Floss is a good idea too, my family is from WV so most only have 1 toof and don't own any floss.

If you are building coils, why not look into a kayfun, or some other rebuildable atomizer rather than a pro-tank which is not meant to be rebuilt?

It appears you should just change the coil and do more research next time. "i heard you could" does not convey that you have even done enough research to be using it, let alone cleaning it. So before you get an attitude with the people that are trying to help you, take a step back and realize all these people have been there and done that long before you. Bebop suggested another way that you can clean your coil that is also effective in extending the life span of the coil. I NEVER clean my coils unless I'm changing to a flavor that is completely opposite. After a few good puffs the old flavor is gone anyway. If you do choose to clean them, I suggest Bebop's method of burning off the residue rather than water due to the time it takes.

3 ohms is crazy high resistance. That's the limit on most devices and I don't know how you'd fit all that wire in a kanger coil head body. Certainly not with anything but 32g. Yes coil wraps can touch. You don't want them overlapping. Youtube microcoil or in your case it would probably be more of a nano coil. Just the other day you were asking for getting your coils around 1.6 ohm now you want 3? I'm getting as confused as you are lol.

For your purposes I would highly suggest the Kayfun, or something similar in design. Whoever told you the flavor from a kayfun is the same as a nautilus has obviously never used a Kayfun.

Kayfun flavor is right up there with normal drippers IMO.

The kayfun will not leak in your pocket, and holds a generous amount of a juice.

In addition to having more throat hit with pg, you will also get better flavor

I think there needs to be some tolerance here for those that do Sub Ohm and do it for the simple fact to stay of analogs. Yes Vaping is a touchy issue because of the FDA, but we all know that will not change. Now look at what we have today, that is what has brought us to point of having Vamos, Provari's, Twist batteries, and so on. If it is not for you, that is fine.... If is then that should be fine too. If a person is good with a Twist battery and KPT pro 2 and it is what keeps them off analogs... More power to them. If a person needs more than that to stay off analogs, who are we to tell them they are wrong for doing so? Sub Ohming is only silly to those that don't feel the need. How boring would this world be if every one did the same thing because it was what a few people dictated to you that you could do. It is no different than the person that Bashes and belittles vaping as whole because they quit cold turkey. They think anyone that vapes is silly and weak minded. You're doing the right thing by asking questions before you start, but I would highly suggest watching some tutorial videos and maybe reading some things online. There are plenty of people here that will be more than happy to help you, but the question you're asking is simply too broad. I would be here for 2 days writing paragraph after paragraph to answer the question "What do I need to do to start dripping?"

So If I were you, I would maybe try to do a little more research and then come back and ask some more specific questions.

To get your started, you're going to need to get familiar with Ohm's law and battery safety.
