It's pretty cool to hear that they're making the battery tube out of plastic now. I know that for me, the main drawback to the metal convenience store brands was that I couldn't hold them between my teeth comfortably. Maybe the light weight of this next incarnation of e cigs will provide a better experience for first-time vapers.

I'm hopelessly addicted to caffeine, I think coffee is harder to quit than analogs, at least for me.

I hope you all are right about nicotine alone not being any worse than caffeine. I started vaping as a step to quitting, but I love this stuff!!

I started at 18mg when I first got off of analogs, and am now onto 11/12mg. I just placed my latest juice order for 60ml of 6mg stuff. Maybe I'll find I'll be happy with 0 nic, we'll see!

once upon a time I did the math and I vape about equal to what I smoked. for me my sweet spot is at about 16mg - 18mg. I can vape 0 nic without any problem, I just can't get the throat hit I want.

For me it is more the pacifier effect

I tried drying it out like in the video above but it was taking forever, so I got impatient and just blew it out with my hairdryer and that seemed to work just fine too (and faster!). Now it's working fine for me, I'm using it again and it's working like new. I'm glad there's not just one way to get something done around here, I guess the motto is "as long as it works, it works."

My vision mini vivi nova's, vision nano's and Kanger Evod's never leak a single drop. I'm not knocking the knock offs/offbrands because i haven't tried them. But from seeing a guy i work with fight with his stuff and others on the forums using them have issues, i stay with what i know.

Use the link in Rixter's post, SureVapes sells the always-reliable Boge cartos, and I finally dived in and got my 5 box mix n match. If you don't use a tank, you can get the non-prepunched cartos for cheap and are generally more available since most like to get the prepunched ones and those go out of stock very quickly. The dripped cartos are the best way for testing out new flavors before filling up an entire carto or clearo.

I'm a female and the "cutest" that I go is my Vision Spinners (two in 900 mAh and one 1300 mAh) in purple with a matching purple drip shield and purple swirl drip tip. Okay, then there's the 650 mAh lavender eGo T with a CE4 and a matching lavender tip. Other than those concessions I'm more into, "How well does it work for me?"

Glad to see you found The Vapor Girl, I was going to suggest that site. I love her selection of "girly" eGos. I've gotten an engraved one, a disco ball, a multi-colored paisley, and am waiting on a blue and black bowler. There's at least 4 others that I like too! lol

Saw this topic over on ECF and was just curious what some of you are running over here. Found this video in the thread as well. Some may have seen it, but i laughed my *** off.

As for me im fairly generic for now, Spinner and Twist, Iclear 30, Evod, Vision Nova's, Vision Spinners.

Um...without knowing what kind of cartomizer or clearomizer you were using I'll venture a guess that you filled it and didn't wait before vaping. That would lead to the wick or filler material (depending on whether you used a clearomizer or a cartomizer) not being given time to absorb the juice and get saturated before you vaped on it.

Now that you have the burnt taste in there, it's next to impossible to get it out. I'd start fresh with a new one. This time, after filling, let it sit a few minutes to thoroughly get wet and let the wick/filler absorb and then take a hit. Should be better this time.

Of course this is just in general terms since I don't know the details of what you're using.

This is an overview of my juice and equipment shelves Here is the closeups I much prefer glass for holding my ready to vape or not as the case may be. Various bits and pieces that tend to accumulate. I keep my PG/VG in 2 each blue jars, My Nic in Amber jars, and Premixed in a Amber jar. These are 9 oz. short wide mouth glass jars Seem to work better for me easier to siphon out liquid and less chance of tipping over. Here are some of my flavors for DIY Can you tell I like Wizard Labs. Some more flavors including VZ super concentrated and lorann's plus other brands. Also syringes, pipettes, and plastic boxs for everything else. A couple of projects that I so far have not had time to do are make a stand for PV's. and a small wood cabinet to hold all vaping supplies. Hopefully soon. What do you folks think? Kinda OCD right. As my signature block indicates, today is my one year vaperversary!! Thank you vapor talk and all its members for providing the support, information, and resources to keep me off analogs. Vaping truly is a wonderful thing, and i look forward to watching it grow in the future.

Good point! I use all types of juice delivery devices, but the good ol' reliable Boge cartomizers are still a very cheap and effective way to vape hassle-free. They don't leak unless you over-fill them (just blow the excess out the bottom), and they last me a couple of weeks before the draw starts to tighten up some (YMMV).

I buy "bulk" and get 5 boxes of 'em (25 cartos) from SureVapes.com for $23 shipped. You can mix-n-match boxes of low or high resistance, standard or XL, & black or stainless steel.

BTW, if you plan on using a cone on your device to cover your carto, avoid the black Boges...the black "finish" is a vinyl wrap, which adds girth and causes the carto to fit too snugly through many cone openings, sealing off too much of your intake air in the process.

It took me about 6 months to get completly off analogs,for the longest time I had to have 1 in the morning and after meals. One day I grabbed my 510 instead of my camels and have been analog free since. Don't give up remember every vape is one less cigarette.
