I'm a rookie and just rebuilt a kanger protank 3 coil with organic cotton and 30 gauge wire at 1.5 ohms. I am stoked to have any kind of success and it works very well and tastes great. I also picked up a free hcigar sentinel clone with a grand vapor clone rda and I want to try a dual coil build next as I also had success with a single coil on it at .9 ohms.

Three and a half weeks without a stencher and going strong! (wife too) YaY ☺

And thanks to everyone on here that posted advice I learned from and showed me that safety is important!

This is my 26g dual single strand. Cotton wicked down into juice wells. Works extremely well! I love this RDA!

I kinda liked Mother's Milk, but it just didn't have the creaminess that I look for in my flavors. I took a leap and tried some other juice that was said to be much more rich and creamy than MM. I am very impressed with it. It's like a thick strawberry and vanilla milkshake, but is described as a strawberry custard. I don't get any of the "egginess" (not a real word, but you get it, lol) that most custard juices carry. Maybe with a long steep, but not sure as of yet. I'm super happy with how it is fresh out of the mail. I must say that it may be my new ADV.

For a high VG juice, it is loaded with flavor.

It shouldn't be, but I'm counting this as a purchase. I just won 120ml of Killer Custard from Vapetasia! The first time I have ever won anything, and it just happens to be my all-time favorite Custard. Happy day for me.

The crazy thing is that the build was very well done, and perfectly wrapped. He definitely wasn't that much of a newb at building coils. If you are going to build a coil setup for a customer you need to first ask some questions. Like, what battery is being used? How experienced is the vaper? If they aren't very experienced, you need to give them something simple, and not the latest craze.

I know I'm one of the rare types, who started small and slowly worked my way up the chain. I didn't pick up a mech and an RDA until I had researched the hell out of building and safety. Even when I entered the waters, I entered very slow and cautious. Yes of course I wanted to blow huge clouds, but I wasn't going to jump head first without being experienced enough to swim without any fear of drowning.

These new vapers want huge clouds, and they want them NOW. The shops want repeat customers and sales, and if you don't give the customer what they want when they want it, they will go elsewhere. We just need to slow down. One thing I learned from construction and carpentry is that you measure TWICE and cut ONCE.

My brother had the IGO-W I lent him rebuilt at the local vape bar. He called me, asking me why his mod and fire button were getting scorching hot everytime he took a vape. I told him to stop using it and asked what the resistance was. He said he didn't know. I then asked if they checked it with a meter after it was rebuilt. He said no, they didn't. WTF! ?! I told him to use my meter and let me know what it reads..... .06ohm. He is running a Sony VTC4, which is only safe down to .2ohm, any lower and you are in the red zone. I checked the build this morning and they did a dual 4 wrap parallel with 24g Kanthal. What kinda idiot would do that?? The whole point of a parallel build is that it gives you MORE surface area with less resistance. I went down to the shop with my brother and spoke with my friend, the owner, and told him to have a nice and informative discussion with his staff on safety.

    Simply Chamomile (Signature Flavor)

I don't know how it was done, but this is dead on Chamomile. It tastes like fresh cut Chamomile flowers fully steeped in hot water. I am a HUGE Chamomile fan and was sipping a cup during the sampling of this flavor. The only difference between the tea and the juice was the sweetness of the tea (I add a bit of sugar). The perfect representation of this flavor is amazing. There is magic brewing in the Fadora laboratory.

    Cinnamon Chamomile (Signature Flavor)

The cinnamon addition to the Chamomile lends a nice sweetness that makes this juice truly awesome. I get a nice sweet taste on the inhale, and full Chamomile on the exhale. I can taste the cinnamon, but it is only ever so slightly present, and it is that authentic natural taste that Fadora seems to have nailed perfectly. By far my favorite out of all the flavors I have tested.

    Spiced Chamomile (Signature Flavor)

Much like the cinnamon version, but replace the cinnamon with the greatness of the Mellow Spice. The spice is there, but it is very mellow and subtle.

    Margarita 12mg

Sort of a sweet lemonade at first, then I get a little zing on the exhale. Brings me back to my drinking days (in a positive way, lol), when I would mix up a whiskey sour before kicking back on the deck to watch the sunset after work. That's the taste I get at least. I'm sure if I were a tequila man it would remind me of margaritas. A solid citrus vape, without being overbearing, as many are for my taste. They often have too many lemons and not enough sugar in the pitcher.

3Rutez reacted to charliestheman in Lightening Vapes - Great Product & Service To Match It
When things go well it's easy to offer good service, but when there's an issue is when you get to see someone's true colors.

I'm happy to say that Lightening Vapes gets 5 stars in my book. I was skiddish from ordering from them because they're so cheap. But I decided to try it. I had a 30' roll of Kanthal and I was wrapping coils having to be extra careful since I had a limited supply (in my mind anyway 30' was limited.)

I started to order from Amazon but I found while browsing that Lightening Vapes had better prices than Temco, and they're a vape store with all kinds of other things I "needed."

I ordered 100' of 28 guage, 100' of 30 guage and 100' of 32 guage Kanthal A-1, a nice ohm meter, some ego-510 adapters, and it came with a poster. I got it shipped for $30. That's 300 feet of Kanthal and an ohm meter for only a little more than the cost of a few 30' "Vapowire" rolls.

And I like the wire better! But the best part is that I realized the post office returned my package to the sender due to an error on my part. I emailed Sean Monday, 30 minutes later there was an expedited package shipped out again and I had the tracking number. Sean sent it to my other residence at a new address and I tracked it the whole way. We ended up exchanging 4 emails, and every time he was replying instantly. And I got a free vaping poster that you're allowed 1 with every order if you so choose.

They have every kind of wire you can imagine, and it's cheap enough to experiment with new coils and wire that you might not normally purchase, like Ribbon Wire or something.

Well I didn't buy it, but my brother put in a birthday order for me today. A 26650 Stainless Steel Stingray and a 28mm Stillare RDA. I'm excited, lol.

Tomorrow is payday, and I already have my shopping cart loaded up with an Xtar VP2 charger, two Sony US26650VT, and an MNKE 26650 battery.
