

It worked out just how I thought it would! Screw is nice and snug now. no more backing itself out or being loose and sloppy.

I only flattened one of the threads on the end of the screw, so it still starts in the hole nice and easy then once it gets in all the way it becomes more resistant to turning but not so resistant that you are forcing it.

Highly recommend this as all you need is a pair of pliars to flatten a thread on the screw by squeezing one of the end threads with the pliars.

I'm with you on working on vehicles. I've been doing a few little mods to mine. Its coming together though, next is long travel suspension. That should take up a weekend.

I've got a Cuban cigar flavor that I mix with a little Vanilla, Black Cherry, and a couple drops of Dragon's Breath (cinnamon), and it seems to go very well with Scotch, Bourbon, or other whiskey... and isn't horribly bad with other hard-liquors like Vodka and Tequila. I'm not a beer drinker, so I couldn't say how it would taste with a brew

Talk about a build I will never ever attempt.

Trooper! I've got to where I cannot stand using 28 ga. Maybe its the kanthal I buy but I find it impossible to work with. Even after torching it its super springy

Make sure you get those coils centered. I find doing it that way you can get even cotton distribution. I found this to get the best flavor. Make sure the cotton isn't too tight. I cut mine about a 1/8" past the edge of the cup depending on the Atty I'm using. Like on my mutation x, it has a very deep juice well so you can cut it a little bit further from the edge.

Wicking is very important. It can make or break your build. I recommend to experiment with the wicks. Try a loose wick then experiment a little. Pretty much it shouldn't be very difficult to slide the cotton through. I use organic cotton and almost always a dual parallel. I get the cotton just tight enough to touch the coils but not so tight that it chokes the coil. Also don't drip straight on the coil. It splatters and un-vaporized hot juice is unpleasant. For a while I couldn't figure out why but I had an awful cotton taste. The wick was way too tight. Re-wicked it and it vapes great

15ml of Salted Caramel from Mount Baker.
This is my first bottle that was larger than 30ml. All I have to say is holy cow! I've seen 8oz bottles before, but this thing still shocked me when I pulled it out of the box. Oh my gosh!

The salted caramel sounded good when I ordered it and the following day I regretted my decision. It's not bad, but I could have found a much better flavor and not wasted $5 on it. Oh well. At least I have 8oz of one of my favorites to make me feel better!

Hey my name is Jessie. I work at the vapor talk store in NJ. I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a huge fan of vapeing and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about all of it. Working in the store helps with that a lot but I want to start making my own atomizers and start cloud chasing. If there's anyone who can point me in the right direction of how to learn to do it and not hurt myself that would be awesome. I've already gained a lot of knowledge from this forum. So...remember when I said I was coming home to a plume veil? Well apparently in my drunken eBay binge I ordered a stillare instead but I'm still really happy with it, 8 wrap sleeper coil with with 26 guage, and it's copper so it looks sweet with my cartel mod

Done! I need to order one now... Hehe
